Ascending to the second floor, you'll discover an open loft sleeping area with 2-twin-sized log beds, a partitioned ¾-bath, and one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, plus a laundry area with a washer and dryer. Outside the main floor is a covered country-style porch—perfect for sipping your favorite afternoon beverage, and a gas grill. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.
