About this resort

Nestled in St George, this attractive resort for $99 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This Condo was recently updated with remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Furnishings are new, clean and pet allergy free. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking while on your stay as well as a an outdoor BBQ on the patio. The Condo is on the 3rd floor at the end, so there is little traffic going by the space. The view from the patio and dining area shows the resort grounds and the Green Valley Hills in the background. This unit allows an occupancy of 6 people with two bedrooms (King bed in one and Queen bed in the other, and a sleeper sofa) and 2 bath rooms. The back deck is furnished with patio furniture and a barbecue grill. There are TV's in each bedroom and the living room with a DVD in the master bedroom. An elevator is on the property and can be accessed by obtaining an elevator key on the hook in the entry way closet. The nest heating and air system, has a set range that you can move the temperature between that has a lock out code. You can move between the temperature ranges by spinning the dial. Pushing the screen or entering a code will just lock down the system. There is a Ring doorbell at the front door so if you are having issues with the lock after a few attempts then either call Amanda or simply push the doorbell. It is only recording when there is motion at the door. Included as part of the complex are 2 swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, 3 playgrounds, 2 workout rooms. The Hub Clubhouse also has the clubhouse lounge and shop, splash pad with mega toys, Giant Double Waterslide, 4 pools (including a kiddy pool, waterslide pool, indoor and outdoor lap pools), 2 indoor hot tubs, full gym, 2 Pickle-ball courts, Basketball Court, Volleyball Court, Shuffle-ball court, Playground, Lawn Chess area, Ping Pong table, Picnic Area. Balls and equipment needed for these areas are available for check out as well.

This condo is beautifully upgraded! It's on the third floor and has a nice patio. Clean and well-stocked. Owners were very hospitable and left us a basket of snacks and a hand-written note to welcome our family. We will try to stay here again!

I can't say enough good things about this property! Such a beautiful view and the place was nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there, you can tell there was a lot of thought put into renting out this property. I recommend this place to anyone staying in the St. George area!

Great place, well stocked as far as towels, bedding and kitchen utensils etc. Beds were very comfortable. only able to communicate via vrbo messaging. This made it difficult to resolve an internet/tv issue. Definitely recommend

Quiet location that is centrally locatated in the resort. Shower and soaking tub were wonderful after a full day of hiking. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Would love to come again!

Cute and clean condo, lots of amenities, easy to get to from the interstate. Great place for a base camp when visiting the National Parks! We had a hiccup when we got there, but the host was very responsive and resolved the issue as quickly as possible. Enjoyed our stay.

Everything was good except for two things. First the ants were terrible in. The kitchen this morning. Nothing was left out on the counter: Second the buttons for the elevator going down were gone: Not sure what that was about but it was a hassle.

Very nice property. Well stocked and organized. Very clean for the most part. Appeared to have some dust buildup on ceiling fan, but otherwise spotless. Arrived to thoughtful gift basket and note. Can tell the owners pay attention to detail. Had everything we needed. I would recommend and plan to stay here again in the future.

We loved our stay here! The condo was clean and had everything we needed - including pickleball paddles and extra throw blankets for watching tv at night. We appreciated the small details of a welcome note and basket of snacks. There was even seasonal decor on the dining table. The condo is a quiet, corner location and we would highly recommend this to everyone. We will definitely stay here again!
