About this house rental
Situated in Tempe, this lovely house for $100 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We hope you love our home as much as we do! The house is very open and great for all travelers. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. All rooms have a dresser or shelving for plenty of storage space to make yourself at home. The Master has two large closets. The Master Bath has been updated with a large shower and tub, and a new vanity. It also includes two large closets. The 2nd bedroom also includes a sliding door with its own private patio. There is also a bonus room with a full size futon, office area and French doors that close. The kitchen is fully outfitted with stainless appliances and all the kitchen gadgets you could need. The kitchen also has a toaster oven, Kuerig Coffee Machine and an oversize microwave. Laundry is provided, including laundry detergent and dryer sheets. You have access to a two car garage. There is also driveway and street parking available. We have an amazing backyard with fire pit, large table and plenty of seating. There is a new grill with grilling utensils. You will also find a private patio off the 2nd bedroom with 2 chairs and a table as mentioned above. Located in South Scottsdale, we are just minutes from the 101 Highway, so it is very easy to get around. Just 3 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, 3 miles from SF Giants Spring Training, 4 miles from Chicago Cubs Spring Training. Close to shopping, hiking, you name it. We are located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty of space and easy access to everything! Within the neighborhood you will find a walking path and a newly remodeled park with a large area for play or dogs, playground and basketball court. If you have a pet please discuss with us first. When you arrive there will be a Welcome Guide for you with plenty of suggestions of great places to eat and fun activities while you are in town. It also helps you get around. I am here to help if you need anything additional at all.

The house was just as advertised. Very clean and ideal for our family holiday, including our daughter's dog. The neighbor was quiet and nice to walk around and the house was very close to the 101, making it easily accessible to every activity we were interested in. The host was also very responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit our son. No issues at all, everything top-notch.

My husband and I fortunately booked this house last year for all of February ‘23. We knew the Super Bowl was going to be there, and we always like to enjoy the SB festivities. It was perfect for us and the family and friends that visited us. Laura is a sweetheart of an owner and she upgraded her cable bc it was a little limited. Her response was immediate and we were more than satisfied. The house has everything you need. The location is convenient to food stores, restaurants, parks, easy access to the expressways, and not far from Sky Harbor Airport. We definitely recommend this home for your stay, and would stay here again.

Great location
Host was very responsive and gave us an early check-in. Property was located perfectly for access to Scottsdale Stadium. Nice outdoor seating and fireplace. Beds were comfy :)

Great property, good location with all amenities
Great location and short distance to restaurants, shopping, hiking and bonus paved bike trail less than 1 miles from property. Amenities just as advertised with spacious floor plan. Only bummer was shower drain in master bath that was partially plugged. Would stay here again if traveling through area.

We spent 5 weeks here and were very comfortable. Easy access to all the surrounding areas, set back enough from main roads to be quiet, nice parks and paths to walk on. We had an amazing trip and would definitely come back again.

The house is located about a mile from two different entrances to the greenbelt parks that run through Scottsdale that we visited at some point every day. It is also less than four miles to old town Scottsdale so you are very close to numerous restaurants, art galleries and shops. Closest supermarket Fry’s was just about a mile away and was a decent market.
We were sorry to have to leave and plan to book a longer stay again. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing property owner
Our trip was cancelled so we were unable to spend time at the property but I can’t express enough how great Laura was to work with. She was very kind and prompt to respond to all questions and requests. She even accommodated a request that wasn’t included with the home. When we reschedule our trip we will be definitely staying at Laura’s house.

We loved the house!
The house was great and very comfortable for two couples. Three would be fine also. Clean, comfy and convenient location. Laura was an excellent host, always available to help, evening bringing over a toaster when I couldn’t find one. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and perfect for the 5 guys. We attended the Waste Management Open for two days.

Quiet location and responsive property manager
Location was in a quiet neighborhood. Property manager was great, responses to questions were answered in a matter of minutes.
Outside grill and furniture are little more worn than than listed. New cleaning service didn’t really clean very well from precious renters and we had to do some vacuuming and light touch up. Notified property manager and she was more than kind.

Nice House
We had a great stay! We enjoyed the roomy house, and our pups liked the enclosed back yard. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and there's a park nearby. Very close to the ball parks, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc.

Very Charming house!
This was a great place. The owner was wonderful and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. It was close to the 101, a grocery and a drugstore. Great location!
The only thing I would change maybe would be the living room furniture it was a little soft, harder for some to get in and out of. Please give this place a stay!

Seriously, it blew our expectations out of the water. It was so easy to get to and anywhere you want to go is within a quick 10-15 minute drive. Being so close to the 101 made travel so easy.
As for the house, it was beyond wonderful. It was clean and spacious and easily accommodated all 6 of us with the three great rooms. Laura was also amazing. She had a welcome package for us and stayed in contact throughout the stay to make sure everything was going great. She made everything so easy and carefree. This easily made our thanksgiving one of the best ever!

This is a beautiful home in a great location. There is plenty of open space and even room for your pet in a spacious backyard.

What a great place. So warm and homey. The patio was great to enjoy morning coffee in the sunshine and fresh grapefruit right from the tree! Location was perfect, close to everything! Will stay here again!

Also kudos to VRBO/HomeAway, as they quickly and effectively resolved an issue we had when a prior reservation we had was cancelled on us with very little notice. They got us into this property, which turned out to be the perfect choice.
