About this house rental
Located in Leavenworth, this charming house for $350 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Leavenworth is enjoyable year-round but especially during winter months. Holiday lights are everywhere giving you an enchanted feeling. From German food to Christmas decorations to Carolers singing in the gazebo make this a winter wonderland. Whether you are enjoying the many outdoor activities or snuggled up in front of the fireplace be sure to take the time to visit the local shops with handmade arts and crafts. Leavenworth’s Nutcracker Museum has the foremost collection of nutcrackers on the planet. With over 150 inches of snowfall and 150 miles of trails to explore, Leavenworth is a winter enthusiast’s dream. There are many local outfitters to supply your needs. Check out the trails to Lake Wenatchee State Park or the Icicle River trail which are both enjoyable year-round. April is Restaurant Appreciation Month in Leavenworth, when local eateries unite to offer an experience to visitors and locals alike. Leavenworth's old-world charm and Pacific Northwest influences are complimented with wines from local wineries. The highlight of Spring in downtown Leavenworth is the annual Maifest, a signature event since 1971. Entertainment such as music, dancing and of course the Festzug parade runs every weekend during the whole month in May, but the second weekend includes a gathering of Bernese Mountain Dogs. The resort features a nice deck or patio. The outdoor pools and spa are seasonal, closed from November to April however, we do have two spas open year-round. A children's pool and play area are conveniently located. Movie rentals are available as well. The resort has limited parking therefore they cannot accommodate RV’s or trailer parking. Many local activities are available to be enjoyed year-round. Worldmark are the nicest units of any resort or hotel in town. This resort features 2-bedroom units and is two stories. There are NO elevators. All units are frequently refurbished and modernized. Enjoy all Leavenworth and the surrounding areas have to offer, then retreat to your fabulous condo that includes a fireplace and outdoor grill. Even though daily housekeeping and room service are not available, a full kitchen with basic necessities is. Linens and towels are provided. Check-in is 5 P.M. plus or minus an hour. Checkout is 10 A.M. Rooms are assigned at check-in. All bookings are done through the owner and not the resort so they cannot extend your stay or refund for leaving early. Wyndham does run your credit card at check-in for a $250 security deposit. It is refundable after check-out if there are no damages or charges. This usually takes up to 5 business days to process. Occupancy limit of 6 is strictly enforced at the resort and Wyndham counts all persons regardless of age as a guest, including infants. If you plan to have guests visit you during your stay, be sure to ask the front desk if that is allowed. It is suggested that you obtain travel insurance through a reputable agency. I will not be liable for circumstances that are beyond my control such as natural disasters, weather conditions or illnesses. Wi-Fi is typically $4.95 a day for 4 devices. I will give you my password to get up to 8 devices for free. Pool, game room, fitness center and public areas are open. You can enjoy an energic round of basketball or tennis. Cleaning requirements have affected check in times, so please be courteous and understand that it is taking much longer. Beautiful view from the dining room and living room. Great well stocked kitchen. Very clean. Just loved the murphy bed. That was way more comfortable than a sofa bed. Would stay here again

Very clean, well organized. The fridge is empty, so don't assume condiments will be there. Quick walk into town, very nice place. One bedroom with a king bed, one with two twins and then a murphy bed in the living room.

My family hadn't had a vacation in over 8 years, so this trip was significant for all of us. Our flights got canceled and then delayed, and the road to Leavenworth was closed with no way in. We asked the Host for a refund for the 2 nights we could stay in their rental. They do have a no-cancellation policy. But we spoke to VRBO directly, and they said that natural disasters waive that policy. There was a winter storm that kept us from traveling there. The host had the option to give us a refund. Instead, they only refunded the tax, which wasn't very much. If you are going to stay here, I don't recommend booking it through them and would go directly with the property or with owners who have some holiday spirit and are more willing to work with you, especially when it's a very expensive trip and your are stuck at the airport for days on end. My parents are host for a few condos here in Hawaii and they personally refund guest who can't make their trip. It was greedy for our host not to refund us, but there is nothing we can do now. Over a thousand dollars down the drain. Be careful, too, because the road to Leavenworth is often closed due to snow and icy conditions. Beware of booking this property without having some insurance. Because even if a natural disaster causes your family not to get there, you won't get your money back.

We picked this location thinking it would be a quiet place to return to after walking around busy downtown Leavenworth. Worldmark Leavenworth is by far the loudest place we have ever stayed at. Our last night there was the 20 people drinking in the hot tub screaming so loud we couldn’t even hear our TV inside our unit. We rarely call to complain but we did and when they were cleared out at 10pm (quiet hours) the worldmark employee blamed us (we could even hear the employee through our walls). We didn’t realize that worldmark is for the frat parties above families staying at their locations.

Love the location of this place. Close to town and all the activities. Stayed in the Wyndam part of this resort and upon arriving they tried to sell me on a membership. Be aware of this.

I loved this stay, it was a perfect distance from Front Street, while feeling secluded, with glorious views. Dont make the mistake of telling reception its your first time, you'll get hit a timeshare sales pitch, but otherwise an ideal stay!

We loved this condo. Very clean and well equipped. Also large and well set up for a family. The grounds were well maintained and the location was great. Would definitely go again.

This property had great views and was in a nice location to downtown. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed to find out it was a timeshare and we were put in a different rental then the one we viewed on the app.

The condo was wonderful. We had 6 people in our party and we all had plenty of space. We were especially impressed with the size of the rooms and bathrooms. We had everything we needed provided in the condo. We had a balcony with a view of the mountains which were covered in snow. There was a BBQ provided at each unit, we fully intend to make use of that next time we are there. Wonderful time and love the condo.
