Enjoyed the property. Had the pool to ourselves. The Mills are excellent hosts. Had a problem with the a/c and Harry was over asap to fix the issue. Great location, we will be back for sure.

Quaint, Very Comfortable and peaceful piece of Property! All of the amenities that one would need is available inside and outside of this Condo! It is a gated property where we felt very safe. The Owner is an absolute Angel. She checked on us a few times to make sure that we had everything we needed! We absolutely love the Owner and this property! We will return!

The location is perfect. Great pool. Safe environment in a gated locked complex. Condo is very well stocked and has everything you need and more. Host is gracious and very communicative. Stayed there with my mom. Our only issue was that the bed and sleeper sofa were uncomfortable. But still give it 5 stars bc that is a personal preference.

We came to Jax for a family wedding. My wife and I wanted to spend a few days on the beach. This unit was wonderful! Clean, convenient, and well equiped with things I didn't even know I needed. The owners were easy to contact and work with. They even went out of their way to accomodate an unusual special request. This was my first VRBO experience and I was VERY impressed. I give 5 stars without any hesitation. I would give 6 if they could have controlled the weather but us midwesterners are used to wind and rain.

We always enjoy our stay in this condo. Harry and Veronica are always such great hosts! They respond quickly to any questions we have. The condo is well furnished if you plan to make meals, but there are restaurants within walking distance. The beautiful beach is just over the dune. We have family that live here, so it’s always nice to have a place so close to them.

It was listed on accessible, which i guess means- on one level. It was not walker accessible and I told my host about my walker before I got there. I could not use it in the main bathroom at all due to furniture placement and width of entry door. No safety rails anywhere. The View shown online is not the view they have. You only see a sand dune. Even told the host, I would love to just sit and be able to see the water- you can see it if you look to the right but not from the door, it is obscured by dunes-get a new photo. very hard to get to the box to get in the gate. Have to exit the car due to a pole next to it. there was a big hole in the wall to the right of the front door since there is a HUGE Mechanical entry on the door like a commercial door. It is super heavy and we could barely open it. Again, I had to move the furniture around to get my walker anywhere in there and there are dozens of useless rugs on the floor. The lady was very nice on the phone and I am sure the place rents like crazy but tell folks the straight truth. Especially the handicapped. Bad listing. Should not be on the accessible listings.

We love the space and location. It was perfect for our family get together. Everyone ate and drank and laughed. The weather was great for sitting outside but little chilly for the water.

Very comfortable, clean and quaint condo. The property is extremely clean and quiet as well (no noisy neighbors). Kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. Sunrise on the patio while having coffee was a big plus. Would stay here again.

My best friend and I were attending a wedding in St. Augustine. We really liked the setup of the property with the sleeper sofa and full bath and a half. We both had our own privacy. It worked out well. My only complaint was when the upstairs unit renters showed up, they were very noisy and kept us awake part of the time. We loved the location and beach access. It was cool having the private pool right outside the sliding glass door.

This is a great place that is super cute. It is right by the ocean and the condo pool. It is also close to restaurants and other main conveniences. Everything you see is what you get. Highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful view and awesome pool. Very clean unit and friendly people that live there too. The only things that need to be addressed is the bed is really hard and there were to plugs that are loose in the wall, one behind the couch by the door and one on the kitchen counter to the right of the sink. They pull out of the wall when I was trying to unplug my charger cords, other that it was 5 stars all the way mate.

This is a great property! The condo is very inviting and comfortable! Plenty of space! Lovely pool right outside that door, beautiful beach a few steps over the hill, and gated community! Communication with manager was great!

This condo is soooo perfect. Right on the beach with a pool just outside the door and restuarants/ bars a short walk away. This was such a relaxing vacation for us and a great place to reconnect with family. My advice to everyone is to book now you will not be dissapointed.

This was our second time staying here and it will not be our last as long as they will continue to have us! We LOVE the pool right by the door, the beach access is superb, and everything you will need is in this place! Blankets, towels, toiletries, dishes, spices, EVERYTHING- no kidding. So thankful for this piece of paradise. Amazing communication with owners and kindness is umnatched! Thank you!

Second time staying here, and we agree with everyone else who has commented on location and amenities. All stellar. Nothing but positives. We had a minor situation, likely a result of our action, and within 30 minutes Veronica and Harry personally arrived at the property and solved our problem! Such wonderful, helpful people. We will be back!
