Situated in Holden Beach, this charming house for $208 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Our house is a 2,600 square foot home containing 4 bedrooms and five bathrooms! There are water views on each side...the intracoastal waterway on one side, and the canal on the other. The house has hardwood floors throughout and spacious living areas. There are new flatscreen tvs in 3 of the bedrooms and in the living room. This is a great place to gather with your family and has one of the best sunset views I've ever seen.

location,location,location......view of the intercoastal was spectacular. Spent a lot of time watching the boats go by. Only point that I would make is that the house could use some minor maintenance by a handyman.

Infestation of roaches. Hopefully they have corrected this problem. On a better note VRBO was extremely helpful. All money was promptly refunded.

We had a wonderful week at this spacious and well-appointed home. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the porch facing the intercoastal waterway. Our granddaughters fished from the dock on the canal in the backyard. And my husband used his hammock to enjoy the cool breeze under the giant cedars trees. Additional features that we enjoyed were the downstairs library and the upstairs reading nook with the large window overlooking the intercoastal waterway. Our family just booked a return trip for June 2024.

House was very clean and property manager was very prompt in her responses. We loved fishing on the back dock and the views from the front and back porches. The house had a lot of room to spread out in and the kitchen area was very nice. My kids also loved the jetted tub in the master bathroom. The only downside is the location is far from the beach, especially with two young kids. We had to drive to the ocean and unfortunately couldn't find a "designated" parking spot available. Eventually, we thought we had parked somewhere legally and came back to our car to find a parking ticket. Just do your research ahead of time if you are going to go that route because parking has become a real issue at Holden Beach. I hate that the town hasn't made parking more friendly to people who can't walk from their house to the ocean. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this house to others.

We really enjoyed our stay in this home at Holden Beach. Every room in the house was comfortable and very spacious. The fact that every bedroom had its own bathroom was great and allowed for everyone’s privacy. The house was very clean and had great outdoor space as well. It is a half mile walk to the beach. It took us about 10 minutes to get there. This was not a problem for us since we did not have any young children or elderly adults with us on our trip. We thought about renting a golf cart, but unless we were missing something, there is no place to leave the golf cart near the beach. So, it would involve someone shuttling everyone to the beach then walking back themselves which you could do in a car if you needed to. Overall this was a wonderful vacation and I would stay here again.

This home was exactly as pictured and even more beautiful than in the photos. With views of the water on 3 sides of the house and multiple decks on many levels, there was never a shortage of breathtaking vistas to enjoy over a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The house is well appointed, tastefully decorated, and was impeccably clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The pictures don't do this house justice. Very nice updated home. Plenty of bathrooms. Kitchen equipped. Fronts waterway and backs onto a canal. Great views of both. Lots of porch space to relax. Dead end private street. Great place.

Beautiful home in a beautiful location, great for the perfect family vacation. However if you plan on using the dock please be advised it is not safe! There are loose boards and a broken post that you may be blamed for after check out. Also be aware that you are expected to fully clean this rental after being charged a $200 cleaning fee, crumbs on the counter are not acceptable! You will also be called nasty after checkout if you do not clean to the host expectations.

Lovely House. Spacious and Clean. We were more Homebodies than Beach Bunnies so, we loved the fact that it had several bedrooms and bathrooms. We could gather in the Living Room to watch a Movie together or retire to our rooms for some down time at the end of the day. We did much cooking, so the Kitchen was perfect for our stay. We attempted to visit the Beach twice. The 1st time, it rain. The 2nd time, my Family felt that too much information was needed to access the Beach. They were asked to provide an email address and a code. We did not learn the code and felt that paying the entry fee and getting the car tag should have been sufficient for Visitors. So, we did not go to the Beach on this visit but, it wasn't a deal breaker. Ashley told us to visit Southport. We loved it! Ashley is a Great Host! There was a minor TV issue that was out of her control. I only mentioned it to say that she handled it beautifully. She kept in touch with us and responded in less than an hour. Thank You Ashley! The property, location and town were beautiful. The house is perfectly located in the intercoastal waterway, there's water in the front and back of the house and just a short walk to the beach. Holden beach is a cute, quiet little town perfect for families.

Plenty of room and amazing views from the front and the back porches . The upstairs air conditioner went out and the repair guys was there ASAP and fixed it immediately. We can’t get that fast a response at our own home. Thank you for a wonderful week and we will be back. Loved it !!!

The property was absolutely beautiful! Very well taken care of. Amazing views of the waterway. It was so nice to sit out on one of the many balconies and just relax! Close to the beach and many several tasty restaurants nearby, although who would to go out when there is an amazing kitchen to cook in. 😁 Definitely will be back!

If you're looking for a quiet stay and a beautiful house just book this. The house is large and each bedroom has it's own bathroom. The private dock and waterway views are fantastic. The house was clean and provided plenty of toys/games/beach toys to entertain. Walkable to beach but a bit far, we were really happy to have picked this as our stay and used the savings compared to a beachfront house to rent a golf cart to haul the kids to the beach.

This house is such a gem. The front of the house has porches for you to sit and enjoy the intercoastal waterway while the back porch views the canal. House was so clean and tidy! The beds sleep wonderfully (which is a big deal for those with back pain) and the rooms are spacious. Thank you for the sweet southern hospitality.

The house is even better than the pictures! Beautiful location. You can see the sunrise and set. A little hike from the beach. We rented a golf cart for the week. It was a great addition to our stay. The house is well stocked with beach gear and kitchen necessities.

Overall the property is excellent the interior of the house is immaculate better than I expected. The only complaint that I had was that the main entry handrails going up the steps are very loose and need to be secured better and that the boat loading dock needs to be repaired and have bumper cushions for a boat to be able to park beside it or else the lift needs to be repaired so that a boat could be put on it. The whole purpose of this trip was for us to be able to fish out of our boat. We were able to make it work but it would’ve been more convenient if the dock would’ve been bigger and also had bumper rails.. other than that I was very pleased with this place.
