We stayed during the Christmas holidays to visit with our son who lives near by. Loved the location and would love to go back when the weather is warmer so we could take advantage of the bay for kayaking or paddle boarding. We would definitely book again.

This condo was perfect for our extended stay in Lincoln City. Great for beach walking and agate hunting at low tide. And centrally located for exploring up and down the coast. The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped for dining in.

Every year my best friend and I leave work and kids behind to relax at the coast for the weekend. This year we changed locations and I’m SO GLAD we did! The condo was everything we needed and so much more. The view and accommodations made it special and we decided to not go back to Seaside any more lol. Thank you!

This property has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked, if you like to cook your own meals. The king bed was very comfortable. Owner has extras available to enjoy the day down on the beach. Easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants and shopping in Taft. A+

The condo is located nicely to explore the coast. It is well stocked and comfortable. So nice to take a walk in the sand and watch the changing tide. Gorgeous sunsets. Easy access to stores and restaurants. The owner is so pleasant and quick to respond. Definitely recommend staying here.

Great property. Location is fantastic. We loved watching the Salmon and crab fishermen. Beach walks were great. I even found some small agates on the beach. Restaurants are close. Condo is comfy and had everything we needed and wanted.

Celebrating Wife's Birthday! First time staying here. It is very well maintained, clean, stocked with everything one needs for a pleasant stay. View of the Bay was awesome (Second Floor - perfect)! Went to Depoe Bay for dinner and saw multiple whales (over course of about 1 hour) from the restaurant! Right place at the right time!! We will return for a future stay. Thank you.

We stayed mid-July and the condo was fabulous. The best part was that we could walk to tons of wonderful places: The Otis Cafe, Moe's, glass blowing stores and demos, the museum of Lincoln City history, food truck park, Pelican Brewery, and the Trolley antique area. The beach was great ~ the view from the patio is of the estuary so it is a bird watchers delight! Also, the water is calmer than the ocean so it's ideal for toddler - tween swimming. You can see the big waves too and walk to good surf along the estuary. It seems like the owners use high quality / green cleaning products, which is another plus (i actually bought their clothing detergent when I got home). Just a really special place!

What a gorgeous Condo with such a sweet owner! We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, going out to eat at places like mos, and enjoyed the beach! I found the perfect hag stone and piece of drift wood to bring home with me. We both continously said we cannoy believe how quite it is, the walls are thick!!! We cannot wait to go back!

I have stayed here several times for several days and always anticipate my return. Very comfortable and well appointed. Location great for beach activity but also great stepping off point for lots of day trips down the coast and inland to visit wineries or hikes. I take most of meals in but there are a few restraunts you can walk to and a grocery store that includes great wine selection & excellent produce.

This condo is cozy and the owner has provided everything you need for your stay. The views of the bay are stunning. We enjoyed watching the seals. The beach is easily accessible. The condo is clean and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. we stayed here 9 nights and would stay here again.

Lovely condo with beautiful views. Nice and quiet on the second floor. It was well furnished with everything you would need. Elevator is very close to condo and that made it nice for my mil with limited walking abilities. Unfortunately we did have a problems with the internet and tv controller not working which was a bummer, as my mother in law and I planned on watching a Netflix series in the evenings. We did contact the owner and she tried to help but unfortunately, we never did figure it out. The tech came as we were packing to leave Monday morning so I’m sure it was fixed. Things happen so it wasn’t the end of the world. I would definitely stay here again. The views from the balcony are just wonderful!!

We could not have been more pleased with this gem on the ocean. The views out the tall windows was spectacular. We enjoyed relaxing in hot tub on deck after a day of hiking. The bedrooms were big and bathrooms very clean and updated. The whole unit was so clean and upscale, we were very comfortable. We also enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen with everything we could possibly want. Loved the game room, was able to beat my husband once at pool. Thank you for this beautiful home on this awesome beach!

We liked the location. The unit was just dirty. Had not been vacuumed, bathroom floor dirty, area rugs in need of cleaning, sticky substance on a table. I put some papers on that area not knowing they would stick. Was a mess trying to get my papers off w/o ripping them. Stove top dirty and no soap to do dishes. The arrangement of the unit was nice and had comfortable furniture. Hope the unit is cleaned for the next occupants.

This condominium is located in a unique area on the Oregon Coast. It is accessible to fabulous walking beaches that are full of shells, driftwood and resident seals. The condo itself is very comfortable! It has a well-stocked kitchen; great bed and the view is incredible. The communication with the owner was great- we had an issue with the TV and owner responded quickly. There is a grocery store, restaurants and shops within walking distance which were very enjoyable. We really enjoyed our trip and hope to return again! Pat and Colleen Bowen
