About this house rental
This home was purchased in December 2012 and has been completely remodeled and updated for your enjoyment! We also own the 3BR/2bath cabin next door which is available as an additional rental for larger groups. (See https://www.vrbo.com/650476 for more details). This home has heated master bathroom floor, WiFi, 60 inch flat screen TV and smart TVs in all 4 bedrooms, central AIR CONDITIONING, Tesla charger and much more! We have a strict NO PET Policy and NO, we do not make exceptions, sorry! We have 4 bedrooms: 1) Master suite with king sized bed (Pack-n-Play crib, Air Mattress in closet) 2) 2nd master suite with a queen bed; 3) 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and 4) 4th bedroom has a twin over full sized bunk bed and twin+trundle bed. For your use, there are 10 SHARC passes and 10 bikes (8 adult bikes, two child bikes), 2 strollers (one BOB single revolution stroller and one double stroller that converts to a bike trailer) and a tag-along child bike. *** Unfortunately, due to COVID outbreaks, staffing shortages and poor air quality, the SHARC may not be operating at full capacity. Please check the SHARC website :(https://www.sunriversharc.com) before your stay for the latest information on hours of operation/closures and be prepared to be flexible! **** This home is located off of Cottonwood road and Beaver Drive and is central to all that Sunriver has to offer: the SHARC pool, tennis courts, Sunriver Village, Golf courses, miles of biking trails and rafting on the Deschutes River and is a quick 30 minute drive to Mt Bachelor.

Comfortable. Good beds, spacious. Appreciated the toys for kids.
Biggest concern: master bath was not adequately cleaned and had long hair from prior occupant on the tiles. Less concerning but contributing to sense of sloppy cleaning was small amounts of acne-treating soap left in shower (in their dispensers). Seemed just left over from prior visitors rather than for benefit of guests. Rather have nothing than others' odds and ends.
At least add salt to very limited pantry condiments.

Lovely, roomy home. The large kitchen and spacious great room were perfect for a big family gathering. With no snow, we put the bicycles to good use. This home has the best selection and quality of bikes we’ve ever come across in Sunriver.

My husband, infant daughter and I stayed with my mom, dad and brother at this house. It was great for everyone to have their own room/space. Two of the bedrooms have their own bath, so it was like having two masters. Easy to get to. Clean, great deck and no house backing up, just beautiful trees. We really enjoyed the couch/living space and hot tub together. Great family memories.

We had a great stay! The following are some of the things we really enjoyed: A/C, comfy beds, nicely stocked kitchen utensils/supplies, large patio with lots of seating, variety of bikes, great location with backyard privacy where deer walked by daily, extra bike locks, lots of beach towels, hot tub, SHARC passes, and the layout of the house - one of the bedrooms with an attached bathroom was separate from the other rooms.
There were a few things we would have liked: chairs in the garage to watch others play ping-pong, the patio table was made of tile and was falling apart and dirty, the uncovered window in the bedroom let in a lot of light making it hard to sleep in the morning, the Kuerig didn’t work well and when it did the coffee was luke warm, and most disappointing was the BBQ wouldn’t work - after trouble shooting and trying to reach the property manager we ended up having to cook the burgers on the stove.
Overall, the pros outweighed any cons and we would definitely stay here again!

This place had everything we needed to fit our family of six. If we had two more kids, they woyha e had space to sleep, too! Loved the toy closet! Laundry! Well stocked kitchen! AC helped during the 90+° weather when we stayed here!

We had a nice stay at this house. Easy to access with given directions. The house was very clean. The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. There are a variety of bikes to use which was very nice for our group. There is a ping pong table in the garage but we did not use it. Also the SHARK passes were a plus as well.
The biggest negative would be the back patio space. The patio dining table was not usable as it was in really rough shape (tiles loose and falling off everywhere). We were very disappointed because we were looking forward to dining outside with the weather being so nice. Most of the patio chairs did not have cushions which was another thing that we were a little surprised with. There is also a family of raccoons living under the deck and we were a little startled when they came out and looked at us as we were sitting on the deck (in the daylight hours).
But, all in all, we enjoyed our stay. It was a nice size house with just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for the size of our group.

We had a great stay at this property with three families and our children. The living, kitchen and dining rooms are all open floor plans and bigger than we expected. It was great to have private bathrooms off the masters. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi wasn’t working well on our stay and the property manager was communicative and responsive in trying to fix it. Tons of bikes and bike locks available in the garage too! We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful 4 generation reunion. It was awesome to have indoor and outdoor space allowing us to cook and visit. The bikes and other home comforts were an added benefit.

We were so impressed with the cleanliness and overall functionality of the home. Great location, so much space, and nice aesthetics! If I could give just one small suggestion; a full size mirror would be an awesome addition to the home.

We stay at Sunriver twice a year and this was our favorite house so far. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We have two kids under 4 and there was plenty of toys to keep them entertained and a portable crib/high chair/eating utensils. The hot tub was hot and clean and the location was great. We stayed with my parents and could have easily fit another family. Spacious and nice to have a TV in each bedroom. We would love to come back in the summer and stay here again!

This home was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen and many bath towels. A very comfortable and clean vacation home. The kids loved playing ping pong. We appreciated the responsiveness of the owner when an issue needed resolved. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Friends and I rented this house for a quick weekend with our small kids. It worked great for all of us. The kitchen is well stocked and the couch fit all of us. The game closet was a total bonus for our small kids.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay in this VRBO. It was the perfect size for us and we could’ve even squeezed in probably a whole other small family if we wanted to. All of the amenities were great as well! There were only two things that we’d change if we could and the first would be the cleanliness… A lot of the headboards were really dusty and at one point, we lost a remote in the couch so we were lifting up the cushions to find it and there was a bunch of stuff from previous people left in there). Our second thing was that the light switch out by the hot tub had been left on for a significant amount of time so the bulb was burnt out and it was much too late to call someone about it. This was a huge bummer because our stay was pretty short and we were unable to use the hot tub, because of how dark it was and the private hot tub was a huge reason we rented this VRBO in the first place. Overall though, we would book again just based on everything else. I’d recommend it to friends and family in the future too!

Great House
My family had an amazing stay. The house is super clean, kitchen is more than fully stocked (although we couldn’t locate a whisk), tons of bikes/wagon/jogging stroller/bike trailer, ping pong table, SHARC passes. Games/toys in the room for the kids. The house had tons of toilet paper/paper towels/dish soap/sponge/ plastic wrap/foil too. The living room was huge so it was great for the kids to have space to play on the floor. Kitchen area was open and roomy. Wish it were a little closer to The Village for a shorter bike ride but the house itself was great. Mary was responsive and took care of a little issue we ran into with the CO2 detector but it was addressed and fixed. Thank you, Mary!

Had lots of bikes, trailer, stroller for all to enjoy the bike paths and kitchen well stocked. Being one story was good overall but little hard with sound travel for naps. We enjoyed our stay, thanks!
