Shops and restaurants line a lakeside Tuscan inspired bazaar with lots of day and evening activities. Viera’s one-bedroom Unit# 135 features a living room with a terrace and mountain views. The unit also has a king bed, sofa sleeper, two flat-screen TV’s with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, dishwasher, microwave, a Keurig coffee machine with complimentary coffee and free WiFi. The Viera Condotel offers a lobby lined with wall to wall Italian marble, an elevator, a terrace with extraordinary grounds and views. Guests can make use of the hot tub, have access to the flower garden area with community pools, fitness center, lake beaches, and nearby golf courses. (Greens fees not included) A serene destination only minutes from The famous Las Vegas Strip with The Bellagio Fountains, Colosseum at Caesars Palace, Encore, Venetian and the convention center. The Las Vegas McCarran International Airport is only 12 mi from the accommodations. We use sanitizing wipes, change out our linen and pillow cases for freshly clean ones, use bleach to ensure we get really clean and other forms of sprays. We also use clean towels to clean once per room. Housekeeping uses gloves and has for a long time before this to ensure she wouldn't spread anything way before the Corona. The condo was in a location perfect for the purpose of our trip. Easy freeway access and close to any necessities. The place was super clean and the bed, nice and comfy for a good nights sleep. Scott was very reactive when we reached out with questions and followed up to make sure everything was going well during our stay. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect size and price for a single or couple. My son and DIL surprised us, but they used the pullout sofa and were fine. Kitchen has everything you need. Communication with the host was outstanding!

My wife and I spent 3 nights at the Lake Las Vegas village and will be staying there every time we’re in Vegas. We loved the atmosphere and cleanliness of our unit and the surrounding areas. I was very happy with our stay. It was very clean, easy check-in, the host replied back when I had a question, and it was a nice community with shops and restaurants. It was a quiet and great place to stay. I will definitely go back in the future.

Very old room condition,microwave,stove and kitchen chairs very old.In the bathroom after takin a shower,the water did not leave for 30-40 minutes!

It was beautiful. Only complaint I have is to have at least big pot, containers to put away left overs, dishwasher did not clean very well and the washer did not wring out the clothes well. But nothing that took away terribly from the experience.

A great location for sightseeing of the Valley of the Fire, Lake Mead, Hoover dam, Red rocks and the Vegas strip. Enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance in the evenings and enjoyed music on the water one evening.

The condo with its little community is very nice. There are restaurants, a small general store and a few other shops. The condo was clean and the pool area was very nice. It is in a very new area with lots of construction. It is about a 10-15min drive to Henderson, the nearest town and 30mins to the strip.

5 star stay in this property! Has everything you need for a perfect “feel at home” stay. The unit to the grounds, community feeling, along with shops and amenities (water sports including kayaking, jet skiing etc). Unit was very clean and comfortable, parking was great, literally amazing stay.

This property was off the beaten path about 30 min from the strip. There was some construction going on next door but it didn't bother us at all. The pool was magnificent and the lake quiet and tranquil. Got a little confused over the parking pass when we checked in because it just looks like a piece of cardboard you would hang on a door, but otherwise everything went off without a hitch. Underground parking kept our car nice and cool and protected which was nice. Our adult daughter stayed with us for the first 3 nights and the pull out sofa bed worked just great for us. Would definitely stay there again.

Scott is an amazing host, so prompt and willing to help! The location is fabulous. We loved having a little grocery store and a variety of restaurants to choose from just a minute walk away in the little village. It's close to Lake Mead and about a half-hour from the strip. Our whole family enjoyed ourselves.
