For the winter months you will appreciate the fire place. This unit has front door parking. It has a private entrance and is located on the second floor. Condo has open concept living room/dining room/kitchen, and has the ambiance of a wood burning fire place. A 54 inch TV includes DVD player, Cable TV, and Roku as well. TV’s are also located in each of the two bedrooms. Washer & dryer and dishwasher are also This is located blocks off of Hwy 281 convenient to nearby malls/shopping, hospitals, medical offices, schools, airport and restaurants. It is also only minutes away from our charming downtown area which has many great boutiques, restaurants, bars, and our historic Grand movie theater. Convenient also to the State Fair grounds, Husker Harvest Days, and to the Crane Trust Nature & Visitor Center. No smoking allowed, and no parties please.

We stayed here durning the Angus junior national. Place was immaculate. Very nice property. The hostess was very accommodating. If you are showing cattle, it’s nice to have a comfortable plane where you can cook some of your meals and relax a little. I highly recommend

We really enjoyed this sweet condo for 3 nights! As soon as we walked up the stairs, I felt happy, relaxed and comfortable. Spotlessly clean, very nice furnishings, great instructions from the sweet lady who owns this little jewel. Everything we needed was available and more. Next time we come to Grand Island, we definitely would stay here again. Cinny, Thank you for sharing your place with us

Finding the right condo was slightly challenging. The condo # is different than the address. Although the address is correct I could not find the condo number in the listing, which made finding it a bit difficult to make sure it was the right one.

It was well stocked and clean. Communication with the owner was easy and clear. The beds were comfortable. It felt very homey and relaxing. We will definitely recommend and stay here again next time we are in town.

Cindy has a lovely home that she shared with us. The location is excellent for what we needed. The home was immaculate, extremely well decorated, and as comfortable as “home “. Cindy was responsive to all my questions we will rent this again when we are in Grand Island.

Cindy was a wonderful hostess. She made sure we had all the information we needed for our stay and the place was so clean and organized. If you are traveling with very little ones, I would recommend a baby gate because the stairs are very steep.

We were able to stay in town for a 10-day event at a price that we could afford. Only downside was having only one bathroom but we never ran out of hot water. Owner was very accommodating to our needs.

This was my first time booking and staying in a VRBO. I felt so welcomed by Cindy, the home-owner. She even messaged me ahead of time to ask what type of coffee and creamer I'd like. :-) She also left a care package on the table with extra toiletries that we could not necessarily bring on the plane. Cindy really went above and beyond to help us feel at home. She met us at the rental and left clear directions for appliances, T.V.s, remotes, and anything else she thought we might need. If we come back to Grand Island, we will definitely use this rental again. It was located close to everything that we needed and it was easy to find. Thank you Cindy for letting us borrow your wonderful home.

This was one of our best vrbo experiences! The condo was in an excellent location in Grand Island. It was so clean and up-to-date with a beautiful living and dining areas and a wonderful kitchen. The owner even provided step by step instructions for every television which was greatly appreciated! We will definitely stay here again!

The two bedroom one bathroom condo was nicely furnished and had a real homey feel. Check in and communication were wonderful. Parking was convenient and readily available. The location was convenient to shopping the mall and restaurants. We will definitely use the property again if we come to town and it is available. The only drawback was the stairs which for us was no problem at all but if stairs are an issue you should definitely get the specifics.
