Let’s take a look around… LIVING AREA Every hiker, biker, or skier needs to put their feet up every now and then and recharge those batteries to prepare for the adventures ahead. The comfy sofa in this studio condo gives you a great place to sit back, grab the remote and relax. There’s a smart TV with access to Roku, so if you do find time to watch, you’ll have plenty of content to choose from. KITCHEN AREA For those days when you’re looking to save money or just don’t want to eat out, the condo’s kitchenette will really come in handy. You’ll find all the cookware you’ll need to self-cater for yourselves. And yes, there’s a Keurig coffee maker, so whoever wakes first every morning can get that glorious aroma wafting around the condo. It’s easy to fix snacks and meals here, and the breakfast bar area gives you all a great place to sit and enjoy your creations. SLEEPING AREA All that fresh air is sure to leave you feeling ready for bed at the end of the day. And there’s a good quality queen bed with a comfortable mattress and bedding that’s sure to give you a good night’s sleep. PARKING There’s covered parking on-site which is allocated on a first-come, first served basis and plenty of parking outside. It was wonderful to stay here for our Christmas vacation. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The pickup location for the free shuttle for the ski resort is right outside the property. The apartment had a great kitchen and working oven for cooking meals and the attached athletic club had a sauna and indoor and outdoor hot tub that we used every day. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Fabulous condo hitting on all marks. Decorated beautifully, super comfortable bed, can walk to town, and most of all the owner is very responsive to questions and concerns. My stay was perfect.

I want to thank Amy for a great stay. This location was fantastic since it was my first time visiting Winter Park for the Jazz Festival. The only issue we had was the elevator being out of service during our stay, and I think that falls on the building managers. Thanks again!!

This was a tastefully decorated and a wonderful place to stay while having some winter outdoor fun. Great location, nice and clean and well stocked in case you want to cook instead of go out.

If you are traveling without a car the property is very conveniently located to be able to walk to restaurants. Also getting to/from the resort is extremely easy as there is a Lift stop in front of the building where the property is and several buses stop right there at Vasquez. There is also a room on the floor with minimally priced washers and dryers which can easily be paid by credit card. For a single traveler or a couple I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely loved staying at this condo for our ski trip!The condo was super cute and equipped with everything we needed. The owner was very thoughtful, and sent us a link with extremely helpful information. We took the free bus to the ski resort which was a quick ride. The condo is very close to good restaurants in easy walking distance. The complex was very quiet, and enjoyed the hot tub as well. Would definitely stay here again!

I come up from Boulder every few weeks to get a few days of skiing at Mary Jane. The studio unit was clean and is in a great location that is close the the lifts and town. Check in was the easiest I've experienced. The walls are a little thin, but that's a small price to pay for the ease of access and comfort.

Much nicer than any place I have stayed at in winter park. The bus stop is very close for the resort and has many times available for pick up. Amy was very helpful and responsive. Hot tub was awesome!

With the property being right at the edge of town, it’s very easy to access everything and very quick ride to the resort village. Very clean and organized with everything you need in the apartment. Only complaint is that the WI-FI stopped working on the last day and the bed is fairly hard/uncomfortable.
