This condo has the "wow" factor - you will not be disappointed. Gorgeous, loft-style, riverfront condo in the Riverstone area of Lake Coeur d' Alene. With floor-to-ceiling-windows, enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and bedroom. Located on the 3rd floor, this corner unit has the best view of the river and surrounding mountains. Conveniently located, enjoy a short 3-minute walk to Starbucks, movie theaters, shopping and many restaurants. Also, the Centennial Trail is steps away; walk or ride your bike to City Beach, the Marina, the Resort or downtown. The condo is professionally decorated with all new furnishings, appliances and tasteful decor -- not your typical vacation rental! Condo has one bedroom with king-size bed and one bath. There is a contemporary fireplace in the living room for the winter and air conditioning and ceiling fans for the summer. The wrap-around deck offers a patio table and chairs, barbecue and a bar top table with two bar stools. Also, rest assured knowing the condo is safe with secured entry access and secured parking. We loved our stay at Coeur d’Alene. The condo was perfect. The view was amazing and we were close to everything we needed/wanted. Very quiet neighborhood. We especially liked the walking trail and docks along the water. Barbara was very responsive in my communication with her. Highly recommend.

This is definitely a great vacation condo. The condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Owners were very cordial and accommodating. Within walking distant of restaurants and walking trails. We will definitely book this condo on our next visit.

Liked the condo. Nicely decorated and great view. Having two restuarants right there was great. One issue that was a problem for my husband and myself was the tub shower setup. Very difficult for us to use. Would highly recommend a grab bar or maybe two. I' m 77 and he is 82. We were afraid to use it.

Full river views, comfy cozy, had everything I needed, walking and biking distance to eating and some were right downstairs. Also, Barb was kind and a great communicator. I had the most restorative vacation and this place was central to that! Thank you, Barb!

Stayed at this amazing condo while our kids were at a sleepaway sports camp north of Spokane. It was perfect for the two of us and the Onzos are very gracious hosts, making us feel extra special. The location is awesome with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Although the photos of the condo were very nice, actually staying in the condo near the Spokane River made our experience feel tranquil and luxurious. The condo exceeded our expectations! Very modern and very clean. Our favorite rooms were the modern kitchen and lovely balcony. Barb and Frank were very helpful and contact with them was easy. The balcony was very soothing at night drinking a glass of wine and listening to the night sounds. We hope to return sometime in the spring. Highly recommend staying here!

It’s hard to know where to stay if you’ve never been but we hit the jackpot! Like all the other reviews say…this place is immaculate. The manager is always available if needed, but most likely you won’t because everything is there. Here’s the most important issue where ever we stay, the Bed! It was so comfortable that we called Frank to ask what we were sleeping on. Don’t hesitate, book when you can! Next year we’re stay longer!

Great property. Trouble with the fan/light in the living room always going ON! Not sure why. Also needs plastic bags in trash containers to use. We had none.

Beautiful River Views
My husband and I greatly enjoyed staying in this one bedroom condo. It directly views the river and is fun to watch the boats passing by. The deck wraps around two sides of the unit and has cushions on the bar height stools for added comfort.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the essentials including a Keurig and blender and plenty of open cupboards to store all our food and supplies.
The king bed in the master was comfortable for us (medium firmness) with very nice sheets and bedding. The dresser and closet space made it easy to unpack and put away clothes.
The living room furniture was comfortable to sit on and the Smart TV apps allowed us to access Netflix or they also had a full cable tv experience through Direct TV.
We were glad they had space in their garage storage unit for our bikes. Great access to the bike trail just across the street. We also enjoyed our annual rides along “Trail of the Coeur d’Alene’s” from Pinehurst to Plummer Idaho. We hope to stay again.

CDA on the River
The property has an amazing view of the Spokane River, it is well appointed, extremely clean, close to restaurants, walking path & downtown CDA. There is a day use boat dock right out front that was really convenient. The owner was extremely attentive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again!

We loved this property. It was perfect for us. The condo was great all around: beautiful view of river, close to bike path, 2 very good places to eat nearby, parking space in parking structure. Owners had great communication. I highly recommend

Absolutely great spot to stay in Couer d’alene! The views from the apartment are amazing!! The balcony was so awesome, we loved getting to sit out there a few times. We didn’t get great weather while we were there but we were happy to sit inside and enjoy the view. The floor to ceiling windows made you feel like you were outside. It was convenient that there were two restaurants downstairs! The apartment is a little bit older so certain things are dated, i.e. appliances (old stained coffee maker, no ice maker), and we couldn’t get the A/C to work despite talking to the owners and following their instructions… which is the downside with how much the apartment is per night. I feel like everything should be top notch for $500/night. A slight bummer but we overall enjoyed the stay!
