About this house rental
Located in Palm Springs, this lovely house for $321 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. We are an adult only property and you won't find a better location than this! Walk a few blocks and you are in heart of downtown Palm Springs. This quaint property has three individual cottages, all newly renovated and decorated by a local, well-known designer. Each casita comes with their own private yard, hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture, along with a private entrance. The shared 8-foot, full-sized pool is always heated, however, each cottage has their own pool entrance and there is ample patio furniture for your enjoyment. No need to bring pool floats or an outdoor speaker as we have piped in music by the pool and pool floats for your enjoyment. Inside your spacious 1,100 square foot two bedroom cottage, you will find all the amenities one could expect. We have provided you with ALEXA in your living room, kitchen and both bedrooms so there is no need to bring your own speaker for music. Your Mid-Century cottage was built in the 1950’s and is newly renovated, both inside and out. All of your kitchen appliances are top-of-the-line and your kitchen is well-stocked with the “gourmet chef” in mind. We have provided a KitchenAid Mixer, and a Vitamix blender for that ultimate gourmet meal! You will not find mix-matched silverware and plates in this cottage, but instead you will find all the kitchen amenities imaginable.. As you relax in your cozy living room, you will find a 50" TV, complete with Roku TV. With Roku TV you can rent movies, play music, sign into your own Netflix account and many other entertainment selections, all three TV's are equipped with Roku. In the bedroom, you will find a 60" TV and a very comfortable bed, complimented by fine linens. The re-modeled bathrooms includes a full-sized new walk in showers. No need to wait for someone else to finish their laundry, as you have a full sized washer and dryer, right in your cottage. You will not be disappointed, as it is our mission to bring you the “Comforts of Home” in beautiful Palm Springs! It will be our pleasure to serve you and make your experience one to remember. This mid-century retro elegant property was magical. We needed a rental that would live up to the stated description on VRBO, and it lived up to our expectations. It was the perfect escape to relax and enjoy the amenities, even during several days of heavy rain. We plan on returning to this rental to take advantage of sitting outside on the private patio, using the grill, and soaking in the hot tub. This property is a gem.

My brother and sister-in-law stayed with me at this well located property for a week. We had a very adequate well equipped kitchen, and a quiet experience. We were struck by the closeness of the mountain range and hiking of them just two blocks away. In warmer weather, the pool and jacuzzi would have been appreciated, though both are heated.

Loved this place. So clean, great location and great design. It totally has the Palm Springs vibe we were looking for. The communication was great and we loved having the private hot tub. The apartment had everything we needed. I would stay there again.

Stayed here for four nights over Thanksgiving. Place is great! Clean, modern, chic, and has everything you need for an awesome stay. Hosts are very responsive. We had an issue with a leaky iron and they dropped a new one off within an hour. The pictures in the listing are exactly as you will find them in real life.

My daughter and I stayed for three nights at this beautifully appointed house. Everything was up to date and in excellent condition, but had plenty reminders of the mid-century era of Frank Sinatra and gang. A fun place!

I stayed at this location with my partner to celebrate my 50th birthday. It was SO classic Palm Springs. This casita is fabulous, private, romantic and quiet. I cannot wait to return. The hosts were amazing, very communicative (responding within minutes) and flexible.

The hosts think of everything to make your stay as lovely as can be. Convenient location to town, great pool, very calming and peaceful environment, with a thoroughly outfitted kitchen if you prefer to dine in.

I loved everything about our desert bungalow. The design of the property is so well done to maximize the space inside and the outside patio offered total privacy. The pool was such a welcome treat and we had the whole area to ourselves. The beautiful mid century style is very tasteful. My Norwegian family members were so impressed over-all and i was as well. Another plus is the property is a walk away from one of my favorite restaurants, Miro. I highly recommend and would gladly stay there again.

We had a great stay. The place was spacious and decorated with lots of cool items that created a fun, homey vibe. Having a view of the pool, the lush vegetation and neon signs made it feel like our own private resort.

The owner has created an oasis less than a 5 minute drive from the center of downtown Palm Springs. The lush vegetation throughout the property makes you feel you're at a private resort and the mid-century touches including lava lamps and old neon sigs give this place a unique character hard to find anywhere else.
The interior is comfortable, well decorated and welcoming. You have everything you need to enjoy a great weekend or even a whole week.
For any future trips to Palm Springs, this is where I'm staying!

It looked amazing in the pictures. Fun pool with neon signs, spacious room and a private yard. Would it live up to our expectations? Very much YES. Everything was as nice as the pictures. The pool and gardens are beautifully maintained, the room filled with fun 60's items and the hot tub private and relaxing.
We did have the pool to ourselves as our neighbors never came out and we were very spoiled to have basically a private pool.
We would come back again in a heartbeat and say congratulations to our host on creating such an awesome and fun property!!!!

Loved, loved, loved this property! Perfect size for 2 couples. King size beds and en-suite baths. The decor takes you back in time. The pool is very relaxing and I loved the cocktail hour music that softly played in the background. The kitchen is fully equipped if you want to prepare a meal at home one evening. Rick was attentive and easy to work with through the whole process. Hope to be back again soon!

This property was perfect for my friends and I. Rooms and beds were comfortable and well-sized for sharing. Kitchen had all the essentials and the living area was cozy. The outdoor areas of the property are incredible - I felt recharged every morning.

Celebrating birthdays at this wonderfully appointed two bedroom, two bath cottage with great amenities. Unfortunately due to the unusual weather we were unable to enjoy the heated pool or hot tub. This is part of three connected cottages (2 two bedroom and 1 one bedroom cottage). The cottage was equipped with absolutely everything you would need kitchen wise and lots of vintage touches. Loved the lava lamps. Will hopefully be able to visit again and enjoy the outdoor ambiance of this great VRBO.

What a wonderful spot! Yes clean, stylish and comfortable but so much more! The neon lights are stunning - especially viewing from the pool! Loved star gazing from the hot tub, watching the resident hummingbird buzz around, and making drinks with Meyer lemons from the garden as big as oranges! 10/10 - we’ll be back!

Very fun, cool vibe! We loved the interior decor, lava lamps, outdoor neon lighting, Frank Sinatra music by the pool, and much more! While we were only there for 3 days, and didn't use much of the kitchen at all, it seemed very well-quipped with everything a family would need. We loved the pool side ambiance and the spacious, comfy interior.
Access was easy. We seemed to have neighbours, but never really saw anyone, so had the pool to ourselves the entire time. Would recommend marking the parking stalls with darker letters (maybe on the fence), as it was difficult to see upon arrival, in the dark. Some construction going on next door which was a bit loud during the day, but nothing that could be done about that. Nonetheless, a very fun, relaxing time and would both highly recommend to others and return ourselves in the future! 10/10 for sure!!!

We loved this place! A quiet little sanctuary with everything you need! We had the whole place to ourselves for the entire week! The pool and hot tub were definitely a bonus and even if you didn’t get in, it was beautiful to look at thru the spacious cottage windows. The fireplace was nice to have as it was chilly a few nights. The trailhead for hiking up the mountain is right down the street if that’s your thing. Lots of restaurants around. And the golf courses of course. Coming back from every day from golf was so enjoyable. A comfortable place that I would highly recommend to others.
