Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features ceramic tile in living and dining room w/area rug. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. There will be construction in a neighboring building from September 11, 2023 - mid-May 2024. There will be noise, but the vacation rental will be accessible at all times. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 5. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Very clean and comfortable, location was great, 2 minutes easy walk to the beach, or just sit on the patio and take in the beautiful view of ocean, sound of the waves , awesome sunrise over the ocean from the deck in the morning, and when we wanted to sleep in the blinds were very effective at keeping the room dark too. Apartment had everything we needed, except hair dryer, so bring your own if it’s important to you? We appreciated the complementary tea and coffee. The couch, bed and chair were very comfortable. We had a great stay here.

The location of the unit was great - convenient to the elevator and parking space. The kitchen was well equipped. Great view. Liked the furnishings. Our only complaint - TV could be larger.

Perfect!!! Can’t imagine a better vacation destination. Our ocean front home was very nice for 2 people. Terrific ocean view. The Sea Colony community provides everything you could want. Can’t wait to go back there next year.

We very much enjoyed our stay at 509 Dover. The place was much larger than shown in the photos. The condo was very clean, had strong wifi connection, and amazing view of the ocean. Would definitely recommend!

Had a great time. The check in process only took minutes and our condo was clean with a great view of the ocean. The beach was great end it seemed the property did a good job of making sure patrons wore masks and observed social distancing. However one day at the beach people without mass crowded all around us only a couple of feet away and it was worrisome enough that we packed up and went back to the condo. The town of Bethany Beach was fun and I was glad to see that the towns in DelawareAre doing a better job of instilling safety in the pandemic than has been done in Pennsylvania.

The property was exactly as shown. The view was spectacular and right on the beach. My only complaint would be that it could have been a bit cleaner, cobwebs on the lights and very dusty baseboards in the 1/2 bath. The full bath could use a bit of updating in the shower.

Our stay in 509 Dover Sea Colony

The most amazing view and great location. The owners took great care to leave certain incidental items for their guests, even though we brought some of them. Everything was very clean and Sea Colony is well maintained. We enjoyed the pools (heated), hot tubs and the beach. Even did some grilling and surf fishing. There is so much to do in the area. Check in process was smooth and everyone was helpful. The Hospitality App is awsesome, used it to check out.
