This condo began life two decades ago as a single unit, but the owner purchased the property next door and gutted the entire second level to create the masterpiece before you! You will truly enjoy this home away from home. No Smoking or Vaping Inside the Home! NO Marijuana Smoking!! This condo is completely redone with zero expense spared; granite, Carrara marble, and high-end fixtures are placed thoughtfully and flawlessly throughout the entire space. A quick walk through will reveal that not a single detail was overlooked, from the wainscoting precisely executed in every room, to the beautiful and exquisite appliances, era correct hardwood floors, incredible built-ins, and intuitive touches throughout. Not to mention the master bathroom that just recently underwent a renovation totaling more than $30k!!! The living room has multiple seating areas and a large 55" TV equipped with Amazon Fire TV sticks. There are also two additional TVs; 1 in a master bedroom, and another in the kitchen at the Carrara marble bar. Mirrors are everywhere throughout the home and there are THREE showers (2 toilets, so 2.5 bath) so there won't be fighting for space to get ready for a night out. Don't hesitate, this is an extremely unique property to be available for short term rentals in Louisville. This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath executive suite was built for a king and queen, and includes TWO master suite bedrooms (and an additional guest room which is absolutely stunning as well), each of which has an outdoor balcony space. This place is +A CLASS, CLASS, C L A S S. Perfect for couples wanting a weekend getaway, solo travelers, or large groups, you absolutely will not regret a stay here. +1,500 Square feet and 2.5 baths absolutely assure space and privacy for all guests in parties of any size, while staying under one roof in Louisville’s most desirable and safe neighborhood. This condo is great for entertaining and small groups. This condo is the entire upper floor of the building in the picture. There are NO shared spaces with any other occupants. Additionally, once you enter the condominium you there are no steps to climb up. The entire 2nd floor is on one floor with no additional steps. All 3 beds are tempurpedic beds. They are very comfortable! Central Hallway and Steps: There are 4 steps with railings on both sides (see picture of the front of the building) before the entrance door to the central hallway. The first floor has 2 units and the second floor has 1 unit. In order to get to the condo on the 2nd floor there are 2 small sections of steps (both sections have 6 steps (handrail on one side and the wall on the other) (see picture). The hallway entrance is 36" wide and also the steps themselves are 36" wide. (standard size for steps). The steps are NOT steep and are carpeted. The central hallway is well lit and has been recently remodeled. This condo is also very kid, infant friendly. It has door locks located on the upper portion of the doors in order to keep kids in/ out of certain areas. There is also a high chair, pack and play, baby tub, plug covers, board games and quite a bit more. Feel free to ask any questions. Peloton bike in the bedroom This is a Non Smoking Home. No Smoke or Vaping Inside the Home! Please DO NOT book my place and attempt to have a party!!! No bus or RV parking on site. There is not enough room for a large RV or bus. It is for travelers needing a place for themselves and their family. That is it! Nothing else. On Street parking, however in an extremely safe area with no permits required. You are welcome to park in the drive spaces in front of the building if they are available, those are not assigned! On the day of your check-in you will be sent a unique key pad code that will allow you entry into the condo, the entire place is yours for the duration of your stay! If you have pets with you, please pick up after them during your stay. This is a Non Smoking Home. No Smoke or Vaping Inside the Home! I am available to you as needed! Please think of me as your personal concierge; whether you’re looking for the best Italian hotspot, great live music,or even antiques. I’m your guy! The Walk Score for the Condo is an 80! The Neighborhood: St Matthews is well within Louisville proper and is the crown jewel of the city’s affluent east end. Extremely safe, lots to do; full of culture, art, & entertainment! You’re off the primary strip (Shelbyville Rd.) to ensure a very quiet and comfortable night’s sleep, yet close enough to the main drag that you can literally walk just about anywhere. Nightlife within a 10 minute walk: -Tin Roof -Drake’s -Gerstle’s Place -Molly Malones -Diamond Pub & Billiards -Jack’s Lounge -Saint’s & Skybar Restaurants within a 10 minute walk: -Del Frisco’s – Steakhouse -Havana Rumba – Cuban -Silvio’s – intimate traditional Italian -Mellow Mushroom – Pizza -DiOrio’s – Pizza -Café Lou Lou – southern Distance from other Louisville notable attractions: -10 Miles to Churchill downs -7 Miles from downtown, 4th Street Live, Riverfront, and the KFC Yum! Center -1 mile to Crescent Hill / Restaurant Row -within 10 miles of multiple distilleries on the Urban Bourbon Trail -Less than 2 miles from shopping at Mall St. Matthews and Oxmoor Mall Of all of our properties this one is really the most walkable, you can get out on foot and make it to just about anywhere you’d like to be in a matter of minutes! If you’d like to drive or Uber, both are extremely accessible, you won’t have a single issue! ***a note about early check-in & late check-out*** We manage multiple properties in the greater Louisville area and cannot accommodate early and late requests. It creates a logistical nightmare for us! Please be Super Guests and check out on time and plan to check in no earlier than 4pm! We are great at providing a wonderful guest experience, trying to think of every last detail you might need, however despite our best efforts we simply cannot meet the constant requests we receive for early check in or late check out. Thank you for understanding! **When will you receive check-in instructions?** You will receive check-in instructions with door codes and lockbox codes on the DAY OF check-in AFTER your property has been sufficiently cleaned and turned over by cleaning staff (that means you can check in whenever you receive your instructions). Why do you have to wait so long? Due to respecting the privacy and safety of both you and outgoing guests! We change door and lockbox codes every time, and we do not want to have guests showing up early when other guests are checking out, etc. Please note, there are no shared spaces inside of the condo itself. The only area where there is potential interaction with other tenants is in the central hallway (see picture). Since there are only 3 units in the building and this one occupiers the entire top floor, it is unlikely that you will see anyone. This kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and other areas are all private. Once inside of the condo there are NO additional steps. This is a pet friendly home. There is a small one time cleaning fee of $50.00 for pets. We have water & food bowls in the home already. We love pets. Please be kind and clean up before you check out. If you plan on bringing pets, please pay the cleaning fee through Air/BNB's resolution center upon booking. Currently there is no other way to pay the deposit. The coffee maker is a Keurig. We provide several extra K-cups upon every check in. We keep sugar and creamers in stock. This place sleeps 8 This is a Non Smoking Home. No Smoke or Vaping Inside the Home! Pets - The pet fee is 35 per pet, per stay. Cleaning up after pets is more time consuming for our cleaners. - No Smoking in the Condo. There are 2 covered balconies off the rear bedrooms. One of the balconies has a table, 2 chairs and an ashtray. Take all sheets, pillowcases, towels, etc that were used and place in the hallway next to the washer and dryer. Parties and Events: this place is not set up for parties or events. Please do not plan a block party with lots of people. Your reservation will be cancelled. You can park 3-4 cars at this property easily. If you plan on having 10 or more people at this house for a party DO NOT book this home. DO NOT Park in the GRASS or the neighbors driveways. DO NOT PARK IN THE REAR OF THE CONDO'S, THEY WILL TOW YOU!

Looking for a couple nights of relaxation with your partner this is the place. Everything is in walking distance. Coffee, food, drinks, massage parlor, and more. The condo we stayed at was amazing and very convenient. Three great bedrooms with an amazing shower! Plenty of games and even kid friendly accommodations in reserve for families. Highly recommended. Thank you for a great experience!

I can’t say enough about this place. Everything you need in a short or long stay. They even have extra items if you have tickers or babies. The location is superb. We are thinking of coming back here next month we loved it so much. You won’t go wrong staying here. I give it a 15 out of 10 stars. It’s that good!!

The property was as advertised. The home was clean and modern with a touch of vintage. Our communication with Daniel was great. He reached out to us before our check-in to make sure we were ready. During our stay the heater had a problem. I texted Daniel and he responded right away. He came by within half an hour and brought heaters for us and he had an HVAC guy come within the hour. I understand these things can happen but his response to the situation was excellent. Great customer service and a very good stay for our family. I would recommend his property.

What a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood and within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, coffee shop and bakery. We enjoyed our stay and all the attention to detail. There were toys, high chair and portable crib keeping the young children happy. The adults were happy with the comfortable bed with buttery soft linens and multiple pillows. The double shower with 8 shower heads was wow.

David was very easy to communicate w/ throughout the process. Apt was clean and had plenty of space for our group. Really liked the surrounding neighborhood...can see why it's a desired one in the area. Would rent again.

This 3-bedroom unit was a perfect fit for our 3-girl trip. It was nicely appointed and was just as shown on the VRBO site. The owner did a great job of communicating with us. It was well situated to shopping with easy access to downtown Louisville. We’d stay here again if needed.
