In 1995, the cabin was relocated and meticulously reconstructed on a private, tree-covered lot just three short blocks from everything downtown Fredericksburg has to offer! This original log cabin is loaded with Hill Country charm and amenities, making it the perfect location for anyone looking to experience authentic small-town charm and convenience. Inside the cabin is a spacious bedroom with a King bed and an ensuite bath, featuring a rainwater shower-head. The main living area is home to an original rock wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, seating for your whole group, and a kitchenette with a breakfast nook! Upstairs is an open loft with an additional king bed, accessed by a ladder, original to the 1790s construction. Outside, you'll find a large front porch with dual rocking chairs, a private hot tub, old-growth oak trees, and a stocked koi pond with a water feature. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies. - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance - If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time: 1st Offense will result in a $250 fine. 2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine. If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.
