Nestled in Tennessee, this attractive cabin for $170 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. 1 Day Between Guests- Cleaning with CDC Guidelines + UVlizer Home Disinfecting Device (UVC light with Ozone) Lake Side- Log Cabin-Cozy-Quite-Brevard-Asheville-Hendersonville Cabin sleeps Two in the loft bedroom in a queen size bed. Come and stay at Gwen’s Cozy Cabin. Our cabin is situated just outside of Rosman, NC nestled on Line Runner Ridge Lake in the mountains. Great romantic setting for couples! Our adorable log cabin is a 1 bedroom loft with a queen size bed and a full bath. It is 930 square feet of coziness, constructed of large logs which makes it very unique. Wake up and gaze out at the lake without getting out of bed or better yet, have breakfast in bed, it has a great view from the loft. Enjoy spending days around the cabin, we have fishing (catch and release only), two kayaks and one canoe for lazy trips around the lake. Go swimming right outside your front door to cool down. Bring your dog, there is a large fenced in back yard for hours of play time. Cook on our charcoal grill (charcoal included) and enjoy a great meal at the picnic table or on our large front porch. If you enjoy walking, walk on the many miles of roads on Line Runner Ridge, take a hike in the woods or around the lake. After a long day at the cabin, enjoy the fire pit in the back yard fixing smore's or grab a drink and take a relaxing bath in our old fashion claw foot bath tub with tee light candles. Play some good old fashion board games or just kick back and watch TV. The living room has an electric “old fashion stove” to set the mood. Our unique kitchen is filled with everything you need, from cooking a gourmet meal or just hot dogs, it comes complete with a gas stove and oven, microwave convection oven, coffee maker, coffee, tea pot with soothing tea, toaster oven and a dishwasher. Want to venture out to sight see? There are so many quaint shops in Brevard, which are only 30 minutes away. Visit the many restaurants and shops in our area. Brevard is the land of waterfalls, hiking, biking, tubing, kayaking, canoeing, golf, tennis, skiing, horseback riding and for the adventurer in you, how about zip lining. Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Park are just 30 minutes from the cabin. Check out www.visitwaterfalls.com . No worries, if Brevard doesn’t have enough for you, Biltmore House and Grove Park Inn are only an hour away in Asheville. Asheville is a great city to visit for shopping, arts, walks and many parks to visit. You can even hop on the Blue Ridge Park Way, and enjoy the scenery and dine at the Pisgah Inn. Hendersonville, Highlands, Cashiers are just a few more quaint towns that are close to you. If you enjoy the arts, Brevard Music Center, Flatrock Theater are just 30 minutes away. Our stay was amazing. Gwen goes above and beyond,. During the process of renting the cabin I had mention it was our anniversary , her birthday and our Christmas to each other. We also had pets. Gwen the cabin owner asked for a picture of us. I thought to verify who we were when we arrived. So I sent a picture of us and one of our pets. When we arrived we were speechless. Gwen had the picture of us framed in a nice frame and the picture of our pets with a treat basket for them. The next evening we noticed she had a hand made Happy Anniversary banner with our names hanging from the upper loft.
The cabin is absolutely perfect. Loved the floor heat it keep the whole cabin heated. We will definitely be staying again.

Our 4th time staying at Gwen's lovely cabin. We always come back because our furkids are so important to us and we have never stayed anywhere where the backyard was as secure and worry free for us. We can truly relax and they can have fun. The cabin was as immaculate, perfect, and decorated as always. The only problem is that it always ends too soon :) Thanks again, Gwen!

Gwen's Cozy Cabin was a terrific place to spend our 9th anniversary. The cabin was well maintained and included everything you could imagine. The acceptance of our pup and a fully fenced yard on the lake were awesome perks. I highly recommend staying at Gwen's cabin.

We are returning clients and we love it here. There's so much to do...hiking, fishing, kayaking, waterfalls and close to the Smoky mountains. Stay at the cabin and enjoy the fire pit, and the cabin is beautiful. Can you tell we love this place? So quiet, so clean, so remote, SO PERFECT!!! We'll be back.

The cabin is clean and cozy. The location is remote enough that you should plan on having some of your meals there; the kitchen is well equipped so that shouldn't be a problem. Everything has been thought of, leading to a very comfortable guest experience. The lake is small and it's a tranquil setting. We'd love to return someday.

I cannot express how perfect everything was! I was amazed at just how immaculately clean the cabin was, even the outdoor furniture was spotless! The cabin was so cozy and my dogs Loved running around in the large backyard that was fully fenced in! It was the most peaceful stay, and we cannot wait to come back! Gwen is an amazing host who thought of everything to make this place the perfect getaway!

We have stayed at this cabin with our dog multiple times and each time is magical! The cabin is beautiful and perfect for the two of us. We took the kayak and canoe out on the lake. The porch is great and we spent as much time as possible out there enjoying the view.
Gwen is an EXCELLENT host and thinks of everything. As soon as you step in, the place feels special just for you.

My husband and I stayed at Gwen’s Cozy Cabin for our Anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! When we walked into the cabin we were greeted with a beautiful Happy Anniversary banner and basket full of goodies, along with a photo in a frame Gwen gifted to us! The cabin is absolutely beautiful and decorated so well to give your stay that cabin charm! The biggest thing that attracted us to this cabin was the fenced in yard! We brought our 2 dogs and even they loved it as much as we did! They enjoyed running around and playing and we enjoyed knowing they were secure in the yard! I have rented several properties through VRBO, and Gwen's Cozy Cabin was the absolute best! Now let me tell why. Gwen holds nothing back. The cabin is stocked over the top and with quality products. Most cabins have cheap paper products and minimal supplies. Gwen has the best and plenty of supplies. The cabin itself is very nice. Her taste in decor is georgeous. The property is well maintained and it's a great place to take you dogs. Fully fenced in, and I mean a very secure fence. I loved both upper and lower decks. Give it a try. It will not disappoint. Gwen's Cozy Cabin was absolutely fabulous. Gwen is the best host that we have had at any VRBO location that we have rented. My wife and I booked this cabin for our 10th wedding anniversary. I always read a ton of reviews before I select a rental and I could not find one negative review and after staying in the cabin, I see why. When we arrived at the cabin, Gwen had a personalized banner hanging up wishing us a Happy Anniversary and even had a framed picture of us, which she had requested upon booking, with a gift basket filled with goodies. There was music playing and everything was so inviting, cozy and very very clean. My wife, who is a stickler for a clean house and notices anything and everything dirty was the most impressed with how clean and well put together everything was. The location was great and the lake was so clear that you could see the fish swimming under us as we enjoyed a peaceful early morning canoe ride around the lake. If you are looking for adventure, there is more than you would ever be able to see or do within easy driving distance of the cabin. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, this location and cabin is perfect. Gwen has thought of everything and it really made our trip special and memorable. We will definitely be back. Thank you Gwen for making our anniversary special. We really appreciate you.

My husband and our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our weeklong stay at Gwen’s cabin. We were immediately welcomed with a basket of snacks (much needed and appreciated after our 9 hour drive), a personalized welcome note and even treats for the dogs!
The cabin is so comfortable and inviting; we instantly felt right at home. It’s unbelievably quiet and so peaceful. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and disconnect. The huge fenced in yard was perfect for the dogs and we were truly able to relax knowing they were secure. We explored Pisgah and Gorges nearby but also had plenty of downtime at the cabin, too.

This is our second time staying at Gwen’s cabin. Definitely won’t be the last. It was just as lovely, if not more, than the first time. Cozy, warm, homey, peaceful…. I could keep going and never run out of positive adjetives to describe this vacation rental. The dogs love the fenced yard. We love the view from the porch. There’s absolutely nothing negative about this place and Gwen is the most thoughtful host we’ve ever had (we have been using Vrbo since it was called home away, LONGTIME!). Don’t hesitate, rent it and take care of it, so we can all continue to enjoy this piece of heaven.

Our stay here was heaven on earth! It was just myself and and my Jack Russell Murphy. I was looking for a beautiful &peaceful place to relax, rejuvenate and celebrate my birthday. This cabin was all that and then some! From the moment I walked into soft jazz music playing, low lighting, the beautiful decor and all the special welcome and birthday touches to the time I regretfully had to leave, I was at peace and felt like I was in heaven. The cabin is spotless and has so many rich details. It was the perfect place for Murphy as well! He loved the big comfy dog bed and large fenced yard to run and chase balls. I brought all my favorite foods and ejoyed cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen. The porch was such a beautiful spot to eat and enjoy the gorgeous lake view. A comfy bed with a great view provided restful sleep. I thoroughly enjoyed doing all the simple things I never seem to have time for at home-reading a book, working a puzzle I brought with me, taking a candlelight bubble bath, and really slowing down to appreciate nature's beauty. If you get the chance to experience it in person, you will fully understand all the 5 star reviews & limited availability it has. I'm sure many are return guests as I hope to be! Thank you Gwen for putting your heart and soul into this cabin and providing such a paradise for your guests to enjoy! I loved every minute of my stay! This was our 1st time staying with Gwen's Cozy Cabin but we will definitely stay again. The check in process was so smooth and easy. When we walked in Gwen had a banner that said Happy Anniversary and a framed picture of us which was so nice. We had a storm that knocked our cable out and soon after we let Gwen know they got it fixed. The cabin is decorated with a loving touch. Gwen goes above and beyond for her guest.

My wife and I try to take a yearly spring trip, to a small town in the NC mountains, and always stay in different VRBOs. This was, by far, the best cabin we've stayed in. The host literally thought of everything! The cabin, itself is beautiful, and the views are to die for. Since the cabin is right on a lake, there are kayaks for guest use, and there is easy access to the water. We had a amazing weekend, and hope to stay here again, in the future.

After finding out I would be celebrating my birthday, Gwen had a banner up in the cabin wishing me a happy birthday. We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is beautiful, comfortable, and so clean! We rent cabins frequently and this one is definitely in the top 3! There is nothing that could make it better. The cabin is so nicely decorated. And to be able to take a piece of Gwen’s artwork off the wall to purchase was so convenient! When you read that you only need to take clothing and food, it’s true. From spices to cook with to loofahs for the shower. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, even laundry detergent. The cabin has everything. The lake is so peaceful. We really enjoyed the kayaks. Our dog had the best trip ever. The fence is secure. Ramsey could leave right off the deck and roam around the yard. Thank you Gwen for the anniversary banner, picture, and treats for us and the dog. My wife and I wanted to go on a last minute gateway to celebrate our 29th anniversary, so we started by finding this secluded cabin on VRBO, we are so happy we found this one, it was super clean and everything was pristine, the owner Gwen went the extra mile to arrange such a beautiful property and make our experience an unforgettable one, all the positive reviews about this property are short on describing how beautiful and well maintained this cabin is, is equipped with everything you need and more to make you feel like your second home, even out pets enjoyed the comfort of the cabin and oversize fenced backyard overlooking the lake, location is perfect for a couple retreat, the property is a little love nest.

This is such a beautiful cabin! So relaxing and quiet. Gwen is amazing and went out of her way to make this weekend special for us. Your adventure begins once you punch your code into the gate box and you begin ascending the gravel road. The “Cozy Cabin” awaits you. It is worth the climb. Arriving at the cabin is like stepping back in time, however, all the modern conveniences have been considered by the owners for your comfort. And they are available to assist you at any time. It is truly a lovely secure environment with a clean, delightful mountain lake. A perfect spot for relaxation considering the hectic world we live in today.

Gwen's cabin is special for a couple of reasons. First, there is Gwen. We had a small problem on check-in. She was there in a few minutes with three different possible solutions she had researched. Besides, she is simply a VERY nice individual. Second, the location on the small lake in the backwoods is perfectly quiet. We loved that. And third, the house is immaculately clean. To be honest, I was a little worried because of the number of dog owners who rent the property. Nope... for our four night stay we did not find a single hair, smell or "deposit" in the yard. It must take a great deal of work to keep things so clean. That meant a lot to us. Thank you, Gwen. You are the perfect VRBO hostess. Highly recommend.

Not sure where to start......But WOW!!!!!
Gwen is a very kind and gracious host. She had a welcome basket for my husband and I and also treats for Riley(our 11 year old Irish Setter.) I told her if we lived closer to one another we would probably become great friends. Gwen's cozy cabin is stunning. I can't say enough about how clean it was. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The cabin is beautifully decorated. We loved the fenced in yard for Riley and took canoe rides to the community dock and fed the fish. It is so quiet and peaceful. A wonderful place to unwind and reconnect. We had one day the power went out and Gwen has a whole house generator the came right on without skipping a beat. Gwen has thought of everything! In the listing it lists one full bath which is true, but it also has a toilet upstairs and one in the basement, which is great for when you come in from the lake. We were so sad we had to leave. We can't wait to go back. Jill K

We truly enjoyed this beautiful and peaceful lake front cabin. Spent our time hiking the Pisgah National Forest, then a beer break at one of the breweries and finally resting up on the front porch of this lovely mountain retreat. The cabin was well stocked with everything you could want. Even a treat basket for the humans and our little dog too. The lake was wonderful. Perfect for kayaking which Gwen also provides the kayaks. Gwen is a metal artist and her artwork is on display in many areas of the yard and cabin. We just happen to meet Gwen and her sweet puppy who was full of joy and love. I think this place is the best mountain cabin retreat we've experiences and would love to return.

From the moment the reservation was made Gwen reached out and started to personalize our stay and answer any questions we had. Arrival was easy and we were blown away at the level of hospitality when we opened the door to this immaculate cozy cabin. Welcomed by a gift basket, birthday decorations, soothing music and lighting that put you at ease right away. The cabin had everything we needed and more. Attention to detail was over the top. Bed was comfortable and furnishes reflected a cabin theme. It was perfect and Gwen obviously loves what she does and is excellent at it!! Enjoy!
