We enjoyed staying in the condo instead of hotel , cozy & comfortable space

We loved the property it was in a great location close to places we wanted to visit. The condo was clean and comfortable. The Owner was great she answered all our questions. We will definitely book this property again.

The condo was adequate for our needs. We enjoyed having a par3 off our deck. We had a couple of issues that our host quickly took care of. Overall a good place to stay.

Great trip

We come back every year to this property for the tennis, swimming, hot tub and views. These owners maintain a clean and organized and well appointed unit that has a great kitchen for when we are not dining out.

This was a neat vacation for myself and family. The pool access and basketball court was a plus. Liked the pretty view of a lake on the golf course from the outside patio. Also, if into walking , good sidewalks by the golf course to walk on. An on-site restaurant was nice. Lots of things to do in Branson. We enjoyed silver dollar city, the fountain presentation at the Landing, hiking at Table Rock lake state park, and Whitewater. Very pretty scenery in The Ozarks.

Spent 3 nights here with my husband and son. Loved the neighborhood! Peaceful and relaxing! Easy check in and super cute and clean. Loved the on-site amenities. We used the pool and fitness center that was within walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed 3 nights and loved the location, the bed, and the balcony. Actually, we loved everything about the condo! It was so clean and cozy! Perfect for a couple!!! We will definitely mark this one as a favorite.

It was nice off main roads. But close to everything. Would do it again. Easy to get ready to leave also.

This is a great little spot if you need a place to lay your head for a few days. The condo is updated and has all the necessities. The home was clean and the amenities within the resort are perfect. Great golf, awesome pool, and lots of room for the kids to play basketball, pickle ball, and tennis. Would definitely stay here again.

Didn't mind going down the few steps but at the bottom before getting to the door we felt like we were in a basement. It was very dirty outside the area with cob webs and dead bugs, AC blower was right next to the door, and will mention for safety issues as your coming down the steps there is a little spot under them that someone could hide out and so my daughter was not comfortable with that part when coming back late at night. Also, everytime the AC would come on it was click very loudly so if we were sitting there we would all jump, and my daughter slept on the pull out couch so she didn't get much sleep because everytime the AC came on with that loud click it would wake her up. The king size bed hard for me to get into or for someone who has knee problems with a knee replacement and having to get another one soon, because it was pretty high up but it was very comfortable. We did have to kill a big spider. The deck was a very nice place to sit. The toilet was very low so we felt like we were almost to the floor sitting on it and the shower was small. We didn't find it to be stylish because it has that distressed look which we all don't like and seemed very cheaply decorated. The bedroom window we kept curtain closed due to looking out at a basement we felt like and wish they had a ceiling light or ceiling fan with a light in bedroom. We enjoyed our stay in Branson as we go every year but we weren't thrilled with the condo.

The condo is in a great location. Owner was very attentive to our texts. Just some minor repairs/upkeep needed.

We’ve stayed at Sage’s properties for a number of years and have never been disappointed. Love waking up in the morning and watching the ducks, geese and other animals in and around the pond. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

We had a great stay at Pointe Royale. The condo was in a great location inside and outside of the resort. It was clean, well stocked, and cozy. Definitely will be back.

Came to Branson to celebrate a birthday and wanted to stay somewhere more special than a hotel. This was the perfect condo for us! Looked just like the pictures posted and we loved the location. Easy to get anywhere in Branson we wanted to go. Wish the weather would have been a little nicer to enjoy the back patio but overall, we enjoyed our time in Branson and would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect! The directions that she gave us was spot on. The door lock was simply to use. Just wished that it was a little warmer so that we could use the balcony. It was in a quiet area but close to the main road/activities! We would definitely stay here again!

Point Royale is a great area to stay! It's just far enough from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to make a trip into town for food or a show. The condo we rented was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Very relaxing.

the condo was clean and beautiful. the view of the 17th hole was fantastic. could not have asked for anything better. 10 out of 10!!!!!!!!

Condo was very, very clean. It had all the comforts of home. Location was handy to the strip yet private. We would definitely want to stay there again. You can tell you take pride in your condo. Thank you for sharing with us.

decorated well......on the lower condo level had to go down stairs...needed a little sweeping, cleaning up....shower was difficult to work

Everything was great and my husband and I didn’t have a single complaint. It’s our second time to stay here and hope to stay here again!

Very nice place to stay. Close to things and convenient. Gated community so we left very safe. The only thing that was a little confusing was how the condos were numbered so we had a little trouble finding it at first.
