This is a fantastic, spacious apartment in one of the best locations in West Palm Beach. Want to walk to restaurants and have a view of the intracoastal? Hop over to Palm Beach or downtown West Palm in minutes? Have a nice pool and serene garden to relax and read by? Then stay here. Steve and Terry could not be more gracious hosts. I have been to a lot of VRBO's, this is the best one I have ever stayed in.

I stayed with Steve and Terry for 3 months when I moved from Connecticut to Florida. They were amazing! They responded immediately to any issues or questions that I had. They were so warm and welcoming and treated you like family. Steve and Terry are so laid back. They were so accommodating to my situation. The apartment was a perfect size for me. It has everything that you need even a washer/dryer! As a walker/runner there were so great places along the water to run! The water was right across the street and the location was so close to downtown West Palm and also was very walkable to a lot of great restaurants! Steve has great recommendations on where to go. The pool is really nice and I even had an iguana join me while I was tanning! I would of stayed forever if I could! I was a little nervous moving to South Florida and staying with people I didn't know, but as soon as I arrived and met Steve I knew I was in good hands! You will not be disappointed staying with them!

Steve and Terry provided us with a lovely 5 week "layover" between homes. We just located to Florida from NJ and doubt we could have found aa delightful a welcoming as this one was. I highly recommend it!

The property was lovely and the pool was excellent.. The living area is is just large enough for two people. The amenities are good and the washer/dryer is a big help. Steve and Terry are very friendly and instantly make you feel at home. If there were any questions they responded to solve them in a timely fashion. Steve and Terry provided information on activities and restaurants in the area, which was a big help. The Wayans left you alone which provided a feel of comfort. Steve guided me to the great beaches in the area which was a short 15 minute drive. Overall my wife and I enjoyed the experience.

The location was perfect. As runners, we were a short distance from the intracoastal waterway where we ran along three times per week. When we did not want to cook dinner, al fresco dining was nearby or we walked to restaurants on Clematis Street. The apartment and house are located on a huge lot in tropical-like setting. As such, we were surrounded by a certain degree of serenity in a very safe neighborhood. The apartment gets lots of light and is brilliantly designed with an open floor plan that manages to make the kitchen and living/dining areas feel like two separate rooms.There were plenty of supplies for our one-month stay. And the best part or shall we call it a bonus are the owners. We have stayed in vacation rentals all over the world and the owners were pleasant enough; however, Steve and Terry are very kind and caring to the point where we did not feel like renters but valued guests. As such, we highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Providencia Park for 6 weeks and really enjoyed the garage apartment and its location. It's within walking distance to Clematis st and City Place. Steven and Terry were amazing hosts - they were quick in responding to our messages and I would definitely consider coming back in the future.

Such a beautiful property on the intercoastal and lovely hosts. 10 minute walk to downtown, lots of activities around. Cozy apartment with everything you need and the pool area is stunning. Very quiet. Couldn’t have been happier with my stay!

Perfect place to stay in downtown West Palm Beach.

This place was a Perfect Location and has full Accommodations, for my Months stay. Super Host Steven, answered any questions and was very helpful to recommend and send me weekly emails regarding activities in WPB Florida. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a safe place with full accommodations! Plus a very Pleasant Host Steven and Wife Terry! Most places do not offer a Full Kitchen. I like having a full Kitchen, made me feel like home. Wi-Fi worked really well in this location too! This is a True Hidden Gem!

There is no words to describe how professional, polite, respectful, lovely and nice were Mr. Steve and his wife Terry. I stayed for 6 weeks. The garage apartment have everything I need ( washer and a dryer, tv, kitchen accessories) etc. The place have a lot nice walking distance activites like Clematis Street. In addition to driving short distance the garage apartment is very close to the Palm Outlets mall, Gardens mall. My husband like water activites there is a short driving distance to dive to Riviera Beach at the Phil Foster Park. Great place for dive! FPLN manatee lagoon is also very close to visit if you would like to see manantees. The Flaguer Museum it was very close and very short drive distance to visit. The publix supermarket is very close. I love to ride in a bike, it was very enjoyable around the area. In conclusion, I felt my it was my second home during my staying. I will definately come back to the apartment. For everybody else who is reading this review DO NOT DOUBT to rent and stay in the garage apartment. It's a very lovely apartment with lovely and respectful owners.

Steve and Terry couldn't possibly be any nicer! They were incredibly accomodating, friendly and overall, just a pleasure to deal with! This location is sensational, with so much within walking distance. The area is beautiful and very quiet, with lots of shopping and nightlife nearby. We enjoyed walking to Clematis Street for shopping, with a stop at Bradley's along the way! If you enjoy peace and quiet, with fabulous shopping and nightlife within walking distance, and beautiful beaches very nearby, you will not be dissapointed!

The property is nice. The landlords are some of the nicest people you'll do business with.

This place is amazing for so many reasons. First, the location is perfect, very close to Clematis St. and City Place (amazing bars, restaurants and shops) and also very close to beautiful beaches. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed being so close to the water during the day and close to bars and restaurants at night. The perfect combination. The apartment is cozy, clean and lets in a lot of natural light during the day. We had the added bonus of having a washer and dryer in the actual apartment, which is a big plus for me. Also, there is a fully equipped kitchen which makes you feel at home and comes in very handy when you start missing home made meals during your vacation. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and we felt safe the whole time there. Most important of all, Steven and Terry made us feel right at home, they were lovely with us, helping us with our vacation itinerary, sending us emails of the current happenings in West Palm and always extremely responsive with anything we asked. Amazing hosts but always giving us our privacy. My boyfriend and I have tried several VRBOs (or similar) and this is by far the best experience we've had. Thank you to both Steven and Terry for making this place home away from home for us. If you are still looking for a place to stay in West Palm Beach and are still unsure, let me make it easier for you, look no further.

This place was the perfect garage apartment for the summer. The kitchen is bigger than I expected. The two best things IMO were that the air conditioning was central air and worked beautifully and the water pressure for showers was awesome. Steve and Terry were really great landlords and just super nice people. For full disclosure... I would give it 5 stars if my car had fared better. One night, it was egged. The next night, it was broken into and items were stolen from the glovebox. Steve was nice enough to let me keep my car in the driveway while I waited for the glass and bodywork repair appointment. All in all a great place, except for the car issue.

I have stayed in several places in West Palm Beach and this is definitely the best. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and has everything you might need. The hosts are attentive, responsive (and even got new dishes for the apartment when I suggested an upgrade). I liked the location - on the intercoastal in a quiet neighborhood, but close to downtown. I made the ten to fifteen minute walk into town practically every day. I didn't use the private pool, but is available just steps from the apartment.

We had the chance to spend a wonderful vacation during the whole month of March in a beautiful apartment in West Palm Beach. This was largely due to the kindness of our hosts, Terry and Steven, who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. They were very responsive to any need that we may have expressed. Also, they sent us on a regular basis information concerning upcoming events in WPB. Regarding the apartment, in a word, it is perfect, full of light with windows circling all the walls. The air conditioning is very efficient and the guests can enjoy a large swimming pool in the middle of a wooded environment. It is located within walking distance of Clematis Street and the Tourism Bureau and close to many activities and restaurants in dowtown WPB. To sum it up, we could not have found a better place for our vacation so much so that we have already reserved the apartment for next year.

The two requirements for my summer stay in West Palm Beach were a close proximity to North or South Flagler Drive and an air-conditioning system that really worked! The Providencia Park rental fit all my requirements and more. The apt. was both extremely quiet and private with convenient street parking. Both Steven and Terry were the perfect hosts, the lovely street and neighborhood was safe and so close to all the best of what West Palm and Palm Beach has to offer. First and foremost Steven and Terry are perfect landlords. If you have any questions or concerns they are there to help. Steven sends a weekly calendar of events { via e-mail} that are happening in the City Place area. We really enjoyed the concerts. The bands were excellent and you can't beat" free". There are great places to eat and always plenty to do. Movies, shopping, theatre and plays are close by. The apartment is perfect for a couple. It has everything you will need to make it home while your there. We are an older couple and the upscale private, safe location was very important to us. The pool and the rounds are just beautiful and very well maintained as is the home. If a perfect location and a well maintained clean place to stay is what your looking for....look no further. We are looking forward to going back next year, Stephen and Nancy

I liked the owners . They are accommodating. The location is great. Walking on Flagler Drive, to the library & to the post office and into town is wonderful. I discovered the Palm Beach Malls too for great shopping.

My husband and I stayed for 5 weeks. It was great to have a home away from home with all of the necessities. The amenities were everything we needed, including a full kitchen, washer/dryer and Internet/cable. We did have some issues with the Internet being spotty but overall it worked well. Having the private pool available is perfect to cool off in after a long day in the Florida humidity! The owners were helpful, friendly and kind...great to have in an unfamiliar place, but they also let us have our privacy. Overall a really nice property!

I just spent 2 delicious months in the Carriage House apartment of the beautiful Casa del Asilo in west Palm Beach. Owners Steve and Terry were kind and gracious hosts and emailed me weekly of all the goings on in downtown WPB-of which there are many-the place is always jumpin'. Although you are only 8 blocks to downtown, the neighborhood has a village coziness. The apartment is full of windows to let light in. The beautiful park in front of the house makes it seem as if it's your own personal yard and offers a stunning view of Palm Beach. I didn't want to leave and I would return again and again.

Excellent 1 bedroom garage apartment in a gorgeous historical home in the heart of West Palm Beach downtown area. The best part of our 2 month stay is knowing the owners that lives in the main house, their hospitality was outstanding. This apartment was close to the best restaurant of West Palm Beach in City Place, Clematis and Palm Beach. Shopping, great beach access in Palm Beach are also close by. Highly recommended.

A very quaint 1 bedroom apartment with a nice homey feel over looking the pool and beautiful views of the intercostal. I stayed here for a month and enjoyed every minute of it. The apartment had everything that I needed and more but the best thing was the homeowners who were very helpful anything that was needed they were there to help. Also wonderful city place and Clematis was nothing more than a few minutes away and it is a beautiful walk or car ride. I would recommend this place for anyone especially if you are looking for that feel of home while on vacation or business this is the perfect place for any age.
