Plenty of room indoors and lots of space outside for kids to run around. Convenient to beaches, shopping and dining. Outdoor pool is also quite nice. Would certainly recommend.

The “condo” was a great space for our family. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom!on vacation we are always busy and it’s nice to have space to retreat to for rest and relaxation! The area was traffic busy and took away from the relaxed beachy scene we are used to. It was our first time to Rehoboth. The food was great at every restaurant and my family enjoyed Jungle Jim’s waterpark. My mother in law and I enjoyed the shopping. It was a great vacation, but we plan to return to our normal vacation spot next year.

We had a wonderful week at Rehoboth Beach. Only issue was a sheet mixup, but that was quickly handled by Ali. The townhome is relaxing after a long day at the beach/boardwalk. The pool is nicer and being close to everything doesn’t hurt.

Only negative was the appliances need to be cleaned better and the kitchen faucet needs to be tightened or replaced. Everything else was excellent. We love the space, the location the amount of bathrooms. Would definitely rent again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rehoboth. The house and location were great! The proximity to the beaches and outlets and restaurants and breweries was perfect for us. All our expectations were met.

The week we spent here was a much needed getaway. This was also one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed at.

The property is very well-maintained. It is clean and has all of the amenities one would need. It was a short drive to the beach and there are a ton of places to eat and shop in the area. We had a great time! The only downside is that it has a lot of stairs. We have an older bulldog with arthritis so she had some trouble with going up and down. That was the only bad thing.

Beautiful large and spacious townhome nestled in a charming little community close to everything. All of the amenities you need to feel right at home. The community was so pretty and pleasant - everyone is friendly, grounds are well taken care of and community pool was refreshing. We had a family of 7 with an infant and everyone had their own space - nothing short of perfect. Relaxing vacation in home away from home. We will definitely be back!

After spending time on the beach, it was wonderful to come back to the townhouse swimming pool. The townhouse was spacious, clean, and well stocked. My daughter and son-in-law took their dog on the trail everyday, it was perfect. We walked downtown several times. It was a nice walk and you didn’t have to spend time looking for a parking space. Perfect for my family. Clean and spacious. Often sat in the screened in deck. We loved how shops were a mere 0.5 miles away. Looking forward to staying there again next year.

Property was new and beautiful. Loved the tasteful decor and paint colors. It was wonderful to have bedrooms that each had their own full bathroom attached. They allowed everyone their own space and privacy. Kitchen was well equipped. If I had to make recommendations for the property, I would suggest more seating in the family room area, a ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom, dressers in the bedrooms to unpack clothing for a week's stay and a better cable package that offered more channels. A working remote in the downstairs bedroom would have been nice. Overall, a beautiful home in a good location. I do think the walk to downtown is quite far but bus is a nice option. The owner was great at responding to inquires in a timely fashion. Property was well maintained. I would recommend it to friends and relatives.

This is a great rental property! Large, spacious, brand new and just a quick 5-minute drive into downtown Rehoboth. At the risk of detracting from it, I’d say it was too nice, but my family and I very quickly settled into its comfort. It housed my wife, daughter, two dogs and I easily, but it can easily accommodate a few more folks comfortably, and for those with dogs, there is easy access to a large open, green space behind the property – just be respectful and clean up after your pooch. The kitchen is huge! More than enough space to cook for a large family beach contingent and the garage is great staging area for beach excursions. But for us, the best part of the property is its owner, Ali. Our originally reserved rental did not meet expectations, and Ali’s Turnstone property was vacant, and after we reached out to him, Ali was quick to respond and he worked with us to get us into Turnstone the same day. It’s true the situation worked out to everyone’s benefit, but Ali’s decisive willingness to work with us easily saved our vacation. Ali even understood when we got back home and realized we had accidentally packed the pool key, which we promptly overnighted back to the property. So the classiness of the property reflects its owner and vice versa. In the interest of being balanced though, we did experience issues with the cable remote malfunctioning, and the pool is entirely too small for the community, but let’s be honest, a family beach vacation is not planned with a TV and pool in mind. That said, I will definitely look to book this property again next year. Thanks again Ali.

My stay at the house with my two adult children, their spouses, my 4 month old grandson, and my dog couldn't have been better. The house was immaculate, furnished and supplied beautifully, and very comfortable. Having the on-suites in each room as well as a powder room on the main floor was a huge plus. All the bedrooms are quite large, as was the living space; loved having the patios and the balconies. The grounds were very well maintained and had good dog walking areas. The property was conveniently located, with easy access from all directions. I would definitely recommend this property to others. Ali was great to work with.

My family spent the week before Labor Day week-end in this lovely condo. The condo is gorgeous and the pictures are very accurate. We really appreciated that all three bedrooms had a private bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped. The owners have beach chairs and umbrellas available for use and several activity and restaurant guides. We take advantage of both the city beach and Cape Henlopen State Park beach which are less crowded than along the boardwalk. We will be back next year and will definitely stay in this condo again!

We loved your townhome. Nicely decorated, contemporary decor, modern conveniences. Very clean! It worked out perfect for our family. Great selection of DVDs for adults and young children. We made use of the wagon and my grand daughter loved the toddler toys. Community pool was a short walk from the townhouse and very relaxing after a day at the beach. We appreciated having the guest notebook filled with places to eat, menus, area information, etc. We ate several meals on the screened in outdoor deck. I would definitely recommend it and we would absolutely stay there again.

I actually stayed at this property Labor Day weekend of 2010 & had a great time. Was an easy drive to the beach (although I guess this was a much quieter time of the year). But was on a bus route, so assume it would be ok at busier times. Very spacious, clean & well-equipped property; more than enough space & didn't need to bring a thing. Photos online are accurate. We hung out on the enclosed deck, fired up the grill, watched movies & just had a great time. The owners were very accommodating (they were open to pets) & had a wonderful guide book available with lots of suggestions of restaurants to visit, places to see, where to shop, etc. Would stay again (which is why I visited their page this year :-)
