The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.

We love the location in town and it was right next door to the other family members we were with. The property was clean, but it is dark. It needs to be brighten up. When we oped the door, there was a strong musty bad smell. It was because of the broken window that was boarded up. Our daughter couldn't stand the smell in that room so she had to squeeze into the condo with the family next door. We had to keep that door closed, but still the smell! Our bedroom was nice but the bed sheets are too small for the mattress and keep rolling off the corners. I had to keep fixing the sheets. The garbage disposal stopped working and when I email you, I never got a response. We were happy to be next door to family but this condo needs improvements.

Everything went smoothly, but the shampoo, soap, and lotion were missing.

The unit is well kept and the management had great communication.
The only downside was that due to the massive snow banks from the plows, all of the windows were boarded up and there was no natural light from any room. That was not their fault, however, so I don't want to ding them for it.
I loved that the Christmas decorations were still up in February. :) I don't want the season to end either.

Cannot complain about the property or location. Only thing we were truly disappointed about was that we were there during a blizzard. Although we were not able to go up on the lifts, we experienced a very white holiday. Property was very easy to find and close to everything.

Nice Condo near Eagle
Conveniently located right off of Green line 46 stop. Lots of room for our family. Great entry way mudroom for ski gear. Appliances new and TVs in all rooms. Nest thermostats not working in bedrooms, but there were portable heaters that worked well. Pellet stove heated place quickly and efficiently. Would stay here again!

Nicely updated condor near Eagle Lodge
Condo was recently updated, clean and conveniently located near Eagle Lodge. Granite countertop kitchen with plenty of cookware/utensils. Updated bathrooms and flooring. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks!

It was extremely difficult to reach someone to help us enter the condo and we had a ton of issues with the heating (faulty Breaker that the owner knew about), electrical issues throughout the place (faulty Breaker that the owner knew about). The cellular service for Verizon was not good. It took one hour to reach someone to help me get in. That person had to go through 3 or 4 different codes.
I was told I had to download an app. Well with the service up there, I couldn't. The place was freezing. The one of the thermostats was broken.
They had space heater through out the place. The problem was, every time we plugged one in the breaker blew. No one know where it was. I was finally able to get the code the owners closet which had the electrical panel, AND RIGHT BY THE BREAKER WAS A NOTE FOR THE MAINTENECE MAN TO CHECK. The power went out 10 times. The owner should be ashamed of their selves. They charged me $1400 per night and we were freezing. Never ever ever again.

My family came here for a few days. Overall the property is quite well maintained and the location is unbeatable. The SPA pool is pretty nice as well! My family came here for a few days. Overall the property is quite well maintained and the location is unbeatable. The SPA pool is pretty nice as well! A few things to consider for any guest who is traveling with seniors. I came with my elderly parents who are in their 80s. I specifically was looking at accommodations that are on ground floor and limited mobility accessible. The description indicated that it is. There is one step from the parking lot to the front door, and a slight bump at the front door. Little details can greatly affect the safety of seniors if there are tripping hazards. Suggestions:1. Motion sensor light once entering the unit. I arrived at check-in and couldn’t see inside the unit once I opened the door and was fiddling around to find the light switches was difficult.2. The unit had rug runners along the hallway, bedroom and living room. The functionality is understandable, but the one in the hallway did not have anti-slip on the bottom. Cozy space
Great location, walking distance to good restaurants, grocery store, equipment rental shop. Cozy space. We had two couples during our stay - one couple in the master bedroom and one couple in the bunkbed area. Bunkbeds were comfortable and double sized, but had a very low upper bunk. Would be great for kids, but my partner and I ended up sleeping in separate lower bunks for ease of getting in and out. Nice open living area/kitchen/dining space- Loved the pellet stove and being able to cook in the kitchen and play some games they had for guests. Easy check in and check out – instructions are very clearly posted on everything. Overall great weekend stay.

Cozy for a short stay
Overall we had a good experience at this property. There was a total of 4 people and we were cozy. The heaters in the bedroom stopped working during our stay and the property manager was quick to help remedy the problem. They sent maintenance and because it only solved the problem temporarily, we requested for space heaters the next morning and those were dropped off within the same day we requested them. Definitely very responsive and helpful. My only major call outs are, when we first arrived the entire place smelled like oily potatoes/hash browns so we had to air out the property for several hours and light a candle (probably just cooking smells trapped inside from the previous renters that checked out that day). The fridge also had a bad fish smell so perhaps it just needed a fresh box of baking soda. Also my friend mentioned to me that one of the face towels in the second bathroom was very dirty and had an awful smell. So I just gave her the one from the master bathroom since I brought my own face towel. Oh it's also quite dark in the master and second bedroom due to the wood planks that is covering the windows from the outside. We were on the mountain pretty much every day so that didn't bother us too much.
We were very close to the bus stop and only a short ride to Eagle lodge which was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and utensils. The front set up for all your snow gear was very thoughtful and useful. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. It can get a little noisy from the upstairs neighbors so if you're a light sleeper I suggest to bring earplugs. Overall a good stay despite the issues mentioned above.

Week-long Mammoth getaway
We spent a terrific week as a family enjoying Mammoth. The property was terrific and met our needs. It makes good use of space and was cozy but not too small for a family of six. The master bedroom is quite large and well appointed. All systems functioned properly.

We decided to get away during this crazy time in our world right now and it was the perfect get away . Condo was as described, perfect location, very clean which is on the top of our priority and decorated for Christmas to top it off. Love how everything was labeled to make your stay very easy. We will definitely be coming back, fit our family of 5 just right.

Sunshine Village
The condo was great for our family of 4. We really enjoyed our stay. There were some community amenities that were not available due to COVID-19, but will be fun to take advantage of when things are back to normal.

Great family get away
Really enjoyed the thoughtful touches of this rental. Updated and very clean. I especially appreciated the new sponges left in the kitchen. Our stay was short. It would have been more challenging for a longer stay as there really isn't anywhere to store your food. The kitchen was very well equipped but that leaves little space for your food. Also, these units and Horizons 4 are always very dark. Not much you can do about that one though. Overall, really liked this rental. It felt like home. Would love to stay here again.
