Nestled in Louisiana, this charming bed and breakfast for $155 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to the Cajun Getaway! This place is overflowing with southern charm. A great place for families, couples, solo adventurers or business travelers. The Cajun Getaway is perfectly secluded, and still only 5 or 10 minutes to a grocery store and restaurants. Located in Southwest Louisiana, otherwise known as, Cajun country. This getaway has all the necessities to make you feel at home. The decor is filled with lots of southern love and charm. Cajun Getaway is eight miles south of Lafayette La. The Cajun Getaway is your home away from home. It's a single unit and you will be the only guest occupying this private rental property. We do live onsite. Between our home and the Getaway is a swimming pool with soothing waterfalls. There is also a gazebo next to the pool where you'll have access to a gas grill and barbecue pit. This property has ... - King size bed - Sofa sleeper - Washer and dryer (detergent provided) - Covered lighted parking - Access to a secluded inground swimming pool -Wi-fi, Direct-TV, Smart TV (with Netflix and Amazon Internet TV) Your private home has a personal touch and is stocked with all the amenities of home. The bathroom has a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and even bath soap. There is an iron and ironing board. We can also provide anything you may have forgotten. Your kitchen with a full-size refrigerator is fully stocked free of charge. - Coffee - Bottled water - Milk - Orange juice - Eggs and biscuits - Oatmeal and grits The kitchen has all the dishes, pots and utensils you will need including - Place settings for 10 - Coffee mugs (Cream and Sugar Provided) - Bar glasses - Pots - Pans And much more The living room has a large TV with a DVD player and lots of movies. With perfect accommodations, beautiful landscaping (and pool), comfortable layout, and wonderfully secluded location… you will love it too. We only had a few days for our Anniversary so we just went to near by Tabasco Plant and gardens and the RIP VAN WINKLE GARDENS.Janice and her husband were very accommodating and we were very impressed with how large and well stocked the place was .the pool is beautiful and the place is just precious.Hope to make it our annual anniversary get away , great place to unwind .Dennis and Donna

My family enjoyed the Cajun Getaway! The spacious house and large pool were amazing to relax and enjoy family time together. Stocked items in kitchen made it easy to enjoy a meal on site or cook healthy meals. Thank you for your thoughtfulness on this. Owners are around to help if need and are very friendly. 10 minutes or so from town to go shopping or see a movie. Looking forward to returning. You will love this property!

This was really a nice place! Amenities, amenities, amenities. They thought of everything. I was thankful because I didn't really want to have to get out much. They've gone above and beyond. Quaint. Cozy. One bedroom for a couple, but the kitchen, dining, and outside has ideal spacing. Books, games are extra. The pool is not too deep if you have young one. I didn't have to use all of the amenities, but I did get to use a few things that I had accidentally forgotten, but needed. I got to meet the owners. They were very cordial. Tastefully decorated. Lots of us ideas to duplicate . I do plan to return.

My husband and I wanted/needed a small getaway for our anniversary. We didn't want to travel far and found Cajun Getaway. It was perfect. We have gone to many rentals over the years and we have never been to one where there were so many thoughtful incidentals. There was no need for a trip to a store for something forgotten, because if it wasn't here we just didn't need it. Hosts were very friendly and helpful, the grounds were beautiful and there were far too many warm and homey touches that were welcoming to mention. The pool was a God send! We will book again!

Beautiful home and a wonderful place to stay. The property manager was accommodating and a pleasure to speak with. Everything about the home was clean and the pool and property were very well kept. There was even a quant area with hammock, swings and garden lights to enjoy. The freshly stocked fridge and pantry with all the dishes and cooking supplies needed made our stay easy and convenient. We even got to enjoy a family dinner poolside and my kids loved it. Highly recommend this home and plan to return in the future. Thanks again!

As soon as we arrived Janice was there to welcome us and walk us through the property, she had everything looking beautiful, cozy and with extra touches (basket of toys, kids toothbrush and toothpaste in case we forgot one, chargers for our phones, makeup wipes, 1st aid kit, the list goes on and on) Janice also has that warm southern hospitality that you wish you could bottle up and take back with you ❤ I will definitely go back, if I had a choice I never would've left.

Everything was so wonderful. All of the extras were here. The owners met us at check in and helped me get everything unloaded. I traveled from Texas with my grand daughters ages 7 and 9 ! They got to swim in a beautiful pool. We slept great . Everything was just about perfect and we hope to visit again

We absolutely enjoyed staying at the Cajun Getaway! The pool and pool house were just beautiful and very comfortable and stocked with so many things ot was so welcoming !
