We are 3.6 miles from Greer and only a 15-minute drive to downtown Greenville. There are walking trails, running trails, biking available, swimming pool, outdoor fire pit under a covered cabana with tv. indoor, outdoor kitchen space. Easy access to all types of shopping. The space is updated with comfortable BED! Greenville is an exciting and very safe city with amazing downtown life, restaurants, art, museums, a zoo, a tremendous biking trail, 2 amazing show and performance venues with all off broadway productions, unique shopping and many street festivals! We loved our stay at the farm! The accommodations were spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed exploring the property and were greeted by the friendliest cat named Oscar. Julie, the host, was so welcoming and communicable. We will definitely be back in the future!

We were hoping for some quiet and relaxing family time away and Julie’s farm delivered! Roaming the grounds and splashing in the pool were our favorite activities, and the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. We would highly recommend this property! Julie is an excellent host.

We stayed at the beautiful property for my daughter’s 6th birthday, everything was great. It had everything you could possibly need. Julie was wonderful she treated us like family, my children loved the horses and the pool. She has such a beautiful soul!! Honestly I couldn’t have ask for a more peaceful vacation, I definitely have plans on returning.

This has been one of the best trip my family and I had. We enjoyed the amazing sceneries. The property was very cozy, private and felt like home. The master bedroom was large enough for a rollaway. The living room had a queen size hideaway. There was a small kitchen with all the essentials. The bathroom was perfect with a shower. There was a private pool and many walking trails on the property. Also, there was private patio with a TV, fire place table, and grill. It was very cozy and homey. Our children had a wonderful time swimming in day, and star gazing and making s’mores at night. The host, Mrs Julie is a wonderful person, very kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. While this was our first time with this platform, she was very helpful and answered ever question that we had. We enjoyed every second of the property. We gave this trip 5 stars, but if we can give more we would’ve. We meet Mrs Julie and her husband as we were leaving. They very kind and gracious. We’re are looking forward to coming back. We highly recommend this property for a nice and private getaway for the family. Thank you so much for a wonderfully experience.

We were very excited about the key feature of the summer "Swimming Pool", Julie our host walked me around the large grounds of the farm , which had a beautiful Horse name Meg and a loving cat. I was also welcomed with smelling the beautiful aroma of fresh grown lavender in her garden. 💜 I am by far a City girl, but Julie was so helpful with the farm life. We came for our Family reunion and this was the most relaxing fun place for my son who is 9years old and my partner and I also enjoyed the fire pit, television on the deck and most of all the sounds of nature. I recommend this place for anyone.

Julie was so nice and answered all of our questions. She was so kind to show me around when we first arrived. The property itself was so beautiful. The pool and hot tub were so much fun. The gazebo and fire pit was the perfect place to dry off. The king sized bed was so comfortable after a long day of swimming. The location had so many great spots to eat. To top it off, we got to meet Oscar the cat who we instantly fell in love with! We will definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful time in Greer. We didn’t spend much time here since we were visiting with family just around the corner. We actually were bummed with how little time we had here! The kids loved the set up and we felt super comfortable with the gates (since we have a 6 year old and our youngest turned 2 while we were there). The cabana with the tv was a huge hit with the boys in the family. The pool was perfect! We greatly enjoyed the outside companionship of the kitty. The big house is so beautiful on the outside. For future visits, we will be looking Julie up again because she is so warm, welcoming, and easy to chat with. Perfect stay and highly recommend.

Julie was wonderful. Place was clean and beautiful. Absolutely perfect for us, to relax and unwind. One important point is to make sure you use her address, I put in bushy Creek Rd and it took us to another road of same name way on other side of the county. So it's bushy Creek road B. Just copy her address and put it into maps that way😊

the person that said there was no privacy here was telling a lie. we had so much privacy we could have gone naked all week if we wanted to. but we didn’t. lol julie was very nice and explained most things to us the rest we figured out on our own. we couldn’t use the pool cause the water was so cold but the hot tub was great. our overall visit was just what we picked this place for peace and quiet. we didn’t want to go anywhere or do anything special. we spent 6 days there and got all the peace we wanted. if you’re handicapped this isn’t the place for you. otherwise it’s beautiful and peaceful and relaxing.

Julie was absolutely wonderful to us. She has created a special place that we enjoyed being at together. We loved swimming, lawn games, and walking around the property. We enjoyed movies, card games, and sitting around the fire table in the evenings. Thank you for a goodbye to the school year/hello to the summer long weekend! My kids want to come back next summer too.

This beautiful setting in South Carolina was just what we needed to start our vacation. We drove down from Minnesota and was happy to be able to enjoy the hot tub! Julie was an excellent “host” and very informative. The house was immaculate and comfy. Everything worked as it should. We had privacy and it felt like we were in our own home. I highly recommend. The sunsets from the deck were amazing.

My son and I stayed recently and I’m already plotting when I can return! BEAUTIFUL property. So idyllic and peaceful. Accomodations amazing. Julie has thought of everything. The grounds are amazing. My son and I enjoyed visiting with Meg, the horse and did some wonderful morning bird watching. This is the only place I will stay when I return to the area!

I can’t rave about this place enough! The bed was soooo comfy, and the constant animal love from the cat, horse, and dog, made me feel right at home.
The only thing I would add is that the pool house is ATTACHED to the main house. That’s something we did not realize, so just be aware of your noise level. We are very noisy humans, so we were a little self conscious..

Everything from the guest house to the pool and hot tub- to the farm and the location of Greer- to the animals and to Julie herself were utter blissful perfection! Very close to Greenville and it's lively downtown and only an hour away from Asheville! We were able to spend the week in style! I cannot express enough how happy I am with my decision to go this route for vacation! We will definitely be back! 5/5 for sure!

My family of four needed a short getaway for spring break and this property did not disappoint. The location is perfect, just a short drive from any place you’d want to go. The guest house was immaculately clean with everything we needed for our short stay and the king bed was literally the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on.
We enjoyed walking around the beautiful property, visiting with Meg the horse and Bella the puppy, relaxing in the hot tub, and my kids even took a chance swimming in the chilly pool. Our favorite activity was hanging out on the back deck around the fire pit enjoying snuggles from Oscar the cat, who was the most welcoming furry host.
Yes the property owners are on site, but they are absolutely not intrusive. Julie is the most kind and gracious host and was available for anything we needed. She made us feel so welcome and at home, just like we were family. We would absolutely stay here again!

It was all around a PERFECT long weekend getaway. Everything is beautiful. Julie was an amazing host. There is a ton of privacy from the pain house. Check in easy. Everything from inside to outside was top notch. Comfortable bed. Keurig machine. Loved the vintage style refrigerator. The entire space is very well kept and very clean! Hot tub worked GREAT in the 40 degree weather too! Beautiful views all around. Loved meeting Meg the horse. Julie was extremely helpful in filling us in on the Greenville/Greer area as we are planning a move to the area. If it weren’t for our kids at home, I would never want to leave! I managed to forget my purse behind with my key fob in it and Julie sent it UPS to me. Save me a good chunk of money. We would definitely love to come back if we ever get the chance!

My friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend and couldn't have been happier! Julie, the host, was absolutely wonderful. She was so communicative and kind and even helped me get a cake to surprise my friend for her Birthday. Plus the property was unique, beautiful and cozy. We loved walking the grounds, meeting all of the animals on the farm, and enjoyed the hot tub. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back!

This spot is in the back of a nice house on a 45 acre farm. The owner/host is friendly yet unobtrusive and the location is beautiful, private and newly renovated. The property has very comfortable bedding, everything a couple needs and is convenient to Greer, Spartanburg and Greenville. Greer has lovely restaurants, we dined well in the evenings. Oscar the cat will visit you in the mornings and evenings, and purr loudly in your lap if you let him! Just loved it, you will too.

With so many family members in town for the holidays-my husband and I agreed to stay elsewhere. With the pull out sofa-this location was perfect when my single brother wanted to be included.
Set back off the road the property is perfect for a quiet retreat. We didn't have anytime to enjoy the amenities-but will be coming back. The owner was responsive and communicated well. Most unique VRBO I've stayed at!

Came up for my nephew's wedding in Greenville and this was the perfect stay outside the city. We aren't really city people so being able to stay on a 40 acre farm with a short drive to the city for the event was absolutely perfect. Julie was the perfect host and her property is absolutely beautiful.

We had a wonderful time staying at Julie's farmhouse. Checking in was a breeze and it seemed that every amenity was thought of ahead of time. We were blown away at the beauty and cleanliness of the place. The scenery was beautiful, and the property was located in such a convenient location to Greenville and the surrounding areas. We also LOVED the hot tub! We are looking forward to come back during our annual visits to SC when we visit family!

Julie is an ultimate super host! The area was great. The cats, dogs, horse all extremely friendly. The pool deck is wonderful. Hot tub was great. Pool was fun. Fridge was big enough for entire weeks food. Beds comfortable. Indoor and Outdoor showers both with strong pressure and hot water! The farm is beautiful. Enjoyed picking blueberries and hiking around the farm. Julie definitely provided us with all the information we needed for Greer and the surrounding areas. We experienced axe throwing for the whole family because of her. We would definitely recommend the place and area!

The guesthouse with the accompanying pool, patio, and acreage were perfect for our family to enjoy time in the area. We loved being able to swim, enjoy the outdoors, and relax comfortably. Julie is an excellent and gracious host!

The place made you feel like you were way out in the country but you were only minutes away from Greer and a few minutes further away from Greenville. Comfortable and clean with pool and hot tub, and a fire pit, a relaxation dream. Julie was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Make sure you check this place out if you are heading in that direction. Most definitely would stay there again.
