Très très agréable

Cet appartement est très confortable très propre il ne manque rien et bien placé par rapport aux restaurant un peu plus de marche à pied pour le vieux Québec mais je recommande fortement 👍de plus Dave est très accueillant disponible et pro Bravo

A very comfortable, beautifully decorated, spacious space in an excellent location!

This apartment is awesome! Spacious, well appointed and in a great location. Dave met us on arrival and showed us how to use the access codes for the doors and also gave us some excellent information about the area and quickest routes to the Old Quebec tourist areas. Everything we needed and wanted to see was in easy walking distance. It was a very comfortable home base for our visit to Quebec City!!

Perfect place for a vacation

Love this place it was Clean,we had everything we needed to.make our own breakfast and supper before heading out and exploring. It's aquicj walk to old Québec. Dave the host is amazing,showed us maps,things to see places to park. This was amazing.perfecr place to rent.

wonderful

Clean, spacious and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. the apartment is bright tastefully decorated. Dave supplied pretty much everything we’d need for our stay - pots, pans, plates, utensils, even spices. The rooftop terrace is cute too. I would 100% stay again if I go back to Quebec City!

GREAT LOCATION, COMFORT BEDS

Location, spacious, clean, and wonderful host! Parking was not as challenging as we thought. Parked across street every night. Dave is very good on explaining the parking situation. Apartment is close to everything. Great poutine place nearby, Geston on Dorchester. Washer dryer on site is very nice. Loved big mirror in every room! Beds are comfortable. enough towels are prepared. Host with good communication.

There was noise on the street, one night a woman was shouting and crying several times. It seems night noise are common. We did feel safe walking around the property at night. One bathroom is crowded for big family. Can also update a dish rack and a cooking pot. No dish washer.

Very comfortable and clean.

Close to the main tourist area but also in an interesting part of the city. Apartment was very clean and excellent cooking/eating equipment. Very comfortable seats.

Weather was very hot and one bedroom needed an AC unit.

Exceptional

Dave was the nicest host ever and he introduced us to a lot of great places in Quebec. The flat was clean, had so many spices, pots, and daily appliances that it felt like a home to live in. The beds were so big and comfy too. We really don't have any complaints.

I would absolutely stay in this apartment again.

Dave was outstanding. He was easy to communicate with while on the way and he waited for us right in front, advising us on where and how to park for free or for a minor cost. That saved us a good amount of money. The tour of the apartment was very thorough and we were told of all the sights we should see that most tourists don't even know about.

We thought the place was a little closer to the old city but since everything is so close, it was no big deal and after a few nights, it didn't even matter. In the end, we had no complaints at all about the location.

We loved that this location was in a neighbourhood, so we were exposed to not just the tourist areas.

Fantastic

I was very happy with Dave and how attentive he was to our needs. He explained everything we needed to know and offered his help with any concerns we had. Fortunately, there were no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Quebec City.

Great. Highly recommend.

Very helpful host. He even got us free parking for the week. Kitchen very well equipped. Washer, dryer even a balcony to take a sunbath Free wifi and netflix account door code instead of keys very useful for family members coming and going at different times city centre in walking distance. we never used the car. all you need in terms of groceries, wine, restaurants, and fast food (and some shopping) only 1km away on St Joseph street

The air conditioning was a bit loud and with windows open window the traffic noise was loud. still, we slept very well. It was great to have AC

Amazing place to stay with the fam.

The apartment itself is nice and Dave is very accommodating.

I didn't like that I have to worry about parking.

Good

Well stocked (could use more glasses) Our host was very agreeable, and of course it was one of the few places we could bring our dog. The ensuite washer/dryer was a bonus.

The crazy floor. Old building, so nothing was level. We considered buying marbles and having races to see who's marble got to the other side of the room first! Farther from Old Quebec City than we would have liked.
