With Shagbark #12 you'll find all the comforts of home in this comfortable, two-story home. The large living area has an inviting fireplace. The living area adjoins the kitchen and dining area, with access to multiple decks, complete with a barbecue. There is outside living on both sides of the home. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed, the master bathroom has a soaking tub if you want to relax after a long day of recreation in Central Oregon. Two bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen bed and one with two bunk beds. Sunriver boasts the premier recreational activities in the Northwest, from snow sports in winter to golf, 30 miles of paved bike paths, tennis, kayaking and horseback riding in the warmer months. When you stay at 12 Shagbark all the fun is right outside your door. This home provides 8 Unlimited SHARC passes, free tennis, free shuttle to Mt.Bachelor and free access to the Sunriver Marina and 4 bikes! Great location in Sunriver! Kids had a great time with bunk beds and ping pong table. Also, pet friendly and includes Sharc aquatic passes. Cons- checkout time 10am and fireplace wouldn’t stay lit. No AC, so wouldn’t recommend in summer. Overall, great home!

I have rented this home several times and it does not disappoint. It’s in a great area, quiet and not far from the store if you need something quick it’s only a few minute bike ride. Always see deer. I do like they added double bunk beds and a ping pong table to the home. The only thing that would have been nice would have been to be able to use the tennis court that abuts the property. It was locked and only for members.

This home is very comfortable with a great deck and front yard. A side note is that this home is definitely starting to be dated and needing some updates. Linings are showing wear, coffee maker needs to be replaced, kitchen knifes are terrible, window blinds are worn out and don't work properly are just to name a few issue. With that said, this home is a solid rental. Location is awesome: close to Fort Rock, the grocery store, Woodlands golf course, north sunriver, and a straight shot to the the Sharc. The home has no A/C. Can be a issue in the hot months.

Everything about this house was exactly as stated. Location was at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. Great grassy yard. Perfect for our family!

We had a very nice time staying at Shagbark 12. The hot tub and ping pong table were a hit. The spacious decks were wonderful too. The layout of the home worked well for our group. And the location was great and close to everything. The cul de sac was perfect for the kids could to ride bikes safely. A couple things that would have been nice: cleaning supplies to wipe down counter tops, a sponge to wash dishes, a dust pan to use with the broom and, a portable A/C unit for the upstairs. It was uncomfortably warm and the small fans provided weren’t enough to keep the upstairs cool. Also the comforters and shams in the bunk room needed to be washed, not just flipped between stays.Overall, Shagbark 12 was a great home to stay in and we would definitely recommend it. Thank you :)

This home VERY comfortably fit our family while in town for a tournament. We wished we had more time to ride bikes and swim! The home with packed with things to use and do. We loved the wrap around deck and back field area. Loved this home so much we are saving the listing and plan to come back and stay a week!

The house was perfectly appointed and clean and the location was ideal for both local and non-local travel. The house felt very private and is centered at the end of a cul-de-sac. Truly feels like the best of Sunriver.

This home was well set up, kids slept downstairs, master on the main, good sized kitchen. The living room was large and comfortable, lots of outside space, and we loved the grassy yards! Our dogs loved it, the home was very clean and had no noticeable pet smells as a previous guests had noted. One of the bikes was broken, we messaged them about, they were very prompt at responding. I would advise bringing staple items like foil, and ziploc bags, we’ve stayed in other homes that had those on replacement basis, this home had Saran Wrap in the pantry. Overall we loved it, quiet location, close to everything.

Many positives: location, flat lot with grass, cut de sac, close to north store, quiet, good floorpan.
Negatives: carpet is gross - pet friendly but carpet needs to be replaced; a cleaning won't do it.

Property was well equipped and everything was clean except the floors. The carpet desperately needs a clean as past guests have let their dogs use it as a bathroom. I wiped up some water on the kitchen floor and the towel was filthy. The furnishings and beds were comfortable and we did enjoy our stay, but the floor was a little concerning.

The only complaint we had was the smell. We were fortunate to get a pet friendly home, but it is disappointing that all pet owners are not responsible when allowing their pets to stay in someone else's home. There were urine stains in the basement. The carpet needs a deep clean or replaced.

Great house for two small families in Sunriver
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house on Shagbark. Perfect home for 4 adults, 4 kids and a dog. The temps in Sunriver hit the 90's a few days making the house a bit hot as there is no A/C (as listed in the description). But, it didn't really matter as we spent our days exploring the Lava Caves, the SHARC, the Village, etc. Evening dinners on the spacious decks were enjoyed by all. Ping pong was a hit with the kids, and the street is very quiet which made for a great place for the kids to ride their scooters around and around and around the circle in front of the house.

Great vacation home
Our family really enjoyed staying at this house. It fit perfect for us. Everything was super clean when we arrived and checking out was a breeze. We will be coming back to this house next year.

Property is comfortable and served our purposes well. The unseasonable heat made the late afternoons and evenings a little toasty but the house cooled down through the night with the windows and sliding doors open.

Another great Sunriver stay
While the property inside is not updated, it fully accommodated our needs. We have 1 teen, 1 tween, 10 year old and a dog. Everyone's needs were met. Tons of outdoor spaces to sit and chill, super quiet area. Came with 4 bikes but they are all cruisers and where the house is located = a bit of hills riding to the sharc, village and meadow so I'd recommend bringing gear bikes if you want to bike a ton. We'd for sure stay again. Love Sunriver!

Awesome house
I've stayed in plenty of vacation rentals, and this one I can honestly say was the best one yet. My husband and I both agreed that the place was not the least bit run down, and really lived up to expectations. The split level was awesome, the house was very clean, the furniture was comfortable and very well taken care of amidst constant guests, and the property managers were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!
