Nestled in South Forest Beach, this attractive house for $520 per night is a great option for your next trip. Welcome to our Oceanfront four bedroom, four bathroom townhome. We truly want you and your family to experience a fantastic Hilton Head Island Beach Vacation. Hilton Head Beach Villas is a 30 unit beautiful, quiet gated community. Upon arriving you pull directly into your covered carport. No elevators or luggage carts to deal with, as you are 10' from the entrance door. This townhome offers two upper level King bedrooms with private bathrooms. There are two lower level bedrooms that look out into the beach dunes. One of these bedrooms has a Queen bed and one bedroom has two twin beds. A nicely decorated full bathroom is also on the lower level. All bedrooms have flat screen televisions and power outlet strips for all your electrical needs. Foyer has a bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer. Main level has a fully renovated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, granite counters with center island. Coffee maker, teapot, toaster and all other necessary kitchen utensils to cook your favorite dishes. A large dining room table over looks the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a meal with family and friends. A unique feature to this townhome is a large side deck over looking the ocean. You can enjoy food and beverage on this large deck with enough seating for all to enjoy. Back inside, the living room area has a large flat screen television, and new comfortable furniture for relaxing and socializing. Out front on the ground level patio you will find a charcoal grill and new patio furniture. There is also 2 deck boxes there filled with chairs and beach toys for the kids. Hilton Beach Villas has a new private elevated walkway to the beach. This makes it easier for people with mobility issues to access the famous South Forest Beach. Coligny Plaza is just a few blocks away. It has all the night life, shopping, dining, and services you need within easy walking or biking distance. We look forward to hearing from you!!! Such an awesome place. Right on the beach with some awesome views. Neighborhood is quiet and secluded. Beds and rooms are so confy. This was definitely a premium space. The best part is property management company is literally a block away.

Had a wonderful week in this townhouse with our 3 sons and their families. Plenty of room with each family having a bedroom. Nice to have some separation with the 2 floors. So close to beach and pool which awesome with grandkids 5 and under!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Host was very responsive for minor help!!!!

The property location is great. Direct ocean front with easy access to the beach. Walking distance to Coliginy. We had trouble with the keyless entry. I had read in reviews other people have problems and assumed it had been addressed. It worked for 2 days and then we had 1 key to use for 10 people. Not very convenient. We had a little confusion at check in but I will say the property management team is very helpful and friendly. The townhouse itself was as pictured. We would definitely rent again.

Condo was clean and well stocked. You could come to the beach and not bring chairs, cart or toys as all were available. Only issue was keyless entry which did not work and realty office was not able to help other than give us a key that we shared among 2 families. We had all adults in our party try to use the keyless following the directions and code given and it did not work.

We loved staying in BV 5 and the owner, Mark, was very attentive to answering pre-trip questions. The owners have very tastefully decorated this unit and we have already recommended this unit to several other families that love staying in the South Forest Beach area.

We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Villa. The villa was clean, well stocked and was exactly as described as on the website. The location was perfect. We have been coming to Hilton Head for many years, and love the Forest Beach area the best. It is walking distance to the beach, bike trails, dining and shopping. The layout worked out well for the small children and their parents using the lower level. Quiet for naptime and the bath tub was conveniently located next to the children's room. The management company was also easily accessable and helpful. Thanks so much!

This is a great beach home. The location is perfect. The home is well furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The management company and the owner are very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back next year!

The pictures are exactly accurate of what the home is like. Beautiful water views! The kitchen was extremely well appointed. We had plenty of space for everyone. Parking and check in was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach (<5 minutes). I would love to stay here again.

This 4 bedroom/bathroom townhouse was exactly as described in the posting and perfect for our college friends get together (4 couples)! The end unit was great facing the the water and convenient going to the beach. The owner was patient and responsive in addressing questions. Location was perfect for us to walk to see the St Patrick’s Day parade!

We really loved everything about our stay here! We had 7 in our group, plus a baby, and it was so great to have all the bedrooms and bathrooms! It was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view! We also loved being able to walk to the plaza for coffee and shopping! Thanks so much!!

Nice location and number of beds/bath. Should have been cleaner- black mold at vents, stains on cloth furniture and bedding, unclean dishes and a few cockroaches.

First off, we would definitely rent again. The views and location to the beach were fantastic. Everything you needed was provided. However, the property needs some attention. We immediately were greeted to approximately 10 cockroaches in the sink. We purchased some Raid to take care of the issue. But we continued to see a roach here or there during our stay. Every vent in the house had mildew and the door to 1 of the rooms was swollen and would not close,

Quiet, relaxing spot close to the beach. 4 bedrooms is perfect for our family and appreciate the 4 bathrooms too! Living space is small but functional since we spend most of our time outside. Nice beach chairs and umbrella. Love the location and will continue to return here!

This 4 bedroom townhouse was perfect for our group of 8 adults.!
We enjoyed the ocean view from the kitchen/dining, living room, and deck! The proximity to the beach and Coligny was convenient.
It was helpful to have 4 full bathrooms, the kitchen was very nice, and the beds were comfortable.
There were several beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach cart located on the patio that were useful during our stay! We also used the charcoal grill twice for lunches.
Would definitely stay here again!

Property was as advertised - everything was clean and functional. Small villa community has its own beach access. Community pool was small and oddly dimensioned (very little area actually shallow enough to stand in) but it serves its purpose. Short drive or walkable to Coligny Beach area shops and restaurants, great location.

From the time we booked this property everything was great. I was contacted by the owner and the property manager. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The place was exactly as it appears on the web site. Very clean when we arrived. Talking about coming back next year to the same place.

It was nice to have four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The location was great! As well as the side deck! The only thing I would change is to have the couch replaced, as the upstairs couch you kind of sink into; it is not super comfortable to sit in. The kitchen was amazing! Lots of grassy area for the kids to play outside. The view was really pretty!
