Easy access to beach and lots of restaurants. Having beach chairs and umbrella was very nice.

We loved that it was so convenient to everything. Just a short walk to the beach! The place was clean, beds were comfy, and had everything we needed. We loved the area also!

Loved how close the beach was. We brought our 20 year old to our three year old and it was convenient for everyone.

It is not appropriate for us to have paid a cleaning fee for this unit. It was clearly not clean upon arrival, we took pictures of the main issues. Hair on window sills. Mold in swamp cooler. Downstairs fridge possible never wiped down. Used contacts on the bunk bed that there was no way to miss or knock off the bed if the sheets had been changed appropriately. Also found a contact in the rug downstairs. Tiffany was excellent about maintenance issues we had and overall enjoyed the stay, other than cleanliness being way under par

Great house, perfect location. Property manager was wonderful and responsive! Loved the complimentary beach chairs and reserved parking spaces. Nice walk down to Camille’s coffee shop every morning. Private beach area was clean. Happy with our stay. Would book here again!

Very nice house

The easy walk to the beach was perfect, because our January & February weather was sunny & warm. We had time on the beach every day. We enjoyed walking to Camille’s for coffee. Henderson Beach State Park was lovely. Thank you, Tiffany for a great break from winter.

We loved the location. Perfect house arrangement. Great access to beach and restaurants/shopping. Definitely would stay here again. Only request would be more seating in living room.

If you’re looking for a single unit, private, yet conveniently located property for a trip to Destin this is it! Our family of 5 stayed for almost a week and it was absolutely perfect! Super clean upon arrival. Checking in and out was a breeze. Owner was always available but everything was so perfect we didn’t need help. The parking was convenient for our trips out and we felt our vehicle was safe while we were in. Plenty of space for even more people but the 5 of us had plenty of room to have some time to ourselves if need be. I was concerned about our kids being downstairs where the main door is located vs is upstairs in the master but it wasn’t a real issue because the neighborhood is a safe one. Access to the beach took literally a minute and beach floats were available to use :) The beach service included was great too… their staff is very kind and took great care of us. All the fun things in Destin are close by and quick places to grab needed things are close too. The ocean and sand in Destin are beautiful but this is an amazingly affordable, comfortable place for a stay with friends or family. We’re definitely hoping to go back again regularly!

Tiffany, owner, was amazing and gracious enough to let us check in an hour early due to arriving earlier than expected. House was absolutely amazing. Details are exactly as posted. We will definitely be back! No reason to look anywhere else! Thank you! We had an amazing stay!

My daughter and I took a girl's trip and loved this house. For us it was the perfect location. People drive slow on the road near the house so I was not able to hear the cars. You can still see the ocean from the top floor yet you are one house back so you feel you have more privacy. This is an independent house so no shared walls, so you don't have to worry about having the obnoxious neighbors. The beds were very comfortable and the A/C worked great. The beach in front of the house is private and only for people who stay in that area. The crowds were significantly greater on either sides of us so it was nice to have that small area. Having two parking spots is priceless as this area gets crowded and parking is hard to find. To my surprise Miramar beach was more crowded than Crystal beach. I absolutely loved it and made the right choice in staying here. Tiffany was proactive in making sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommend.

thank you tiffany for your attention this week it was amazing to spend the holidays in your beautiful house it is very comfortable in all aspects the beach was very close we were able to enjoy the beach in the morning in the afternoon and at night it was beautiful and the shops were very close, next vacation we will come back here thank you.

The property is beautifully located in Destin. I misread and thought we were right on beach, but we were only one house back. Great access, easy access to beach and everything you need. The house is wonderful, clean, spacious with all the amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a good time staying here. Tiffany was always very helpful with anything i asked. And so quick to answer. Access to the beach was good. The parking is a little cramped(however we had 2 large trucks.) The patio/grill area could be a little more accommodating. But it got the job done the one night we grilled out. I love being right on the strip! Long walks were great! 2 beach chairs with umbrella are included and that was wonderful! I would stay here again!

Great location to get to the beach quickly. Lots of restaurants and shops within a short drive. Loved the house and was very clean. Would definitely book this property again.

Property in good location..the walkway to beach is a public ac ess beach...lots of traffic..and also you get 2 chairs with beach access...heads up you cannot bring any other umbrellas games etc...what you bring has to be in front of you...very packed little privacy...house pics as usual makes property look larger...also pics online are older...back deck has a grill, table and chairs nothing else...moved grill to check gas tank the grill fell apart rusted out...but it works...gotta have lighter the igniter dosent work..ice maker was broken was suppose to be fixed while there never saw repair man...property manager was very nice..just dont think shes been there in a while...lot of small thinks need fixing..light bulbs out, trash can runner broken...soap pumps broken..loose doors..not a big deal but these are easy fixes...Upstairs TV a nightmare to operate...also parking for the houses facing beach is a problem...had to go find the #4 house renters and give him option of having to call cops or have car towed...they blocked driveway...all and all good place just needs some minor maintenance and address the parking for beach front house 3and4...

Great location and unit, just a little smaller than I anticipated. I was disappointed about the cleanliness of the property. It didn't appear the floors had been swept, and some of the cutlery/plates, and kitchen area was really dirty.
