This newly remodeled, beautiful vacation home(sleeps 8) is a short walk to the beach and minutes from downtown Cocoa Beach! Beautiful inside and out, the furniture and beds are high quality with Smart TV's in each room. King beds in all 3 rooms. Sofa Sleeper Queen bed W/upgraded mattress sleeps 2 in living room. Large kitchen/living room area to enjoy. Spacious area , full kitchen and BBQ. This home is located on a spacious 10,000 sq ft. lot. Our home has a fully fenced private backyard, removable Pool safety fence, Heated salt water pool, Tiki Hut & Bar all add to your tropical day! We have cruiser bikes, 2 razor scooters w/helmets and the bike trail to the beach is in front of our house! Home is located 1 mile from Port Canaveral, 2 miles from the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon's and the location makes day trips to Orlando attractions such as Disney world, Universal Studios, or Kennedy Space Center quick and easy. Fine shops, bars and restaurants are close by too. Local attractions include, miniature golf, great food and music. Pet friendly. Please confirm pet eligibility before booking. $100 pet fee per pet.

We had our family (2 adults and 4 kids) stay a few days and it was wonderful! The kids had a blast and were never bored. There is also tons nearby to do if you want to explore. Great place that we will definitely try to stay at again!

We were coming down to Florida from NY for my children to attend space camp at Kennedy Space Center. We found this house and it could’ve been more of a perfect fit for my family and my small dog and the location was so perfect between the space center and cocoa beach. It was so quiet and clean and the pool was amazing. Super private and coming from New York, we just loved all the tropical trees and flowers and listening to the sounds of the birds and other random insects and of course the wild peacocks! The house was equipped with everything we needed for our week long stay! My kids didn’t want to leave! The owner was super responsive and so sweet and friendly. All the information they gave me was right there at my fingertips. Thank you Sondra for everything! We would stay here again!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yellow Beach House. The house was exactly as described and more. The back yard was heaven on earth and it was easy to relax. My 16 year old daughter enjoyed being able to tan. The property was close enough to nightlife but far enough away to be peaceful. It is in close proximity to shops and restaurants.

Amazing place
This is our 2nd year at the yellow beach house. Everything is perfect!! We feel like at home. No stress around anything, everything is provided. The owner is prompt in response and accommodating. Its an excellent accommodation the pool and landscaping

This property was was perfect for our family. It was close to the beach, shipping, and places to take the kids to have some fun. The pool was a hit. Heated and clean. The house was equipped with everything we needed to make this much needed vacation a hit. Thank you Sondra. We look forward to renting from you again in the future.

easy to locate, plenty of amenities, 3 king beds!
sondra was great at communicating. the kitchen had everything you could want for appliances/devices and the pool was very kid-friendly. 6 bikes made for easy travel and the owner immediately sent over bike locks when we asked for them. there were plenty of sand toys, boogie boards and beach wagon for the beach time. a good supply of games and complimentary snacks. thanks again, sondra!

Everything was super clean. The backyard is a dream…so much so that our teenage kiddos preferred hanging out there instead of the beach! We had a few questions while we were there, and the owner was super quick to get back with us. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for providing such a lovely home away from home!

Great Pool
Great property, really enjoyed the pool! A couple minor flaws including some missing items in the kitchen and a scuzzy bin where pool toys were stored. Overall great property, Sondra was very responsive and property was well represented.

Wonderful stay at the Yellow Beach House
We loved our stay at the Yellow Beach House. Sondra was a wonderful host. She was extremely helpful and responsive. The house was exactly as described. The yard and pool were amazing! The location was also great, close to a lot of attractions, beaches, and restaurants. Overall, it ended up being perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 young children. I would highly recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful Stay in Cape Canaveral!
We had a wonderful week long stay at the Yellow Beach House. My daughter did space camp and it was only a short drive to get her there every morning. Really close to the beach (about a 10 min walk to an access point) and a short drive to Cocoa Beach pier. We loved the pool and outdoor space and spent many afternoons out there. Air conditioning works great! All the cooking utensils I needed. Sondra was awesome and quick to take care of anything that popped up. We will definitely be staying here again next time we're in Florida.

Wonderful Home
Beautiful, clean property in a convenient location to the beach, restaurants, Kennedy Space Center and more but quiet for a family. Many things provided for a baby that made the packing and time spent that much easier!

Great House, Pool and Location
Our family had a fantastic stay at The Yellow Beach House. The pool was used daily in between adventures to Animal Kingdom, air boat ride, zoo visit and the beach. A great location and lovely house. We will be back!
