The Niblick Alpine Lodge is steps from the Sugarloaf Golf Course and a quick shuttle ride to some of the best skiing in North America. This is a great place for families, anytime of year. There is limitless outdoor activities right at the doorstep. Including skiing, boarding, biking, hiking, swimming, golf and many more. Alpine Lodge includes a heated two car garage, basketball court/exercise area which keep the kids entertained for hours, four bedrooms, a large gathering room, open kitchen and dining room and a cozy T.V room. You'll be sure to find comfort from your home away from home! There is a three night minimum. Five night minimum during holidays.

house was great for all ages - basketball court was a huge hit with all ages. setting quiet away from lodge crowds - on shuttle run though we chose to deliver our skiers to avoid crowds especially on the weekend.

This house was absolutely perfect for our friends and family weekend at Sugarloaf. The photos are great but this property exceeded expectations, i loved the layout with the beds and TV upstairs leaving the downstairs for relaxing by the fire - it was spacious and the impressive basketball court was perfect for the kids to run around and play! The house came fully supplied with wood to keep the fire going which heated the entire house. Lynn was incredibly responsive during the entire experience. By far this was the best VRBO experience I have had. 10/10.

This rental is spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a large family or group. It even has an impressive, indoor basketball court, that our teenagers enjoyed when they were not on the slopes. All the beds are very comfortable. Our family of four adults and three teenagers loved it, and we look forward to renting it again in the future. The owner, Lynn, was a pleasure to work with; and we would certainly give this rental a higher rating than a 5, if we could.

This house was perfect for our party of 8. We cooked 5 dinners and had everything we needed including a gas grill, crockpot, pots, pans and utensils. The tv room is upstairs leaving the downstairs tv free which was great for those that wanted to unplug and read, chat or listen to the birds. The indoor basketball course was so fun for evenings and our one rain out day. We did 6 awesome hikes including several on the AT. We had fun chatting up the thru hikers. Highly recommended this house. And the owners were so helpful and responsive.

This is the second time we've rented this house with our friends and we just love it! Its spaciousness allows everyone to spread out and relax, but also come together in the big common area downstairs. The kitchen is well stocked and all the amenities make it just the most comfortable stay!

My family had a wonderful experience at this home. We went for a ski vacation in February. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed using the fireplace and basketball court.

Our trip was amazing! The house was exactly as described. As soon as you walked in, it had a very homey feel. The shuttle service to and from the mountain was also a huge bonus. I will be coming here again with my family. Lynnsey was beyond responsive and all around an amazing host. Thank you!

What a great property. Good location for biking, we discovered a small trail just by the house that bypassed the uphill neighborhood road. We learned that we are terrible at H-O-R-S-E! Haha. The basketball court was so fun for us all, such a fantastic space.

What a cool place for a group to stay! Everyone was very comfortable in their bedrooms (comfy beds, lots of privacy) and the main living/kitchen area was the perfect spot for everyone to come together in the afternoons/evenings after long days of skiing. The basketball court and heated garage were added luxuries! The view from the main bedroom of the mountain is just gorgeous. There is a brief walk to the end of the road to catch the shuttle, but it's better than driving/parking. The kitchen and bathrooms were well appointed...all of the appliances worked beautiful. Overall a totally comfy stay.

We rented this house over the holiday break to ski with friends. The house is exactly as described and has a great layout for kids and adults. Conveniently close to sugarloaf base and restaurants. Owner was extremely easy to work with. We will look to return next year!!

We loved every moment of our stay here! The space is perfect. Loved the jacuzzi in the master bedroom and the fireplace. Plus the basketball court is a random fun addition. The first day we took the long way to the golf course restaurant but the next day found the shortcut and walked to the nearby waterfall! I want a bear blanket like the master had! We were so comfortable in this home and loved all of it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had adult family members in our group from ages 23-60 (9 of us) and the space was so accommodating with nice places for reading, plenty of room for cooking, beautiful hikes in the area, and we even did a full day trip to Bar Harbor and Acadia. The basketball court provided hours of fun for the entire family too! This are and home made for really good family memories.

The owner, Lynnsey was so wonderful to work with and always had quick responses and very informative. The property is gorgeous! We had 14 of us staying at the house over the weekend and never once did we feel on top of one another. So much space with beautiful décor throughout. A family favorite was the indoor half court basketball court!!! Everyone had so much fun using the court - from young to old. We would definitely stay at this property again and would recommend to all!

Our family had such an amazing time at this home, her photos did not do her home justice. Everything was very clean and well taken cared of. We also enjoyed the basketball court. My family had plenty of space to hang out and eat. We would definitely love to return to this home again
