We are exactly where you want to be far enough to enjoy the amazing views of the hill Country but close enough to Fredericksburg to enjoy the town. We are located on a 45-acre property. We offer a cute barn style cottage featuring countryside views from the porch, a kitchenette, a dining area, living area, bedroom, a full bathroom and upstairs loft with a half bath, and we also offer a hot tub for you to enjoy. Each room in the cottage is decorated beautifully with fine art and furnishings. Fredericksburg has great restaurants, shopping and winery tours.

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was perfect, the check-in was easy, the view was spectacular. The kids loved the hot tub and the s’mores kit. We had everything you could need, towels, extra blankets, internet was strong and the profiles on the smart tv were full and had endless options. After our stay we are seriously considering buying a cottage in the area. We highly recommend staying here. If we can’t find our own place we will be repeat customers.

We had an awesome stay for us girls for the weekend! The property was gorgeous and it was everything as described. We loved some time in the hot tub. Not far from town, only 8 mins to Main st! Very convenient to everything we needed! Fredericksburg is beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

I love taking my family on mini-adventures w/Gigi. This trip was to explore Fredericksburg and Enchanted Rock! We had a blast. The home was a great resting place for after our adventures. The Hot Tub was a big success for ALL. The quiet area gave us security and fun for walking with little feet! We Loved the Adventure!! TY

Out of the way enough to be quiet and see the stars, but 6 minutes from Main Street. Perfect location. Bigger than it looks in the pictures.

The farmhouse was perfect for our needs. They provided some basic but well-selected amenities, like snacks and s’mores supplies. The new living room, with a sleeper sofa, and of course the hot tub were well appreciated. We loved having this cozy home to come back to after a hot day shopping in Fredericksburg. It’s only a couple miles away from the city - we were happy to be out of the town and a little isolated , so we didn’t have to worry quite as much about the noise level in the evenings.

We loved the place! Close enough to downtown, but far enough to have a quiet night with the stars. Sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs was very peaceful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a girl's weekend or couple's retreat.

In arriving at the property, I was pleasantly surprised. It was located outside Fredericksburg about 10 minutes in a quiet area. But the first thing I noticed is that there was no covered parking as was stated in the description of the place. The covered parking was turned into a living room, so this needs to be updated. Once we did arrive, a restroom stop was needed and there was no toilet paper, so stocking up on necessities is very important. Also, an empty Kleenex holder next to the bed. The upstairs loft area was very dusty and that’s where my daughter and I spent most of our time. The 2 beds upstairs were very comfortable and inviting. We didn’t really spend much time there as we were very busy checking out Fredericksburg and doing some horseback riding. All in all, it was a nice place to stay other than what was mentioned, but would I stay there again? Probably not.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay here! It is located in a very quiet part of town right outside of Fredericksburg which makes it nice at night for sitting outside and enjoying the stars. We were also pleasantly surprised that there was a new addition to the property that wasn't on the listing that included a living room and a hot tub. We would stay here again!

This was a wonderful little cabin. It felt like we were way out in the. country, vut it was sooo close to downtown Fredricksburg. We come every year, and this was our favorite location so far. Comfiest beds we've found in a rental property.

Loved the location just far out enough to be in the country but close enough to get to down town within minutes. Things to be aware of is access to up stairs is only on the outside. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay but the layout of the house was awkward. We were unaware that the only access to the 2nd floor was outdoors. This made it inconvenient for showering. Also if it had been poor weather this would have very uncomfortable. Also the upstairs bathroom is very tight quarters. The bedroom itself could be made a bit smaller to make the bathroom more comfortable.

This property was absolutely perfect! Very short drive to town, and also very private. Perfect for a Fredericksburg get away! Check in process was very easy and property manager was helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything. Absolutely loved our time out in Fredericksburg and this house was a big part of that and really made the experience perfect. We were here for a wedding at Swallows eve and it was only a 7 minute drive through the connecting neighborhood up the street. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a more secluded, yet also very short distance away from everything.
