Nestled in Mansfield, this attractive house for $156 per night is a great choice for your next break. Very comfortable 2150 sq ft Upscale Home located in planned Resort Like community with lots of walking, and running trails around, perfect to exercise in the mornings, and extremely safe to walk at night. Open kitchen with granite countertops, hardwood hand scraped floors, open living and eating area, game room upstairs. Ideal for a family vacation, relocating professional, medical visit, or simply relax for a few days. Guest Access Features - High speed internet - Washer and dryer in Unit - Side by Side Refrigerator - King Bed in the Master Bedroom and queen beds located in the secondary, and third bedrooms, and also in the loft located upstairs. - Utilities, Netflix, Disney Plus, Sling TV, and Internet all included - Maid Service (optional and available upon request for a fee) - dishwasher - 2 car attached Garage. Interaction with Guests We can be reachable via phone, text message or email. Please don't hesitate to ask. The Neighborhood Amazing planned community full of green areas, running trails and ponds to enjoy an afternoon. You will experience an enjoyable vacation without leaving the immediate area, it is very pretty! Getting Around Quite neighborhood, around 5-10 miles from major shopping areas, Joe Pool Lake, and marina, where you can rent a boat or a Jetsky to enjoy your vacations. Other Things to Note Please treat the house as if it was your own. We want you to enjoy every moment in our house and would love to provide a good place for the next guest or to you when you come back. No loud music please, quiet neighborhood and nice and respectful neighbors. Please do not relocate furniture. Please clean up before you leave and dispose the trash in our behind garage trash bins, we will take care of it.

This was an ideal location for my family this Christams. It is nestled in a great quiet community. The home is described as listed with plenty of space and fully stocked with cookware and utensils. This location should definitely be considered of coming to the area.

Some friend and family of mine stayed at the house during a trip to see some TX football including the Giants playing the Cowboys. Check-in and communication with the manager was terrific and the house was in great location to easily get to Dallas, Fort Worth, AT&T Stadium, and many other spots. If I could change anything, it would be to upgrade the WiFi and TV service, both of which were well below par.

Everything was nice. There were a few changes that were different than the pictures, but they were all good things. The TV's could be updated and add one more TV to one of the secondary rooms, but that wouldn't stop me from not staying there again. I would definetly book again!

The property is in a beautiful community. Its a close drive to anything you want or need. The property is clean and has a great grill and table setup outside.
We had use of the 2 car garage which was great.
The rooms were good size with nice linen. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo.
We really enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

We really enjoined our stay here. Highly recommended and would stay at again. We initially chose the place due to price, location close to family and size. Our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 teenagers and a preteen) felt right at home. We visited during the summer and the AC was working great! Daniel was very friendly and quick to response to any questions. We had a great visit and would recommend to anyone looking to visit the area.

Our stay here was great and the house was big and very nice. Daniel answered any questions I had and very quickly. If u don't like the heat then Texas is not the place to visit at this time of year but I would definitely recommend staying here

Great location, comfortable home
We spent a week at this property. It is in a great location, close to Dallas, Ft. Worth, Six Flags and it made for a good location for day trips to Waco and Plano. The home was as described on the listing. My recommendation would be to have more paper products like paper towels and tp available. Thank you for a great stay.

This is a nice house in a very nice area. The listing advertises 5 beds; however, there are only 4. We did find an air mattress and used that. Other than that, this property met our needs.

Beautiful house but we had some issues. No washcloths or hand towels (which we received by Amazon the next day). No toilet paper ( which we received the next day by Amazon). A/C in one bedroom was not putting out any air. The handyman came and moved vents and changed air filters and it made no difference. We stayed almost a week so it was always HOT on that room. Daniel kept wanting me to take out time from my vacation with family to meet with handyman. We had not seen them in over a year and if the handyman can’t tell that a vent is not blowing air, I might get another handyman!! The last straw was when the oven would not heat up. My daughter bought several items to bake one night and the oven lights would look like it was on but it would not heat up. We had to throw all that food away since it could not be fixed. Just wasted money!!! Daniel got rude at that point telling me that he had fixed everything that I had asked. The air vent he then blamed the builder of the house. Then he said that the heat in Texas is hot and the A/C doesn’t always cool every room. But it did however every other room in the house, even the upstairs!! Supposedly he was working on fixing the oven but we heard nothing more from him. If you own the house, you are responsible for everything to be in working order I would think. Would the cleaning person notice there were no wash clothes, hand towels or toilet paper? It served our purposes for our visit. This is probably the 25th VRBO that we have stayed in worldwide and this is the only one that have had issues. Things like this you just don’t need when you are on vacation trying to relax!! Just take inventory and make sure everything is working before you rent from Daniel.

My family was in town for a wedding in Fort Worth and this house was perfect for us. Only a 20 minute drive to downtown Fort Worth, right next to Joe Pool lake and about 20 miles to the airport. The community is quiet ans beautiful. The house is exactly as described/pictured. Very clean and spacious. All 3 bedrooms are downstairs. Upstairs there is a private loft with a queen bed and TV, which could technically be used as a 4th bedroom. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond. We were very happy with our stay! PS there is a pack n play and infant toys for those who need it

Family Get-Away
The location of this house was ideal for a family coming from South Dakota that was planning on attending the Dallas football game. It was located in a very nice neighborhood. It had plenty of room for our family, and we all said we would definitely do it this way if we were to come back to the area. Thanks for letting us into your home.
