Located in New Orleans, this lovely resort for $300 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Nestled in the heart of the Garden District, you'll enjoy easy access to the French Quarter and the best New Orleans attractions. After the long day or night on the town relax in a heated swimming pool and hot tub in the courtyard or enjoy a beautiful view of the city from a rooftop deck. Discounted parking for one car is available. The one bedroom suite offers space for up to four guests. It features separate living areas with a partial kitchen (coffee and tea maker, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, stovetop, cookware, flatware and dishwasher) and one spacious private bedroom. Many of the Mardi Gras parades pass right in front of the building! Enjoy these parades from the resort balcony or the rooftop deck. Reservations available for 3, 4, or 7 nights.

Always a good time!
Always a good time!
It’s always crazy at Mardi Gras, but the staff is incredible at handling the chaos. Accommodations are nice and the kitchenette is just what we needed for our Mardi Gras stay. Can’t wait for next year. R&R Suites, the VRBO Team that I rented from, was fantastic! I tend to ask many questions and they were patient and thorough in and serene everyon team that I rented from, was fantastic! I tend to ask many questions and they were patient and thorough in answering every one of them. The transaction was smooth. I look forward to renting through them in the future.

The hotel was fine. There is no house keeping, which I actually like. Having a large refrigerator and freezer was great. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. We did have some trouble with check in as they had given the 1 bedroom that we were supposed to have away to someone else and all they had left was a studio (It was Mardi Gras). Check in took about an hour...again, it was Mardi Gras, so you have to just go with the flow and know that nothing is quick at that time. The studio was plenty big for my husband and I and they were able to accommodate us with a king size bed. The owner of the timeshare was responsive and gave us all the information we needed to check in prior to our visit. No complaints.
