Situated in Edisto Beach, this charming house for $367 per night is a great choice for your next break. 4BR / 4BA - K, 2S / Q / Trundle Bed w/bunk + Q) Bunk - Sleeps 11 - Views of the Marsh and views of Scott Creek along with views of Big Bay Creek and Sunsets - WOW! The home is at the end of Jungle Shores Drive - a quiet and private Cul-de-sac sandy road. "Marsh Memories" is only 3 houses to the corner and then a block and 1/2 to the beach. There is plenty of parking in the yard and also under the house for cars and boars. Also on the back side of the carport is a sitting area with table and chairs and the large enclosed outside shower with hot and cold water. The 1st floor is the main level with the Great Room (LR, DR, Kit), and the 1st BR. This bedroom has 2 Singles. On this floor is a Hall Bath (tub/shower combo). Off the Great Room is the first of 2 marsh view covered decks with plenty of seating plus a picnic table. The stair case to the 2nd floor is located in the foyer and leads to the hall laundry room and 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. The Master Bedroom - King - is on the left with the 2nd covered deck and private bath with tub and stall shower. Also there are grand views of the marsh, creeks and sunsets. To the right down the hall are the other two bedrooms one with a Queen & private bath and the other with a Trundle Bed w/bunk + Q) Bunk with bath (tub/shower). Pet Friendly with fee and owner approval. Cable and Internet service provided. Linens are not included. Weekly rentals in the summer and holidays. Please remember No Smoking. The property was an easy walk to the beach, without the traffic and noise from the beachfront/beach view houses. Very nice, private, quiet, yet close enough to beach, restaurants, shopping

I’ve been coming to Edisto for a decade now and I’ve never stayed in the marsh side of the island. This house was perfect for our first stay! It has great amenities, updated master bath and floors. The beauty from the back porch watching the deer and other wildlife was great! It’s 2 blocks from beach access #9 where you can drive and park or walk. With 4 kiddos, we drove to take all of our beach stuff. But very easy and convenient. Owners happened to be next door and they were super nice and helpful. Great experience and we’ll be back !

The property was everything described. It was very clean, decorated nicely and had an abundance of cookware and dishes. We spent a week here with my husband and his siblings. We spent lots of time on the back balcony visiting, snacking and enjoying the marsh. The deer were entertaining! Couldn’t have been more pleased with a rental. We met the owners and communicated with them during the trip. It was at the very end of Jungle Shores Drive so it was quiet and no traffic. We all felt so relaxed here. Watched tv and football games on Saturday’s. The reception was great. Cooked most of our meals in and even had an iron skillet for the cornbread. We played games at night after eating our meal. Plenty of comfortable seating at the table. It was a great stay!

This property was AMAZING! Me and friends were looking to getaway and celebrate my friend getting married. The house was gorgeous and very spacious. Lisa was great through the whole booking and check-in process. The views were beautiful and being so close to the beach was amazing. It was such a cute little town. We did day trips to Charleston. It would be great for families too. I would definitely book this place again.

We had a fantastic stay at Marsh memories. The owners were great and the property had a wonderful view. We had a great time exploring the area and we'll definitely be back. It was easy to walk to the beach and we had a lot of fun exploring Botany Bay and the Edisto State Park. It was even easy to get to Charleston from the house. The property had everything we needed. We can't wait to return and have already recommended to our friends.
