My children and I had the best stay at Powder Moutain. The location was perfect, close to downtown Salt Lake as well as the many surrounding suburbs. Tons of options for nearby restaurants and activities. Just a short drive to two major ski resorts, such a bonus! The amenities were perfect for our family, giving each person something different. My kids loved the bunk room where they were able to hang out, feeling like they had their own space. Loved that everything was organized and labeled in the kitchen. Home was clean and made us all feel at home. Highly recommend Utah's Best. Amazing customer service, we truly felt taken care of. We plan on coming back for another stay!

This a yearly reunion with high school friends and this almost perfect. The condo was great, the communication was great and the only very small inconvenience is how creaky the house was but that is kind of expected with an older house. The parking was a challenge be we utilized the park and ride just down the street and ran a shuttle which added to experience.
I would recommend this to almost anyone unless they have a hard time with stairs as there are a lot of them. I know we would come back if the need presented itself again.

Everything about our condo was perfect! Location, amenities in the house, hot tub. There was even a nice walking path behind the condo.

We rented this for family photos and everyone loved the rental. The toy area was perfect for my young children while we made dinner or while others were getting ready for photos. The Xbox was a hit for all my teenagers as well. The beds were so incredibly comfortable.

Stayed here two nights to have a brief exploration of Salt Lake City. Stairs took some getting used to as there's a lot of them and they're shallower than I am familiar with. Strong AC was very appreciated during 100+ degree weather. Nice beds and furniture.

Seemed a bit of a strange layout not apparent in the photos. Missing chairs said 8 only 6, video games showed 4 only 2, half of recliners did not function and couch was broken so no one could sleep on it, garbage was full when we arrived. Vans do not fit in driveway or garage.

The communication from UBVR was fantastic. The location and layout of the property were ideal for our group and spring skiing in the Wasatch.The property could use some maintenance, peeling paint/grout, torn couches, and some rooms had quite an unpleasant odor.

We loved our trip to Utah. The house was great - exactly as advertised! Plenty of space for our family, VERY well stocked, and close to the ski resorts. We couldn't ask for anything more. When we make it back to Utah, we will DEFINITELY stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It has a great location in a quiet neighborhood and is a short drive to groceries, shopping, and restaurants. Our group of six were very comfortable and had plenty of space. The large, well equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy meals together after a good day on the slopes. The hot tub was also great and we used it every day. The table tennis was in the garage and, although we really enjoy playing, we didn't want to be out in the garage in the winter. We really enjoyed our stay and found SLC airport and the quality of skiing at Solitude, Alta, and Snowbird to be one of the best experiences in the Rocky Mountains.

This condo was ideally located for a family ski get-away. The layout fit our needs and the kitchen/eating area was attractive and functioned well. Though the living room furniture was a bit worn and the heat varied (bunk room was chilly), our family would definitely rent again.

This condo is so convenient to both LCC and BCC. We were quite comfortable with plenty of space for all of the adults to spread out. The pictures accurately portray the unit. Would stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay for a long weekend ski trip. The unit has some noticeable wear and tear, but nothing that affected our stay. Unless staying on a mountain, hard to beat the location for heading up the canyon. The place is well equipped, comfortable, and having the hot tub was great. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very nice home, good location. Very clean my daughter cleans vacation rentals and she was very impressed with the overall cleanliness of the home. Could use a fan or something in the bunk room, got pretty hot with 7 people in there. Lots of kitchen dishes was really nice. We made two full meals for 14 people and had what we needed. Thanks!

We had a great stay at this property. It was nice to stay in a home that was obviously very cared for with lots of attention to details. Yhe kitchen was well stocked, the laundry situation was perfect, beds were beautiful amd comfy, and the hotub was perfect.
The only heads up I'd give is that the driveway is short so if you have an oversized vehicle you need to park at an angle or as the next door neighbor told me, you will get towed for sticking out the end of the driveway. And I think the master bathroom doorknob should be replaced since it doesn't lock well and the toilet is in a super awkward spot. ;)

My hot water heater went out it was a great place for my family size - the kitchen was very stocked with supplies which was awesome! I brought some bowls and stuff and I didn’t need them! Good home away from home!

Overall, the property met our needs of having a place to sleep. There were many little things that lowered our overall impression of the place. As we arrived to the property, the curb appeal immediately left us feeling like “what type of place did we rent.” However, we were surprised with the interior with some exceptions. The front door of the property did not close all the way without the deadbolt and there were gaps in the door seals (meaning you could see outside between the door and doorframe). We experienced difficulties with the garage door opener and many times had to exit our vehicle to close the garage door from the opener mounted on the wall in the garage. The sink drains in the master bathroom were clogged but maintenance did address in a timely manner when we called. The caulking in the master bathroom shower was stripping and the shower was also very slow to drain. The dishwasher concerns have been raised in multiple reviews and still not addressed. We were advised the owners are not interested in replacing the dishwasher. Cosmetically, paint touch ups within the unit were done in a different color paint and the garage floor was dirty and unswept. We swept about a shovel full of sand upon our arrival. Again, good stop if you need a place to sleep but wish the little things made it feel a little more homey!
