The online pictures showed the interior of the place, but no pictures showing the area where it was located. As it turned out, the place was in an older shabby neighborhood, tucked behind another property, next to a vacant what look gutted abandoned home. Too bad can't upload pictures. The neighborhood is in an industrial type of area with used car dealerships, repair garages and other similar businesses. Being unfamiliar with the area, we did not feel comfortable enough that we would be able to go out and walk our dog that night, despite listing saying walking distance to restaurants. Apparently a converted garage, the AC in the place are wall units, which were inadequate to keep the place cool during the heat wave the area was experiencing, and the windows that faced the driveway had shades that did not close. The patio area was a shared space that was messy and unappealing. The narrow driveway to the right that led to the back of the property was squeezed by a fence and hedge, and the main home overhang. The main driveway was taken by cars from the main house. We spent 45 minutes inside and decided to find a hotel. An expensive lesson. We feel this was a disingenuous method of listing a property that hid the fact of where the property was located, because had we been able to see the neighborhood beforehand, we would not have booked it. Apparently, it is money lost because there are no refunds. We will not use VRBO again. Buyer beware.

The check-in process was quick and easy and the property was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked with all basic supplies needed to cook and dine in. The furniture was comfortable and the amenities provided were SO appreciated. I forgot my hair dryer and towels...but the kind property owner didn't! Our stay was easy, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much!

We were quite pleased to see the little extras in the home (snacks, coffee, spices, toiletries).
