Owners have completely remodeled with all new appliances including a dishwasher, and bathrooms.This cottage also has central air conditioning. It has 2 bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed with its own bathroom.. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Enjoy the large oceanside covered screen room with high ceilings and views of the water. Easy access to your spot on the beach. Excellent location for families or a romantic getaway. Go outside and follow your private sandy path to your own piece of East Sandwich Beach. Owners have made this cottage one of the beach's best! Picnic table inside the screen room. A quiet beachside association. Bedroom 1- Queen Bedroom 2-2 Twins Sheets and towels are not included and may be brought or rented locally. Look up Dune Tootin linen rentals for pricing.

Nice cottage right on the beach.

Cute cottage. Small, but space well planned. Two bathrooms makes it doable for 2 couples. Twin beds aren't ideal in second bedroom. Wonderful having AC, even in mid-June. The beach and setting were a hit. That's what we came for. Walking up and down the dune was great exercise, and complaints subsided after the first day. Kitchen has everything you need. Suggest you bring your own blankets if you are inclined. We loved adding to the memory book.

The cottage was cozy and clean with a parking spot in front. The rear enclosed porch is built on the edge of the dune, so the beach is right there. The full size washer and dryer were better than we expected, and the basement was well lit and clean. Unfortunately, on the next to last day, we needed the AC which was not operational. The system and compressor ran, but it seemed to be low or out of refrigerant. It was moderate enough to get by with a fan, but hopefully that is repaired before hotter weather. Other than that, no complaints and we would absolutely consider a return visit.

Great spot
We had a lovely week. The cottage is adorable! Very well decorated and not too cluttered. It’s got great access to an awesome tidal river which we explored with kayaks. There are also sand bars that appear at low tide. We had a wonderful time finding crabs and shells. There is a sizeable dune Im between the cottage and the water so you can’t see the water from the cottage. If you have any sort of mobility issues it might be difficult to climb over the fine and down to the water. It’s well worth it and you get a good workout, but could be tough for some. Overall it was a great location and well managed by the company.

We had a great stay at this cottage. The place was clean and just as promised. The screen room was the highlight for us for sure but the bedrooms were comfortable and the showers had good water pressure. Kitchen was fine for what we needed and clean and equipped. Laundry in the basement was great to go home with clean stuff. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a really cute cottage and the beach was in your backyard! It was overall clean, but there were ant traps everywhere! In corners, under beds, on counters. Be cautious if you have younger children who will find them. Also, lots of board games and books! The beach is beautiful but very rocky- bring water shoes :)

Wonderful Vacation!
The cottage was clean and very nice. It was a very quiet neighborhood and easy access to many restaurants and places to see. The only problem we had was we didn't realize the beach would not be accessible to my sister-in-law who walks with a cane. I should have inquired about that before, but I had not thought of it. She still enjoyed her stay and we went places she could also enjoy the beach and water. All in all it was a very pleasant stay and the we had no major issues.

GREAT GET AWAY
My husband and I enjoyed the cottage for a whole week. Very quite and relaxing.The best part was seating on the beach drinking wine and watching the waves. Would definitely come back.

Charming cottage
Charming beach cottage close to shops, restaurants, and activities. Waking and walking on the beach each morning was a joy. A restorative and satisfying vacation in a quaint seaside town. I will return soon.
