Newly remodeled top to bottom private Casita. Very cozy clean warm and inviting space. Spared no expense. Bedroom has king bed with top-of-the-line plush bedding. Features a wall mounted swivel 65 inch smart TV with Internet apps and over 100 cable TV channels. Walking closet to hang your clothes and store your luggage. Living room features new couch with pull out bed that has upgraded 5 inch memory foam mattress. Features wall mounted swivel 70” Roku smart TV with Internet apps and over 100 cable TV channels. Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances fully loaded. With Reverse osmosis system for fresh clean water. Granite countertops with bar top area. Property features hot tub, playground for kids , barbecue area for guest only. Please note hot tub is turned off from June 1st through August 31st. Private gated parking area with remote control and/or keypad entry right out your front door. Approval required for all pets prior to booking. Great location close to highway access. Centrally located between Airport, 20 minutes from PHX Sky Harbor Airport and Mesa Gateway Airport. 5 miles from Banner MD Anderson Cancer HospitaL. 9 Golf courses within 5 miles, 12 miles from saguaro lake, where you can enjoy Desert Belle Sightseeing Cruise on Saguaro Lake. 16 miles from the beautiful Canyon Lake. If you want to see a movie or go shopping you only have 4 miles to go. If you enjoy hiking there are 10+ hiking trails within 10 miles beginners to avid. Goldfield Ghost Town, 11 miles away. Spring training baseball stadium 9 miles away.

This is a great Location with a outstanding property manager. This property was very clean, the back yard was a desert garden
Communication was very good from prestay to checkout. Make your reservations early or there won't be days left to book. I will be looking to stay here again. Thank You Miss Dixie.

We had such a great stay! Dixie, our host, is awesome! We live in a cooler climate and Phoenix/Mesa is HOT! Dixie was so great about turning the air down for us and making sure we were comfortable. The Casita has its own entrance and GATED parking area. It's located in a quiet residential area that is close to EVERYTHING outdoors and indoors.

My wife, her yellow lab & I enjoyed 30 nights here. Dixie was a gracious host and was most accommodating. Very responsive to questions and requests. The casita is a wonderful, comfortable place in a very convenient area for anything you may want or need. We walked the dog daily and rode our bicycles all over the area with wonderful, safe bike lanes. Felt very secure with the car being inside a gate/wall. Definitely recommend staying here.

Dixie made our stay very pleasant. The place is very clean, king bed very comfortable and the shower is to die for. Outside area for our dog was large and clean. Already booked again for April.
The small ding for location was for cars parked on lawns. Two ways in to property, one you do not see them the other way you do. Felt safe the entire stay.

The only request is to have the ability to adjust the temperature of the accommodations instead of having to contact the host and wait for a response/action. It was warm, we like it cooler, once the air was adjusted the second time - no complaints. Very friendly hosts, would recommend to others.

We were here for a wedding and to spend time with our kids. The property and casita is very well maintained. I can see why people are always wanting to stay here. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding Casita, Superb Host!
This was probably the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Everything was immaculate, with an all modern look, and beautifully appointed. The bedroom was huge with the most comfortable king sized bed and great walk in closet. The bathroom was ultra modern with plenty of plush soft towels, toiletries, and a high quality new hair dryer. The shower even had lights that change colors! The kitchen had everything one could desire, and the sofa and living area were very comfortable. The real bonus was the use of the outdoor gas grille, the hot tub, sitting area, and the yard. The parking was perfect, a pad just behind an electronically controlled gate so the car was safe and secure in an enclosed area. Dixie was an amazing host responding to any questions within minutes. She came out to show us how to work the grille, and offered to pre heat the hot tub for us. We were treated like royalty! The neighborhood and location were ideal as one could walk to the grocery store, and it was a short walk to Falcon park which we did a few times. We were just a few miles from our daughter and her family who live in Mesa, when we come back we'll definitely stay here again!
