About this condo rental
Situated in Sun Valley, this attractive condo for $313 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - Queen Third Bedroom - Two Queens This ski-in-ski-out 3-bedroom condo is located in Sun Valley and will sleep up to eight guests. On the upper level, you will find the living, dining, and kitchen. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, a 55-inch flat-screen streaming TV, leather furniture, and access to a deck with mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen is spacious with stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the kitchen countertop for extra seating. The dining table seats 6. There is a half bathroom off the dining area. On the lower level of the condo are the master and second bedrooms. Master has a King bed, 42-inch flat-screen TV, and access to the deck area. The master bath has a single sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath with a single sink vanity and shower only. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet in this bathroom. The third bedroom is located above the living area. It has 2 Queen beds, a 36-inch flat screen /DVD player, and Mt Views. The bathroom has a single sink vanity and shower only. This is truly a ski-in-ski-out property where you can see the runs from the upstairs bedroom and living area. PARKING FOR ONLY ONE CAR. This complex is NOT pet friendly and renters in violation of the pet policy will be charged a $100 fee per day. Complex Features: The Snowcreek Condominiums are located within walking distance of the ski lifts and ski school on Dollar Mountain, making them the perfect location for parties with beginning skiers. The complex is about a five-minute drive from Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum. Both ski lifts and downtown Ketchum are easily reachable by the Mountain Rides shuttle that stops at the entrance to the Snowcreek condos. Staying at Snowcreek also includes access to a complex pool in the summer and a clubhouse with a game room and hot tub year round. The Sun Valley Pavilion, pools, and restaurants are an easy walk or bike ride away on the paved bike trails. Sun Valley Resort Amenities: A maximum of 5 amenities passes will be issued per reservation. The Sun Valley Inn Pool is available with these passes. The workout room, sauna, hot tub, and Lodge pool are NOT included. During peak summer season only, the amenities pass also includes access to the Olympic and kids’ pools, priority tee times, hotel rate for golf, and a discount on tennis, gun club, and trail rides. Alpine Lodging cannot guarantee amenities will be open as resort policies can change at any time. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from honoring your specific request, we will transfer your reservation to a comparable or upgraded unit.

Doesn't appear regularly cleaned or maintained. Very, convenient location and beautiful spot on mtn.

This was a great location and the new club house was BEAUTIFUL! But… the condo has clearly been cheaply redone. Floors are super creaky, really cheap furniture, the couch is super uncomfortable, my brother in law fixed two broken dining room chairs while we were there, and there is no railing on the main staircase which was hard for some of my older family. I don’t think that is up to code? This is NOT a kid friendly condo! Also, pictures make it seem like the deck is way bigger than it is and there is now a giant yert blocking the Mountain View. All around a great stay and great location but the condo should be priced differently.

Great Property, But…

great getaway to a true ski town
loved the location, so fun to ski the big mountain with my son, then go back after lunch out our backdoor for afternoons with the whole family on dollar mountain. Great to save some money and cook a lot of meals in the condo. Only bummer is that the walls are thin and we could hear neighbors till 3am very clearly and loud the first night. After they left the rest of the stay we had quiet neighbors and there wasn't any other late night parties.

Excellent Location!
We truly enjoyed our stay in Sun Valley. The condo is located near the Sun Valley Lodge and all of its associated amenities. Wish there was check in at the site instead of in Ketchum, but otherwise everything was fantastic!

This townhome is in the ideal location - right on the Dollar mountain lift, quick access to downtown and Sun Valley Lodge. It comes with 5 Rec passes for the Sun Valley Inn pool which was clutch for us and our kids - we used it everyday! Alpine Lodging was great with communication and easy to work with as well.
This home had everything we needed but lacked any "warmth" in its decor. The "remodeling" was a little rough around the edges - for example the baseboard heaters were replaced in the rooms but the rug and molding was never replaced. The living space lacks any rugs, and the floor gets cold in the winter. The couch was cold when you sit on it - we had to lay blankets over it. The kitchen items - there were essentials and are a little worn but functioning. The TV does not have a soundbar or external speaker so you are subject to TV sound, which was difficult for some family members to hear in the open space. None of this prevented us from having a good time but important to note.
Also - its good to note that the 3rd bedroom is technically a loft - i emailed to confirm and it is not a bedroom as they indicated (enclosed with a door) but is a loft meaning you go up the stairs there is no door and there are small openings to the living space so the sound of TV and living space travel up there easily. The room is private feeling with two queen beds and a twin trundle which was great for kids. Also - you are so close to the lifts that you will hear the snowplows beeping at night from the loft. Didn't bother us in the other rooms.
The other two rooms are downstairs on a split level from when you walk in. the master has ample space. The other room is fine - the bathroom and sink are in the hallway (the sink actually in the hallway).
Finally - we had an issue with the dryer where it would turn off after running for 5 minutes. With some research, it just needed a good lint cleaning so make sure you keep it clean if you have any iss
