Our guest cottage is a private cottage situated on our property in East Matunuck. It is located a short walk from Potters Pond, where there is a kayak available. East Matunuck State Beach and the famous Matunuck Oyster Bar are just a short walk away! The cottage sleeps 4, with one queen and 2 twins. A quick ride to the University of RI, Newport, Watch Hill and many other of South County's beautiful attractions. ***Matunuck Oyster Bar accepts reservations exactly 3 weeks out, please make note and book your dinners in advance, weekends sell out quickly!*** If you find my property unavailable, please check out this listing nearby #1977313 in Snug Harbor.

Christine our host was very helpful with suggestions on beaches and places to eat. Her property was absolutely beautiful and I looked at every inch of it! The tiny house we stayed in directly adjacent to her home had everything that we needed, including an adorable outside patio to ourselves. Would recommend to a couple or single person looking for a getaway to a beautiful section of Rhode Island. The bed was a little stiff for my liking…

This cabin is located next to the owner's house. There was a separate outdoor patio for us and the patio was nicely landscaped. The inside of the cabin was cozy and had the softest bath towels I've ever used.

We had a fantastic trip! Staying at Snug Harbour was icing on the cake. Christine was super responsive on any questions I had and had great suggestions for places to eat and visit. Snug Harbour was centrally located to everything on our wish list to visit. I highly highly recommend!

We enjoyed Christine’s sweet cottage for a friends weekend. The location is terrific with a relaxing outdoor area and short walk to pond to kayak and paddle. The cottage is comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely recommend!

Loved this property! Well-designed such that we made full meals for 4! Comfy beds: we slept like babies. Beautiful location near Potter’s pond - water access and kayaks a real plus. Great for walks to birdwatch and who could resist the Oyster Bar. Memorable.

It was a very lovely little cottage for myself and my boyfriend. It was nice to be in walking distance to the Matunuck Oyster Bar. Christine was great! It was a great place for a couple of nights!

Girls Annual trip
We enjoyed our stay! Short and sweet. Just enough cozy space for three close friends. Short walk to Potter Pond. Used paddle boards for the first time. Our host Christine was a perfect host and very accommodating. 2 adorable dogs were there to greet us! Would definitely stay again💕

Easy to book, check in, and out. The host was very warm and accommodating. Air-conditioning worked great in the bedroom and the lobster sheets were a nice touch. Will stay again!

From start to finish Christine was wonderful! We used the patio in the evenings and walked to the famous Oyster House for dinner! The beach is very close! We will be booking this perfect little cottage again very soon.

Perfect Girls Weekend!!!
PERFECT!!! If you are looking for a cozy cottage for a couple nights away LOOK NO FURTHER. from the moment you pull onto the property you feel like your home. The yard is BEAUTIFULLY landscaped all around with an adorable patio set lined by tiki torches! The inside is adorable and you can tell the owner puts so much passion and thought into her cottage! Went to East Matunuck Beach, maybe 5 minutes drive away- beautiful with a beautiful new pavilion/snack bar. Walked to Matunuck Oyster Bar for a delicious dinner. Truly cannot go wrong with this cottage, location and owner. Will 100% be returning!!

Communication with Christine was great. So helpful having linens, towels and basic bathroom items provided - like a hotel. Location is spot on to walk to Oyster Bar. We opted to drive/park at East Matunuck for ease of bringing chairs, coolers, etc. Wonderful stay!

The cottage is perfect for two people, clean and comfortable. The location is great with easy access to lots of fun things, most especially the easy walk to both the beach and Matunuck Oyster Bar. Use of her kayaks and toodling around the pond was a daily bonus...especially when we saw eagles soaring overhead! We will definitely visit again.

This choice was really ideal. My stay was just right. Great walks to the beach and good restaurants. It was quiet, comfortable and there were some nice unexpected offerings. I was there alone and it was perfect for my retreat. It was an excellent choice and the owner were kind, thoughtful and fun.
