Located in Saint Augustine Beach, this lovely house for $210 per night is a great choice for your next trip. The location is ideal! Coastal Cottage unit A provides everything you need to take advantage of this great location. Located on Saint Augustine Beach's B Street, this townhome is just 4 homes off the beach and is the perfect beach getaway. This iconic Key West style duplex has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the total occupancy up to 6. Prepare your meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There is also a half bath on this floor. Our home is beautifully decorated, has a screened in patio on the first floor and a balcony off the master bedroom which is perfect for sunbathing! Stay connected when you need to be with flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi access! Take in an Atlantic sunrise without ever leaving home. Enjoy the ocean breeze while you recline on the couch. This St. Augustine vacation rental has an outside shower and is pet friendly! Enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home, conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops. Short distance to St Augustine while far enough away from the crowd to enjoy the peace and relaxation of the beach vibe and sounds of the surf. Host was very responsive, providing efficient and timely communications. Will be happy to return for future visits.

We look forward to going back again. It’s absolutely the perfect beach house! We brought our bicycles and enjoyed riding to all of the nearby local joints for a meal/ ice cream. The beach is a short 2 minute walk!! The kitchen has all your needs! It’s cozy, the beds are comfortable and there were all the necessary items on hand, Even a bag of ice in the freezer! We felt quite accommodated. Thank you!

We had booked unit A, when we arrived there was a double booking mix up, and our unit was booked. Communication was not stellar, most likely due to it being a saturday and holiday weekekend, however VRBO connected us with someone, and we were promply placed in unit B. The unit was very nice, clean, lots of linens, and a fully stocked kitchen! The location is stellar, the beach and some restaurants all within walking distance. Beach toys were an added bonus. Although we had a little bit of a struggle checking in, and we got a different unit, we still enjoyed our stay here. Unit B has a much smaller upstairs porch, but otherwise great unit, and would book again.
I have stayed in several places over the years, this unit by far had the best kitchen supplies, and made the stay easy

This cozy beach cottage is perfect! So close to the beach, shopping and several restaurants. All you have to do is bring your bathing suit because everything else is provided! Loved the fact we didn't have to take any sheets or towels! We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a fun, relaxing vacation!

Close to everything you could need or want while staying at the beach. Pet friendly with fenced yard. Our French Bulldogs enjoyed it as much as the humans. Comfortable beds and great supply of towels! Highly recommend this little beach house.

Our VRBO property (11 B Street, Unit A) in St. Augustine Beach, FL was just what was advertised. We took our two dogs with us and the unit easily accommodated my wife, my dogs, and myself. The unit is located in the midst of St. Augustine Beach. Plus, we had ready access to downtown historic St. Augustine, FL for sightseeing.

This property is in a great location and the deck was amazing. But… it needs lots of updates. The paint is peeling, the carpet is dirty, there was hair on the baseboards and the shower leaked.

Loved the cottage, the decorations and place was really lovely. The space was great (it was just 2 of us) and a short walk to the beach. It had everything I needed in terms of Kitchen, towels,..... - I have been to others that lacked in that area. Everything worked great and I would choose this place again given the opportunity.

The property was perfect! The upstairs deck along with the back yard made it so enjoyable. Only 4 houses to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and cafes. The house included everything we needed -sheets ,towels ,pots and pans ,dishes and even a grill and beach chairs. The washer and dryer was also so convenient. Our dogs loved it as much as we did. We can’t wait to come back.

The only comment would be for them to consider changing their checking and checkout hours.

Such an early checkout puts too much stress on the people departing (specially a family with small children).
Also, The backyard was shared. It’s pet friendly, but the neighbor had a dog which conflicted with the ability of having the freedom to let the dog out since the yard was not fenced to divide the two properties (townhome).

Just a dune away
My family and I traveled from GA to St. Augustine for the first time this summer. This property was ideal since we have three under 7 and one still takes a nap. Even though it rained almost every day in the afternoons it was perfect because we timed our trips to the beach. We could go from 8-11am (before it got super hot) and then come back for lunch and movie and then hang out til we had to go back to the beach from 5-9. It was perfect! There's an outdoor shower that helps after beach trips. The kitchen is just as pictures, bring anything u need to make an awesome meal or go to Mango Mango's (my kids fav while we were there) and walk it back if not wanting to eat in the restaurant. Our time here really was enjoyable. No complaints. The deck outside of one of the rooms upstairs is awesome to chill in. The beds were soft. Totally worth what we paid for. We were looking for comfort, kid friendly, and easy beach access (we knew we would go twice a day everyday). We had no issues on exit or arrival.

St.Augustine rental
Initially couldn't access property because main entry code did not work was able to reach a representative to help but none of their code selections worked either. They ended up having a locksmith come and pick the lock and program a new code in. We really enjoyed our stay at this property because of location and rental was clean and met our needs for a pleasant stay.

For beach lovers like my family, it’s a great choice. The property itself was clean and spacious. Absolutely love the deck above the garage. It is a great place to spend evenings after a day on the beach. Quaint, quiet street and dog friendly. The beach is gorgeous too. We will definitely be spending more beach vacations at this lovely place.

The perfect getaway
We had the perfect stay at Marty's property. The house is located in a wonderful area. It's a short walk to the beach and less than half a block from the delicious Mango Mango's restaurant. We didn't use our car the entire time we were there except for one quick Publix run to stock up.
The kitchen had everything we needed for a few meals at home, and the beds were extremely comfy (especially the pillows). I loved the pet friendly aspects with a fully fenced-in, beautiful backyard for my dog to roam around as needed.
Smart TVs in the living room and bedrooms, as well as a shelf of books, were wonderful distractions when it rained one afternoon. The internet connection is terribly slow. Fortunately, I had minimal work I needed to monitor while I was there, but that was my only (very minor) complaint.
I highly recommend a stay here. We had a great time!

Perfect Beach Thanksgiving
We had both sides of this duplex and it worked perfectly for our family. So close to the beach and we were able to get a lot of beach time in without the long walk. With little ones at the beach it’s nice to have a quiet, close by place for snacks, naps, and potty breaks. We would stay here again anytime! Also great with pets, such a nice backyard!
