Condo was clean and had everything needed for a week stay. Location is excellent, close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. Property quit and peaceful. Amenities were excellent and convenient to access. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo was the perfect size and location for us! Kevin was very accommodating, great about helping us out with any questions or concerns, and always quick to get back to us. A plus was being so near the pool and work out facilities. The Solana community was clean and cared for, and we and our little dog enjoyed all the nice walkways throughout the property!

Property was clean and pictures accurately reflect how it looks. Beds were comfortable with spare blankets. We were here for a work event and didn’t cook but the pots and pans appeared to be of good quality. I did notice there is not a garbage disposal in the kitchen. We were traveling with a dog and there is plenty of grass and sidewalks to stroll around and be comfortable without leaving the complex. The neighborhood dogs seem to be friendly. Would stay here again.

Apartment was clean and anything that you need is provided for you . Well equipped kitchen which was great because we celebrated Thanksgiving with our son who lives in Arizona

The moment I stepped into this home I felt calm and relaxed. It is clean, well laud out, and well furnished. It was like stepping into a home I was used to. I had just closed the sale on one home and was one day away from closing the purchase of my home two miles away from this property. I planned to stay here while my new home was being renovated. Then my new employer notified me that I would be working from home for a few weeks. This home turned into our oasis through all of the chaos and stress of renovation issues and time table slips, and through the process of working from home as my workplace is being constructed. The wifi is great, the bed is comfortable, the bathroom fixtures are what I would love to have in my own home. I am two miles from my new home, 15 minutes from my new office when it is ready, and a block from a huge Fry’s grocery store. Thai Chili restaurant is very good and nearby, and Rudy’s BBQ is DEEELICOUS and also just about a block away. Plus this kitchen is well appointed when you just don’t have the energy to go out. It’s easy to get onto the 60 from here, so that’s great, too. Plus this condo is near the gym and pool, so the location within the development is wonderful in itself. And the development is very dog friendly. Five stars.

We had a relaxing time. The condo was well appointed. Enjoyed the pool and fitness center. Close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. Owner was very responsive to our request to deal with bbq issues. Would stay again

Our stay was comfortable and every detail was taken care of. We enjoyed being close to the canal for walks at sunset and seeing the goats and sheep. The patio faces west and is great for winter evenings. The beds were confortable and we felt very safe.

The property was very comfortable. Literally was homey. Everything you need and then some. Pool was heated and we were able to enjoy it in mid February. The owner was very nice and attentive. Highly recommend.
