Very nice rental - super clean and well-stocked for making meals, with a nice place to park along the side. We had two teenagers, so letting them each have their own bedroom was nice (although luckily my daughter is short and sleeps curled up, because the one bedroom's beds are really designed for smaller kids). Family room has a nice couch and TV setup with some basic streaming services. Neighbors are quiet and the neighborhood is decent with a restaurant right across the street that was nice to enjoy when we first arrived. Only a minor issue that the street noise can get loud at times with sirens, motorcycles, etc as it's on a main thoroughfare.

My family and I truly enjoyed our time at this property. The location was fantastic as we were within walking distance from so many good restaurants as well as the convention center. The owner was fantastic to work with and the place was very well appointed and well-kept. On-site parking was key too since parking can be a little tricky in downtown Providence. We would absolutely stay here again if we need to head to Providence in the future!

My family was visiting Rhode Island on Spring Break and wanted to stay close by to restaurants and walking distance to coffee shops. The location was perfect close by to great restaurants in little Italy. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of 4! We were happy with how responsive the host was and how accommodating she was. I highly recommend staying at this property for a nice getaway in Providence!

Property was exactly as described, easy walking distance to Little Italy, and close to the venue where our son was competing for wrestling. Everything was situated perfectly and we never had a need to contact the owners for help. I hope we get to visit Providence again just so we can come back!

We were in Providence for a show at PPAC and college visits for our 17 year old. The apartment is spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possible need. It is one of the best stocked rentals we have ever seen. It was an easy walk to PPAC for the show and to restaurants in Federal Hill. We would definitely stay at this cozy gem again. Thank you!

The house was exactly as described. It was decorated so beautifully and very well stocked. We were able to walk to restaurants and were very close to so many things. The beds were comfortable. We loved it and would definitely come back!!!!

The apartment was exactly as pictured. The unit was immaculately clean. The owner has all of the amenities a guest would need for an extended stay. I was not aware at time of booking that this was a basement apartment, however, there is plenty of natural light in the unit.

Great home base to explore Providence and area without car. Could walk to local restaurants with ease. Downtown and train station about 20 minute walk. Convenience store across the street. More than enough room in the apt for 4 adults to comfortably stay. Small Christmas tree in the corner very nice, homey touch for the holidays as was the stack of classic board games. Lovely apt and enjoyed our stay.

Three couples took our friend away to celebrate her 50! It couldn’t have been a more perfect spot! Rental had everything we needed….including short walk to awesome restaurants, bars, historical sites etc. We will definitely visit again.

We had a good experience. Apartment was stunningly clean and well appointed. Beds, linens and pillows felt new and super clean. Apartment had tons of space, gorgeous kitchen and the two full baths is a huge plus for bigger groups. The location is centrally located but the road noise woke me up throughout the night and even at 530am despite the fact that I had a white noise app on my phone playing.

This is a spacious, comfortable, well-decorated private basement flat that was perfect for our group of two adults and two teen girls (in town to tour Brown University and to explore New England in general). The kids' room was great as was the beautifully decorated king bedroom, and I loved the huge kitchen and bathrooms! Best of all, I love that this place was in Federal Hill, the Italian neighborhood where we walked just a few blocks to enjoy the best Italian food I've had in a long time. It's also minutes away from downtown. Thank you, Lisa and Kevin, for being so quick to reply to every one of my many questions both before and during our visit as well as providing such a beautiful, immaculate, secure place to stay.

We loved the condo. Clean, had parking, secured well. Very spacious. I was a bit nervous walking that block or two. And there are good amount of sirens going. Like in a day and a half about 12-15! (8 police headed at same time ). But no problems for us. It’s in city so expect it to be bit more noisy. We’d stay there again for sure!

This stay was one of the better VRBO experiences we've had. My 17-year-old son sums it up: "The hosts must be very experienced--they thought of everything!" The place is beautiful, but it was some extra touches that were especially nice: the WIFI password was prominently displayed; eheckout instructions were easy to find; coffee and bottled water were provided; and there were teen-friendly snacks (my son took full advantage of those). The place was in walking distance to Providence's Little Italy, and we had the best Italian food we've ever had. We also took the ferry to Newport and drove to other areas in the New England area. Definitely a most pleasant stay! Highly recommend!!!

The residence is just as pictured. There is plenty of room with a large kitchen and comfortable beds. The host provided everything we needed including snacks and water. The washer and dryer were very useful and the apartment was extremely clean. The location was near several excellent restaurants, bars and bakeries. We highly recommend!

Only frustration was the coffee maker. Only a Keurig available and it did not work reliably. Being big coffee drinkers we had brought coffee assuming there would be a coffee maker of some sort.

The hosts were informative. Quick to respond to questions and made suggestions on where to go for meals. The condominium was very nice, clean, well stocked with all the essentials one might need fir a stay away from home. Thank you so much for a great experience.
