The host stood us up....no phone call...no refund...no apology...booking.com customer servic is AWOL

We booked the same evening as our stay. The lights were on, the dogs were barking, there was a car in the driveway, but no one answered the door. We called twice; no one has called back. I contacted customer and they have attempted to contact the owner without a response. The requested refund has not been issued by booking.com, but I did get a nice phone number to talk about my feelings... and they sent me a request to the review the property.

Pleasant, very satisfying.

This is not a bed and breakfast. We brought our own snacks, supper and breakfast items which is how we wanted it. I chose this house as a place to visit with my sister, a halfway point between Colorado and South Dakato. It was very nice. Beautiful Fall weather

Wonderful home with amazing host

The host was amazing. The house is absolutely charming and you can immediately feel the love and thoughtfulness put into the home. I was inspired by the feel and decor and appreciated so much the warm welcome given. I would recommend 100%!

Dori was an exceptional host, I plan on staying here every time I pass through! I travel a lot and rarely find a place that I want to visit again like this one. she greeted me with open arms and I felt like I was at a home away from home. great price and a clean house with great decor and finishing touches. it really felt like I was at a long lost friends house.

Off Hwy 80, not far into Nebraska maybe 20 miles at Exit 38 I think Potter Exit) this quaint little Vintage B & B sits nestled among sweet neighbors & 2 short blocks to a little town of 350 ppl. Antique shops, P.O., library with a shaded courtyard for reading all near but not too close to trains. The B & B and the proprietor, Dori is another gem! We stayed as a last minute reservation traveling from WA to home in MI. Dori greeted us so sweet and made us pop corn! Soon off to bed in a double/queen size 1912 vintage decorated BR we slept like babies! She rents 2 rooms and your lucky if you can get one! I loved her antique decor, her wonderful eggs, bacon, French toast, coffee & OJ included. Her rate is so reasonable. Best of all, Dori makes you feel like family! Your comfort is her biggest concern. Can’t say enough good. Roadside parking & shared bathroom between two rooms. She is a clean fanatic. Definitely going back and staying longer. Best deal all-around we’ve seen ever and we travel nationwide. Thank you Dori! It was awesome meeting people like you!

never stay at a B&B before so will more then willing to try it again

I didn't stay for breakfast wanted to get on the road early so slipped out early had about 900 miles to make Nora was very nice

We had A great time with Dori, she has a wonderful place, & she made us feel very comfortable!

The breakfast was great, the location was a little close to train tracks, but it was far enough away that the train didn't keep us awake!

Amazing

This was so incredibly cute. I felt like a snuck past the velvet rope at a museum and slept in one of their beds! And breakfast was perfect too.

It felt like staying in a masterpiece of art.

The breakfast was AWESOME. Dori is seriously the most hospitable person ever.

We only wish there were some kind of market close by. Nothing wrong with our stay though!!

Was very happy to stayed in this house instead of a boring chain motel room. Would recommend!

House was very clean and decorated nicely. There was a nice mix of old and new. Room was very quiet despite the railroad tracks near by. Bed was very comfortable. Host cooked breakfast which was very good.

There is really nothing to do in Potter however Sidney is close by.

Breakfast was delicious, Potter was so cute for a stopover, and Dori was so thoughtful she had so many little touches that made it so comfortable. Magical sleep in comfy dark cool room. Can't wait to come back!
