Private location with exotic, tropical landscaping and a nice variety of palm trees. Less than a 2 minute walk to the best white sand beach on Anna Maria Island. The nicest outdoor living spaces of any villa in the area. Screened lanai, plus 2 sun/shade decks that wrap completely around the house. Hi speed wifi works on screened Lanai and decks. Large flat screen TV's in Living room and master bedroom. Heated community pool with less than 20 members, clean pool restrooms, and secure keyed access to pool. Pool is very secluded, but just a one minute walk from Villa. House is located in a unique private location with very close proximity to beach. Beach chairs, and more to make your vacation experience more like a visit to a tropical resort! House was recently updated with fresh paint and furnishings. Decorated like a fine beach home, not a rental. Meticulously maintained. Quality appliances, well equipped kitchen, dining table for six indoors and another dining table on the screened Lanai. Weber gas grill, wood floors, granite counters, designer furniture, Plus, an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off after a nice day at the beach, and much, much more. The Master Suite has a king bed with full bath in suite. Guest Suite #1 has a queen bed, guest suite #2 has a full sized bed. The 2 guest rooms share a full bath that is private, just a few steps from both rooms. House was decorated by a professional interior designer with an emphasis on Relax..... 10 cup traditional coffee maker, 4 slice toaster, and more. Hi Speed Wi-Fi, 65 inch-High-Definition TV. Tropical vacation villa on a private drive with just 6 homes. This home features the perfect combination of a secluded location, and being very, very close to the beach. A short walk on the beach to the Sandbar beachfront restaurant or Cafe on the Beach. Have breakfast, lunch or dinner with your toes in the sand! Anna Maria Island is a very friendly place with some of the best beaches in Florida. Fine dining and family style restaurants are close by. Publix Supermarket is just a 4 minute drive by car. Great boutique shopping, sun bathing, fishing, boating, shelling and everything for your tropical island vacation are just moments from this special home. Free trolley service is available to take you all over the island and Publix grocery store. I hope you can come and visit my little piece of paradise in Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island. Anna Maria Island was voted one of the best 30 islands in the World by Conde Nast Traveler Magazine in November 2014. This is the nicest home for the price in the area. Certainly one of the 3 nicest Villas in North Beach Village. The most private location, closest stroll to the beach in North Beach Village too. Amazing outdoor decks and screened porch areas to enjoy the Florida Island lifestyle! There isn't a nicer vacation home available on Anna Maria Island for this price. We had a great stay at this house. The location is extremely convenient for the pool, the beach, the trolly and many of the local restaurants. The house was quiet and well provisioned for our 9 night stay. There was plenty of kitchen/ cleaning items for our entire stay and there was a great initial stock of paper products. Pretty much anything you would need for the beach was already at the house including boogie boards, sand toys, chairs and beach towels. We had a small issue with and appliance but Robert was great and had it fixed within a couple hours of my message. Robert was also very easy to work with and communicated quickly in all of our interactions. Overall we loved our stay and the house was great for our family of 6.

The property is in a quiet area but only 3minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes from the heated swimming pool and trolley stop. A 10 minute walk takes you to a good choice of restaurants/bars and shops. Robert answered any questions we had very promptly (even calling us in the UK !!). The property has a great wrap around balcony and is well equipt .with everything you would need, and the bed in the master bedroom is super comfortable. I agree with previous comments that the property needs some minor cosmetic attention inside and needs new cushions for the outside dining are and sun loungers. Overall we had a great month in Florida, thank you Robert.

Condo in need of general repair, rodent droppings were on the back porch likely due to screen being ripped in several places. Robert was prompt to answer messages but did not do anything to resolve maintenance or cleaning during our stay. Floors were dirty but rest of condo was passably clean. Dryer vents inside and makes the kitchen humid. Beds were okay but squeaky. Pool key was missing. Outdoor shower sprays everywhere and only has cold water. No extra sheets or blankets or any kitchen/household staples so bring toilet paper, soap, salt, etc. The best part about this listing is the location and outside deck. Quiet neighborhood away from busy restaurants, beach access was only a couple blocks away.
If we come to the area again, we'll stay elsewhere.

AMI getaway
The location of the house is as described. Short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and 2 minute walk to clean pool. My family and I very much enjoyed both. The sunsets are spectacular. Robert, the owner/manager was very responsive.

Close to everything without the hustle and bustle!
Just returned from a relaxing week at Robert's Villa. The home is in a great location...probably one of the best areas on the island without actually being on the beach/water and without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle of shops and restaurants. The beach and pool are two minutes away by foot. Stores and dining are all only a few minutes away by golf cart or car, a little longer by foot…but still walkable. The feeling of seclusion in a resort-like setting is what made this unit even more special compared to other rentals in the area. Access was simple and owner's communication and responsiveness were great. Kitchen appliances and laundry amenities were clean and in good condition, and all the basics were provided. Beds were comfortable and linens/towels were plentiful(both extra bath and beach/pool towels provided). I think the updated bathrooms give it a resort type feel as well. We appreciated having some essentials available on day one (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, hotel sized soaps and shampoos in bathrooms to get people started). In fact, the paper/kitchen goods were sufficient to get through the week. Smart TVs were great and offered many options from cable to streaming to screen sharing. Instructions and welcome book served to address most of the questions we would have had and were also appreciated. At least 4 -6 beach chairs, cart, and umbrella were also provided, but are starting to show signs of wear and tear.
The listing is fairly accurate as to amenities, but to manage expectations of other renters, I feel I need to point out that the photos may be older and have been taken right after the place was updated. The unit shows more signs of usage than the photos, but it is still a clean and comfortable place. Some furnishings have been swapped out, perhaps to be more renter friendly. Some of the outdoor furniture cushions and decking looks tired and could use a little attention…but this is to be expected after weather exposure and heavy use. As other reviewers mentioned, bikes also need some TLC if they are going to be made available to renters. Overall, the place is clean, has most of the items one would need for a week’s stay, and is in a quiet, but convenient location. I would definitely recommend to others.

Robert got back to me quickly with any questions. But, being my first time I didn’t know what to ask. There were two bathrooms and minimal toilet paper for a whole week. One dishwasher pellet is not enough for 6 people to stay the week. These are minimal things but would be good to know before hand just to be prepared.
Also, the pool is not outside the door, it is a short walk and is shared among many condos which, was fine. We are rule followers. However, I felt the rules for the pool were overwhelming. My son and husband just wanted to toss a football and another condo owner scolded them for having fun and breaking “rule number 12”. It was a little ridiculous and made us feel like we didn’t belong when we paid to be there as part of the deal.
The garage door was difficult to close at times. And if you want to ride bikes the listing showed them but the ones we had were in poor condition. You would need to rent bikes for the group. A complete amenities list would be helpful. In all I thank Robert for having a beautiful place in a central location for renters to enjoy.

We loved our week and our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer! The house was great and the multiple decks were even better. The house was modern, clean and we loved the location on the island.

The garage had a nice assortment of beach chairs and toys for littles. We did end up renting a beach umbrella and beach cart. Robert was very quick to respond with any questions we had. Great vacation spot.
The home was as pictured. Host was very pleasant and helpful when we needed to shorten our stay due to a medical situation. The unit is in a nice neighborhood with a very short walk to a beautiful beach. The lawn chairs, bikes, cart, and beach toys were nice extras. The beds were comfortable. The management company was quick to respond when we had a very minor issue with the dishwasher. There is a rather steep staircase to get up to the unit.

It is tricky to find, don’t follow the gps! We had some issues with the property that couldn’t have been foreseen by anyone, but Robert was incredibly responsive and we had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Take advantage of the Monkey Bus to get around the island. It allows you to enjoy some cocktails and also to avoid the parking challenges at some of the busier spots.

The house and location were great, the only problems we had was the dryer was SO noisy, it worked but it was so loud and squeaky that I either hung dried my laundry on the porch overnight or we waited till we were going out before we turned it on. Also the GPS did not take us to the location, took awhile to find it and it was by luck we found it. Even the local pizza delivery guy couldn’t find us and he had lived there 3 yrs, so we had to walk out to street to find him. Also with the big rains this past week, the driveway stayed flooded, we either had to walk thru a foot of water to get in the car or find a way around the water and have my husband walk thru it and pull car out. There is a constant small stream of water in the garage from the condensation from air conditioner that we had to walk thru to get any beach items off the shelf. And our trash wasn’t picked up on Friday so had yo call and find out what to do with trash at checkout today, didn’t want to leave it inside or outside for wildlife to get into and the container was full. But overall a good week.

Great Island Villa
Close location to an amazing beach. Pool was a big hit with the kids. Great location to the north and south bound trolly stops! Robert was quick to handle and questions we had. Would recommend!

Close but not high traffic
Close to beach…just a few minutes walking distance. On the northern end of the island and not much foot traffic at all. Glad we picked this place for our family vacation.

The property was a great location in proximity to the ocean, it was clean, and Robert was very efficient in getting back to me about questions. It would be nice to have extra toilet paper, paper towels and some dish soap to make it through our 5 day vacation.

Great Island Getaway
This was a fantastic vacation rental for my family and I. Situated in a quite area with no loud traffic or tons of people walking by. Super close walk to the beach and private pool which we used equally.
Very clean and well appointed rental. We have zero complaints regarding the property and liked it enough that we tried to rent it again but unfortunately our dates were already taken. The owner was easy to work with and always available if needed.

Perfect get-away
Totally enjoyed! Wrap around decks/multiple seating/ tables perfect! Loved quiet area & short walk to beach. Great beach towels/chairs- higher with drink/phone pockets. Would have liked bigger umbrella/strap to hook items on flat wagon. Place spic & span except for quick clean of nice grill and coffee pot. Stove needs new burner pans but being replaced and rest of appliances top grade. Owner readily in touch and helpful! Some GPS take to units next door. Be sure to look for Paradise Village sign with #'s to use private drive to unit. Stairs kept us fit! Super nice to have outside faucet after beach and cooled garage! Keyless entry wonderful! Bit of heaven for sure!

Nice shared pool
Owner was responsive and great to work with. House tucked away, serene setting, lots of outdoor space to spread out. Large heated pool had good seating areas and clean restrooms.

Anna Maria Island Beach Property
This property is a great location! 5 minute walk to powder white sand and amazing blue ocean water. Nice 3 bedroom property with a great outdoor patio in the front and lovely screened in porch in the back. Complex pool was a win win with the kids! Definitely would recommend this property for a family with young kids!

This home is large and upscale and located on a quiet cul-de-sac only a block from Holmes Beach. Property is well maintained and had all the modern conveniences. We will definitely be staying at this property in the future.
