Our ultra-modern beachfront condo is absolutely stunning! It is located directly on the beach at North Myrtle Beach. This remodelled unit is decked out with all the modern conveniences: Samsung 4K 40" TV in the kitchen, Samsung 48" LED TV in the bedroom, full-sized induction cook-top, full-sized GE stainless refrigerator(refrigeration on the top, freezer on the bottom) and modern faucets and vessel sinks in the bathroom. Our counters are Eco-Friendly and are made of recycled glass along with the glass subway tile backsplash in the kitchen area. Welcome to your Beach Paradise with views of the ocean from almost anywhere in the condo! Our one-bedroom oceanfront condo on the 10th floor has been renovated in 2021 with a new kitchen, new wood plank tile throughout, all new furnishings, rugs, décor, custom window treatments, pillows, and new linens. The condo sleeps up to 6 and has one bedroom (two queen beds), one bathroom, and a separate living area (with a sofa bed), which is open to the kitchen. The remodelled kitchen has new everything including new cabinets, glass countertops, glass tile backsplash, cooktop, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is also stocked with any items you might need for your stay. The kitchen is open to the living area which includes a dining table with 4 chairs, a sofa that pulls out into a bed, and an accent chair all with a view of the ocean or the new wall-mounted 40" Samsung 4K TV. From the living area, you can walk out to the balcony overlooking the tropical resort pool deck and ocean. This is our favourite spot for morning tea or coffee while you inhale the salt air! The bedroom has a new wall-mounted 42" LG LED TV as well as two queen beds, each with new bedding and pillows. The bath has a double vanity with Ecos glass countertop and new bath towels. We also own three other condos, new and fully renovated, in the same building, vrbo #663935, 663936, 634157. Please reach out to us in case you would like information on these as well. We have 3 properties located on the penthouse floors for larger families who would like to be situated close together in the resort! These are 663935 663936 and 1248992. Beach Cove is the perfect location for everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. There are many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Directly across the street is Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, and Alabama Theater. Beach Cove is at the southernmost tip of North Myrtle Beach so both central Myrtle and North Myrtle activities are just a quick drive away. If you prefer to stay at the resort, Beach Cove offers lots of amenities. An outdoor tropical oasis includes three outdoor heated pools (two heated seasonally, one year-round), three outdoor whirlpools, a kiddie pool, a lazy river, shuffleboard and a poolside tiki bar serving food and drinks. There is an indoor pool and whirlpool. Please treat yourself to everything that our condo and Beach Cove have to offer, you won't regret it! This beachfront condo is situated in a great location with all the comforts of North Myrtle, but all the perks of Myrtle Beach. We have made this condo comfortable with all the extras you would expect in a beachfront condo and then some! This modern 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom sleeps 6 and has 2 beds in the main bedroom and a couch that folds out into a bed to sleep additional people in the living area. We have a modern cooktop (induction) and stainless GE microwave for entertaining guests as well as modern TV's to watch your favorite show. Beach Cove is the perfect location and is close to everything. It is right at the southernmost tip of north myrtle beach so you can enjoy both central myrtle and north myrtle activities that are just a quick drive away. This condo has incredible views! Located on the 10th floor, you can enjoy beachfront views from both the 10th-floor balcony as well as the living area. Enjoy the outdoor heated pools(even in the offseason), lazy river, shuffleboard, and a cold cocktail at the outdoor Tiki Bar. Relax by the many pools, enjoy the views, take in the salt air as you stroll on the beaches, enjoy the balcony on evenings as you take in all the sounds of nature from the ocean, there is so much to do! We hope that you will enjoy our condo as much as we do. Note: You will not have access to the Indoor Bar/Game Room area. NOTE: INDOOR POOL is CLOSED until further notice

Love North Myrtle and especially being so close to Barefoot Landing. The pools at Beach Cove were great. The property over all is dated and shows the years of love and adventures, however, the staff is nice, they had good security, excellent beach access, and good parking. We would stay again. We did not love the messaging from Big Fish Rentals with so much “YOU WILL BE CHARGED” especially when the unit had chipped paint, missing backsplash, and wasn’t clean upon arrival. BFR was quick to respond to messages (although never with apologies for the state we found the unit). We will likely visit Beach Cove again.

The elevator was out our whole trip. Hauled all bags, groceries, beach items, etc up to 7th floor. We should have been notified of this as well as many services not up to par at the resort. Chair in living room is dirty. Found standing water under kitchen table. Multiple repairs needed (slat in blinds, table damaged, trim/molding banged up. Little communication regarding resolving the issues. Good view but had many problems on this trip for me, wife, young daughter. Condo needs cleaned better and fixed up.

We were so excited for our vacation. I used to be an avid traveler, but work has been so busy that I haven't taken a trip in years. We booked this property and upon arrival, we were very happy. There is a beautiful view of the ocean and the location is great. After we got settled, we went to get dinner. We put our food on the counter, turned around to get plates, and then found our food literally COVERED IN ROACHES!!! They were everywhere. I called the property management company (this is owned by Big Fish Rentals, not an individual named Julie) and they couldn't have cared less. They refused to move us to another property, as did VRBO. Exterminators came the next day, but that really didn't do anything. We bought cans of Raid and spent the majority of our time in the condo killing roaches. Then our air conditioning stopped working. The room was extremely hot and again, they couldn't have cared less. They said we would have to pay to have someone come out because they knew their air was working. Obviously it was not. We fought for about 3 hours, at which point Alex told me I was unstable. I saw on several of their BBB reviews that as soon as you call them out for being a horrible rental company, they start insulting you. Once they have your money, they don't care about anything else.
I promise you - you can find much, much better places and rent from much, much nicer people. This wasn't worth it after all of the grief we had to deal with.

Was really looking forward to our stay after reading the positive reviews. We unfortunately were instead greeted by roaches 😣 The rental company was notified and they did send out pest control to spray the following day, but simply is not an immediate fix. They weren’t able to use anything stronger while tenants were present. I spent every night of our stay killing roaches, it was gross and uncomfortable to have them around.
After spending as much money as we did, including all the cleaning fees we definitely expected better. The furniture could also use a cleaning/ shampoo- they were pretty dirty.
Location wise, it was great. Right on the beach, pools on the premises and close to restaurants and shopping centers. So if you don’t mind the extra guests/pests it may be perfect for you. I personally would not stay again.

Great room, amazing view!
The room is very nice. Pictures are mainly accurate besides the fridge isn’t stainless steel, it’s white, which is no big deal. View is amazing. About a mile from entertainment which is great. Only downside is a few roach like bugs crawling around in the kitchen, even with pest control that came during our stay. I would still highly recommend this room.

Summer Vacay
This particular property has everything you need and communication was excellent! We love how centrally located it is to everything. This is our 3rd time staying at Beach Cove, but in different units obviously and I will say it will be our last.

This was a great VRBO property and we would stay here again! First, let me begin by saying that the property looks just like the images: the view of the beach is spectacular. The property was clean and the thoughtfully decorated. It was beachy but not too kitschy without unnecessary decor cluttering up the tables. This meant that it felt open and airy and left us without enough open flat surfaces for our belongings without being worried about losing them. Having a separate bedroom was perfect. There was a range of lighting--pots with dimmers and lamps that we could easily adjust to suit our needs. We appreciated the number of outlets for charging devices. And most importantly--a short ride down the elevator and out the back door of the resort took us right to the beach!
A few particular things of note:
-I'm a bad sleeper when I travel, so I appreciated that the 2 beds in the bedroom were each a different firmness so that I had a choice. This choice meant that I actually slept well on this trip.
-Location of this rental is great. Parking was ample and it's 1 mile to Barefoot landing with shopping and dining. And an easy drive to all of the other attractions in the area--Market Commons, Brookgreen Gardens, Boardwalk on the Beach, etc.
-Close to several grocery stores--Kroger's, Walmart, also close to a Fresh Market, and Bay Naturals (local) if you are like me and need a larger gluten free selection.
-Speaking of gluten free: we found that there were some lovely gluten free options in the area: Lulu's at Barefoot landing (the aforementioned 1 mile away) had an allergy menu and had the manager take my order on a red allergy ticket!!! Other great GF options we discovered: Tupelo Honey, local bakery You Eat, I Bake, Chuck's Steakhouse, Painters Homemade Ice Cream. If you are GF--watch out for the french fries in SC, they always seemed to be the dreaded "seasoned" fries that have been dusted with flour. If you crave fries hit Five Guys or Burgerfi.
-Pool and hot tub in the resort were easy to access.
Only two minor things to note:
-The free Wifi is public building wifi--while there are 40+unsecured networks you can log on to, on the weekend we found speeds lagged on searches and streaming was impossible. No problems M-W while we were there.
-Shower hot water never got as hot as the kitchen sink--one of us likes to boil in the shower. Just a head's up if that's a deal breaker. Water pressure was awesome, bathtub deep enough for a soak.

I was suprised at the simplicity if getting in. You just wait for the email. And I absolutely love the view! Waking up in the morning is relaxing! I get to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves! And the condo itself is perfect! The theme is masterfully done! There's even beach themed stain glass windows in the entrance of the doorways. I love this place! I will absolutely try to come back here again!

Great affordable location with amenities
We just returned from our stay at this unit at the Beach Cove Resort and overall we really enjoyed ourselves and had a fantastic trip! This unit was just as pictured and it was super clean upon arrival. It was the perfect size for our family girls trip + my son. I want to start with the PROS: the North Myrtle location was perfect and absolutely ideal. You are within walking distance of several restaurants and a great little ice cream /coffee shop! Barefoot Landing was right up and across the road and we spent most of our evenings there because of the shopping and dining options. The unit was updated nicely with a new bathroom, kitchen and floors. It had everything we needed and was in working order for our short trip. The beds were comfortable and my son, who slept on the sofa bed said it was comfortable as well. The resort has a nice bar/restaurant/coffee shop area on the lobby level as well as a cafe for breakfast. The pool area has a nice bar with all the yummy frozen beverages your heart could desire. We really enjoyed the daytime bartender. She was friendly, kind and had great taste in music! The pool bar food is actually really good as well. There is easy access to the large beach with plenty of space to be a comfortable distance from others. The property has multiple pools in close proximity to one another as well as a lazy river and two hot tubs. The balcony is small but provides a great ocean front view and there were four chairs so we had plenty of seating. Communication with the management company was great and we did not have to reach out to them for anything during our stay. CONS: It is a large resort with two separate towers and depending upon the time of day there was a bit of a wait to use the elevators. This unit is in Tower A so you must park and unload from the 3rd floor of the parking garage. We could never locate a luggage cart during our stay. I think that folks tend to grab them and keep them in their rooms because they are in short supply. The resort itself is older and could use a facelift in some areas but overall it was clean and safe. I would stay at this property again.

We text u guys and u sent a portable unit that had to be vented out the patio doors and then the remainder had to be cardboarded and taped. So we did not get to use the balcony which I usually do a lot. Inside the portable unit was so loud I could not hear the tv One of the elevators near our room did not work the whole time we were there and that used up very valuable time. I understand things happening but these continued for for the whole five days of our stay. The unit was very updated and very nice to look at but I would never use vrbo again the cost of fees and insurance policies I felt pressured to buy along with all the threats of doing something wrong did not balance with my expectations of u guys. I’ve stayed at beach cove before. Loved it and would stay there again

My boyfriend and I had a great time at Windy Hill. The property is gorgeous and there is a lot to do. I honestly wish I could have stayed another day if I didn’t live so far.

Not What We Were Expecting
Let’s start off with the positive - this room does have a great view! I think when I was booking, I focused too much on that. I’m upset with myself because I didn’t do my due diligence. When we first arrived we were very excited to be there until we started noticing issues. To start with there was about a 1/2 roll of toilet paper and that was it. No paper towels at all. I called and was told it was in the contract that those weren’t supplied. My bad for not reading it closely. The WiFi sucked! We had to use unsecured WiFi which provided barely any coverage. When I called Big Fish Rentals about this, Julie said she never had any complaints about the WiFi yet if you read through the reviews, clearly that wasn’t true. We were told that the HOA (yeah, right!) probably needed to reset. When we went to the front desk about this they told us they couldn’t help us because we didn’t book directly through them. Had I known this was also a hotel, I would have done just that. Because we booked through VRBO, we were treated like second class citizens. We couldn’t use the gym because we didn’t book directly. Had we booked directly, we would have paid less for the room without having to pay $85 for a cleaning fee or had to wait up to 30 days for the return of our $150 deposit. In accordance with the check-out threats, we left the room immaculate (I have pictures)...what exactly costs $85 dollars? Changing sheets and towels?! Ridiculous! There are 4 plastic chairs on the balcony. Two of them were filthy, I wouldn’t hang my wet bathing suit over, let alone sit in. There was no hot water in the kitchen (saw someone mentioned this 2 years ago in their review). It’s nice that some beach accessories were available though I couldn’t hang dresses in the closet because these (sandy) items seem to be just thrown into the closet. The whole building is just old. Elevators broke down at least twice in 4 days. There is only 1 working faucet (out of 5 I saw) to clean sand off your feet. The whole building could use a major facelift! If you want to stay at this location, check the hotel (beachcove.com) first!

We loved this 1 bedroom condo. The balcony view is stellar and the pools are lots of fun. The photos of the unit are spot on. Julie answered every question and took great care of us.
