Nestled in Leavenworth, this charming house for $475 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Upstairs Unit!! It is rare to find a 3 bedroom condo in Leavenworth and that is exactly what we have to offer! Minutes away from the famous "Icicle Ridge trail" that looks over the valley. You can see the ridge from the condo and the condo from the ridge, which is why we found it suitable to name it Icicle Ridge Suite. A short distance to town whether you walk or drive. The walk has a well lit path and side walk the whole way to keep you safe. The well appointed kitchen is open to the dining area where there is plenty of room for all to gather and enjoy a home cooked meal together. 1 covered parking space and plenty of additional parking for your guests. Located roughly half a mile from the village, restaurants, grocery stores, wineries, sleigh rides, fishing, biking, snowshoeing, cross country ski trails, snowmobiling, hiking trails, rock climbing, and so much more!

We had a great 2 nights in Leavenworth with our family, including our beloved old dog, to enjoy Christmas lights. Thank you for listing a dog-friendly VRBO option! The condo was delightfully appointed, including Christmas decorations! It was walking distance to the central part of Leavenworth to enjoy the lights display, and was 5 minutes by car to the Reindeer farm, where we petted and fed reindeer. This Condo is lovely and very conveniently located. We would highly recommend it to others. We did opt to not purchase renter's insurance for our 2 night stay, so we had to pay a high damage deposit—that was my only worry about the property when we booked, as I had not seen that before. Happily, the damage deposit was indeed refunded in full a couple of weeks after at the end of our stay without us having to put in any type of request for the refund. Tara, the host, took good care of us! Thanks again for a lovely stay.

We had a great stay, this place is literally right next to the alpine ski attraction, Icicle Ridge road, and a short walk to parks and downtown Leavenworth. We would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Leavenworth, thanks to this comfortable, spacious 3-bedroom accommodation on the second floor. It is in a great location (easy walk to the Leavenworth Adventure Park) and parking was never a problem. The unit was very clean and inviting. The two bathrooms had ample towels and the kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, glassware/mugs, cookware & bakeware and utensils—everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend Icicle Ridge Suite to anyone who can navigate a flight of stairs.

Our stay here was smooth and easy-peasy thanks to Tara! She provided all the information needed for easy check in and out, and went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.
Beyond that, the location was great ~ an easy jaunt into town and nearly right across the street from the new Adventure Park, for those who are interested. Also close to several local wineries that were a treat to visit!
As noted in the description, it is an upstairs unit, so everyone in the party should be comfortable going up and down stairs for access.
Would recommend this condo, without hesitation!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We wanted to be walking distance from downtown and we were, even in the snow and ice. The accommodation were as described. It was warm and cozy and all expectations were met.

My mom (77 years old) came to visit and we decided to take her to Leavenworth to experience the Christmas Sights in Washington's Bavarian Mountain retreat! This condo was the ideal setting. Nicely kept and updated, perfectly located wtih great amenities. The three bedrooms were ample for our group and each of us had a private room (although my daughters had to share a bed). We would definitely come back!

Good location in a nice complex of condos. Closet doors in the master need a little adjustment and it could use an air conditioner. The fans did help though. The two other bedrooms could use king beds. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Awesome Property
We spent a weekend with our son and his family at the Icicle Ridge Condo. We were all very impressed by the size and cleanliness of the property. It was perfect for four adults and two little girls. I received all check in info a couple of days before our trip and everything went very smoothly. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed. I never got feedback on the other two beds, so I can't comment on them. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet, beautiful stones throw away
Amazing, staying here was simply amazing. Condo was beautifully decorated much brighter than the pictures show, well stocked, located in a quiet complex close enough to walk to the golf course, into town and a nice, easy trail. A definite place we’ll stay for future trips.

Had a great mini vacation in Leavenworth with adult kids and dog. Location of condo was great - easy distance to the center of town. Clean, cozy, plenty of cooking supplies. Shower had great water pressure, beds comfy. Tara responded to inquires promptly. Nice stay!

- Air conditioning is only one unit in the main area and a portable unit in the master bedroom. Possibly a bit warm for people in the summer months, but not an issue for our weather.
- Master bathroom is a pretty small shower only, not a tub.
- Dining table set is counter height (36")

Great property- plenty of space for two couples on a road trip to see the area. Host/property manager Tara was very easy to communicate with regarding questions or concerns.
