This was our first time visiting Nashville, we had a great time. The owner is very responsive and was able to let us check in much earlier than the listed check in time. The kitchen had coffee pods for the Keurig, sugar and sugar substitutes, individual sized snacks and some bottled water. Bathrooms were stocked with travel sized body washes, shampoos & conditioners. Condo is roughly 1 mile from Broadway, the walk back at night is on the dark side but we felt safe and no one bothered us. You are also a short walk from a coffee spot called Moonshot (owner recommended this place), coffee and avocado toast were both delicious.

Property manager was prompt, kind, and helpful. This condo is within a mile of Broadway and the walk is easy.

Loved the view of the river from this cozy place. It had everything we needed. Only a mile and a half from Broadway. Very clean and loved the covered parking.

The condo was very nice and the little extras the host left us was very much appreciated! The walk to downtown wasn’t too far and the weather was perfect!

This place was within walking distance to many things. I gave 4 stars for location because your still 1 mile to Broadway, but its an easy walk or you can Uber. I gave 4 stars for cleanliness because although the inside of the unit was very clean, the outside had a lot of cobwebs and such which really isn't on the owner I suppose. We were however disappointed in the balcony. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned/wiped down in quite awhile therefore we did not use it, that said I would have totally given 5 stars. The beds were super comfy as was the living room furniture. The towels were awesome! The pool area was very nice. Rebecca was quick to respond with the 2 issues we had and they were fixed within a few hours. Overall, we would definetly recommend this place and would stay here again,.

Nice spot on the river. Quiet, but close to all the Broadway action. Cool Music City prints around the condo. Walked to rolled ice cream, had deep dish pizza delivered. Walked to Broadway at night to see the sights.

This was a great condo for the four us. We were very close to Broadway and were able to walk most places. We utilized the pool and laundry room both of which were very clean. They made it easy to do laundry as you only had to down load an app. The property manager was great as when I did contact her she was quick to reapond.

Fun time in Nashville. Convenient location. Easy check in and check out. Cute place and fun decorations. Great to have easy parking and parking under cover.

Location is great, beautiful view of river. Proximity to all we wanted to do was great. Everything we needed was in condo. Felt safe the whole time we were there. Floors and walls are very thin and we did hear the people above us every move—just moving around. No issues with neighbors around us. Wasn’t distracting enough we wouldn’t stay again!

Pool was a nice gathering spot for our group. Condos are a little used but worked just fine for a couple days in Nashville.

Property was very clean and a short walk or Uber to Broadway and other activities. Access to the pool was a bonus.

The apartment was cute, but we found that cleanliness could have been better.

Very cute and clean. A little off the beaten path but close enough to everything downtown which is what we preferred. Didn’t care for the tv set up - it’s Roku and you have to log in to all of your apps. Luckily there was so much to do in Nashville, you don’t have much time to sit around and watch tv. Great visit and a very comfortable clean place to stay with l good beds and linens!

Had the best time in Nashville and being able to get away from all the hustle and bustle of Broadway to our condo every night was the best. Beautiful setting on the river in a comfy place of our own. Short distance to all the fun. This rental is very clean and lots of room for our party of four. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

Had an issue with the mattress night one and Rebecca immediately came and had it replaced. Excellent customer service.

Owner was welcoming and attentive. Property was as described. Any issues (which were minor) were addressed immediately. Would stay here again.

We love the condo home feeling. Pool was good. Neighbors above us was loud Thursday night. But overall i would rent again. Thanks

My husband and I traveled to Nashville with another couple to celebrate my 40th birthday. The condo 2 nice sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We had a view of the river with a small deck. Had everything we needed. Easy checkin/checkout. The only draw back is the walls and ceiling are so thin sound travels between units. Our group was not particularly sound sensitive so we got over it, but it may bother other people. All 4 of us would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights. The only negative was the noise from the people in the condo above. They must have been wearing boots and stomping because it was quite loud.

Property was exactly as pictured, great surrounding neighborhood, and about a 20 minute walk to all the action on Broadway. We would definitely stay again!

The setup was great for us, location good, but so much construction in the area and Nashville in general that there were some inconveniences. The owner was very responsive and provided some great suggestions on activities before we arrived.

Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint was the people over us were very noisy. Sounded like they were jumping up and down every night (morning) at 2 am

Excellent clean, cozy place by the river

The place was beautiful! The guest bathroom shower leaked a little. The furnishings and decorations make it such a cozy stay and the view of the river was breathtaking. Close enough to walk to Broadway and Germantown that saved us some money for parking. Would definitely stay here again!
