About this house rental
The Blue willow is a two bedroom, one with a king, the other a queen size bed, sorry no pullout available. There is a large front yard that is yours to use. A table and chairs to seat 4 and more outdoor chairs can be provided for larger gatherings. There is a weber charcoal grill off of the back door patio, and a larger gas grill can be provided upon request.The kitchen is warm and homey, and fully equipped for cooking. Blue Willow is furnished with a mixture of Montana lifestyle art and antiques. Your kids can walk around the corner to the park and city pool in the summer or around the other corner for sledding in the winter. It is walking distance, or a short bike ride, from many of Bozeman's best attractions and would be a great place to stay while checking out MSU for your High School graduate or a more personal way to accommodate out of town guests for a graduation or wedding. Bozeman is a unique and friendly quintessential Northern Rockies college town dedicated to the arts, live music, locally grown food and endless year round outdoor recreation. Located in a historic neighborhood, the Blue Willow is just a few blocks away from walking trails, farmers markets, art festivals, live music and only 4 blocks from our vibrant downtown with fabulous restaurants, galleries and great shopping. Bridger Ski resort is only 16 miles away and great cross country trails are with in a mile! Montana is known to be 'The Last Best Place" and the Blue Willow Guest house is the perfect place to stay while you explore this special place and make memories to last a lifetime. Keywords:

our stay at blue willow was fantastic! morning walks up peets hill, easy access to MSU campus, such a cozy 2 bedroom, just right for us! we'll be back for sure :)

Met the owner briefly, very nice. Property is well suited for preparing meals, laundry, parking, and walking access to both downtown and the University. The comfortable chairs in the yard made for wonderful gatherings of our family. Absolutely would stay here again.

This cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Montana. Very close to downtown Bozeman for dining and shopping. It was a longer drive to Yellowstone than anticipated, but that was not a bad thing. The drive is breathtaking in itself. The owner was very easy to connect to and provided amenities that made travelling easier.

This was the perfect spot for us to coordinate our MSU move-in for out 2 kids. One was a Junior - easy. The other a new Freshmen. The location is perfectly located for going between town and campus. We walked almost everywhere after we had the major "Dorm" purchases and deliveries done. Will definitely look at staying here again while in Bozeman!!!

This duplex is located in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to downtown dining, shops and entertainment. The space is nicely appointed. There is a beautiful yard where you can relax.

First of all, the pictures don’t do this place justice. It was well doctorates, comfy, and had all amenities we could think of.
The yard was huge and our 5 year old loved it.

This home and property could not be more welcoming! Let's just put it this way, this house feels like coming home to your grandma's house, but without all the cheek pinching. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It is in a safe and friendly neighborhood, and very close to Main St. downtown. We didn't need to drive anywhere. We just walked to stores and restaurants.
I rarely stay at a hotel or rental where I don't wake up with a back ache. The beds were extremely comfortable. We decided to cook one night and we'd forgotten to buy oil. No problem! There were plenty of spices, pots and all we needed to feel at home.
Terra responded right away when we had a question.
This will definitely be our go-to first choice when we visit Bozeman.

Terra's place is clean and has the cutest little yard! Its located in the perfect spot right off of the main drag and close to the things we wanted to do in town. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the K-cups for the Kuerig that we did not bring.

Communication with Terra was great and the information at the house was so helpful and complete we had all of our questions answered. The house was a great place to unpack and enjoy Bozeman and Gallatin Gateway for some fishing. Walkable neighborhood close to coffee shops and fantastic food options. The Co-op for picking up some last minute quick bites was walking distance too. Sitting in the garden was peaceful and so very nice. We definitely recommend this house and we will likely be back. Owner was super easy to work with and very accommodating. The property is old Bozeman so no air conditioning, crank the windows open! Location couldn’t have been better for walking to the downtown. Lots of coffee and food close by. We really enjoyed or stay.
