Enjoy this newly renovated and outfitted magnificent beach island home located on the beautiful wildlife preserve recreational resort of Fripp Island. Overlooking the most incredible marsh view and sunset on the island with private natural lot next door to ensure tranquility and peacefulness. Conveniently located just steps from the Ship's Store Market, Marina, Bonito Boathouse restaurant, Island Excursion rental center and within walking distance of the beach, beach club, food court, pools and golf course. Wake up to your own second floor privacy deck (The Crow’s Nest) overlooking wonderful marsh view from either of the two master bedrooms. Enjoy morning coffee or reading on the spacious screened porch and main deck surrounded by expansive views of the marsh. Home includes: Newly remodeled, and superbly equipped, kitchen featuring new appliances with a Jenn Air dual fuel stove, LG dishwasher, main sink and prep sink in island, granite countertops, microwave and stainless-steel refrigerator with an overflow refrigerator in the basement. Off of the kitchen is a new washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen with panoramic views of the Fripp Island marshes with a large farmhouse table. The den is expansive and opens up to the screened in porch for marsh views and has a smart TV. Main master bedroom with king-size bed on second floor with panoramic marsh & sunset views, a newly renovated private bath with large walk-in shower with six shower heads. It also has a single size pull-out sofa bed and a smart TV. The second master bedroom on second floor with king-size bed and private bath and panoramic view of the marsh and sunset. Both of the second-floor master Bedrooms have their own private entrance to second-floor sun deck or “Crow’s Nest” overlooking the marsh and sunsets and has a smart TV. The third bedroom is also on the second floor with a king-size bed and private bath with a smart TV. The first-floor guest bedroom has two queen-size beds and private bath with low clearance walk in shower. It also has a smart TV The house has high speed wireless internet, and printer – scanner – copier for remote working. First-floor oversize deck includes a high-grade Bull Stainless Steel gas grill and 10-seat teak table, and rocking chairs for sunset. We had a fabulous time at this house! I went with a girlfriend and took my teenagers and a few of their friends. The house is very well appointed. The kitchen has lots of room and had all dishes and cookware you need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The porch and deck (with lovely herbs!) are so relaxing. We watched the sunset over the marsh and one night was so clear, we sat out and checked out the constellations in the sky. Love that the switches are marked so no flipping multiple light switches to find the right one. The extra fridge in the basement is great for storing drinks. We loved the golf cart and even rented another one for the week from Fripp Island Excursions right down the street at the marina so we had space for all of us.
Pam was super communicative and made checkin and checkout a breeze. Absolutely loved this place!!

We loved spending the week in this beautiful home! This house is so comfortable, and the location is perfect. The view of the marsh and sunset can’t be beat! The home owners responded quickly to questions and were a pleasure to deal with. We certainly hope to visit this wonderful home again!

Perfect House
Great location, close to the marina and the main activity areas. Easy golf cart ride to the beach. Very clean and recently renovated. Perfect spot for sunsets and the fireworks. Owners were easy to deal with and super responsive to all questions. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Updates
Enjoyed another wonderful week with family at this beautiful property. We were excited to hear about the renovations and updates, and they were absolutely amazing! The kitchen is so open now and made preparing meals an enjoyable experience. The bathrooms were nice before, but now they all feel like mini spas. We already want next summer to be here so we can go back again!

Fripp'in Good Time
My in-laws and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect; it truly had the best sunset views on the island and it was a very convenient distance to both the beach and various pools. The house was very well maintained, and the owners went above and beyond to ensure that everything (AC, cable, etc) was working properly. The keyless entry made it super easy for our group to come and go as we needed. We will definitely be back next summer! Thank you again, Pam and TJ!

Not just for sunsets!
The location is great. - looking over the marsh facing west makes for spectacular sunsets. But waking up in the morning and sitting on the deck with a cup of coffee listening to and watching the birds play in the marsh is so relaxing. The house is spacious and the owners are incredibly responsive, helpful, and caring.

This house has amazing views, outside seating to have family dinners, had everything we needed in the kitchen and the bed arrangements were perfect for 10 people. This home Surpassed all our previous rentals. And to top it off the owners were wonderful to work with!

Perfect place for our family
Overall this house is wonderful! The air conditioning downstairs needs some work as it did not cool well. Also, water pressure in kitchen is very poor, and shower heads in all bathrooms need replacing. Beds were so comfortable. Great stay for our family. Hopefully, we can come again.

Sunset house was wonderful!
Our group (two adults and 4 teens) truly enjoyed sunset house. First of all, Sunset house is the perfect description. The sunset view from the back deck is hands down the best on the island. Nightly pictures were a must. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. All four bedrooms are very large, each has a private bathroom, and the beds are very comfortable. Smart TV's in each room made the teens happy. The kitchen was very well stocked. We cooked all of our meals at the house and there was nothing that wasn't available in the kitchen. Unlike so many rentals, there were multiples of almost everything. The dining table is huge and great for meals and games. The location of the house was perfect~centrally located for golf, beach, pools, stores, etc. Communication with the owners was excellent before and during our stay. We had a couple of questions/issues and they were very responsive. The ONLY thing that would improve this house would be a new refrigerator with a working ice maker. Having to search for ice was inconvenient. Luckily, we had an extra cooler with us to use for ice. The house was so great, we still give it 5 stars ! We will certainly stay at Sunset House again.

Excellent Home, Fantastic Stay
This home made for a very enjoyable Fripp vacation. Each bedroom was well furnished and has an attached bathroom, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor living spaces were very comfortable. We had a party of 8 with 2 additional visitors for part of the trip and had plenty of room. We enjoyed the screened in porch as well as the large dining table outdoors with seating for the whole group. A golf cart was provided and was very handy for getting around the island. The homeowners were very responsive in answering questions that arose during our stay. This was our 4th trip to Fripp. We will be back and we would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect week at the Boathouse
The reviews are so true. The Boathouse has the beat sunset views on the island. We had 10 of us and the house still had plenty of room. It had a great layout and the decks were perfect.
Also, the owners are so attentive and helpful. We Highly recommend this place.

Amazing House and Location
If you’re looking for an amazing beach getaway this is the place for you. The house is beautiful with breathtaking views of the marsh. We enjoyed sitting on the deck after a full day at the beach and watching the sun set.
The kitchen is well stocked for families who love to cook. The beds are comfortable and the house is laid out very well. I love that there are two master bedrooms. Everything worked great (WiFi, TVs, air conditioning, etc)! The owner is very responsive if you need anything or have any questions.
The marina is steps away where you can grab a sandwich from the deli or have a meal from the Bonito Boathouse restaurant. The beach is a short golf cart ride away and there lots of beach access points to choose from.
This was our first time staying at Fripp, but it definitely won’t be our last!

Magnificent Views!
We had a party of 8, four couples, and this home just perfect! Home was lovely and very spacious, beds were all comfy, plenty of room and seating for everyone, inside, and out. Kitchen was well stocked with everything that you could possibly need. The marsh and sunset views from the great room, screened porch, and back decks, were spectacular! Wonderful location, and the owner could not have been more helpful, and was an absolute pleasure to work with! Thank you, Pam, for sharing your home. Do not hesitate to rent this home!! Girls Weekend
Our group consisted of 10 friends (three generations of women). This was the first time we have ever gone on vacation together and we couldn’t have picked a better place. It was the perfect size to fit our entire group comfortably. The view of the sunset from the house is one of the most amazing I have ever seen. Pam was great to work with and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. This is definitely a place I would recommend to all my family and friends.

Best Sunsets on the Island!
The back deck and screen porch overlooks the marsh and inlet showcasing the best views on the island! The house is well equipped with everything needed, just bring your beach gear and food. The layout of the house is perfect for multiple couples with each bedroom having their own attached bath. Pam and TJ were perfect hosts and always available to answer questions before the trip and during the week. Thank you both for a great week and for sharing your wonderful beach home with us!

This is the best house we’ve been to in a long time. The location is perfect for our family. It’s close to the Marina for the boats and a golf cart ride away from the beach or pool! The house has every thing we need.
