You will love your stay in our home, and you'll be energized by the neighborhood vibe, we know it! This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the 5-story building and features an open-concept dining and living area overlooking 11th Ave with a private balcony so you can enjoy as much as you want of all the bustling activity that the Gulch has to offer! To the right of the kitchen, there is a black granite desk, matching the island, if you need to handle some business while you stay with us. You'll love enjoying the patio in between emails! The Master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a modern and bright feel with a large walk-in closet setup for your belongings. With ample space for 2-3, the bed is a plush foam King with an extra blanket for comfort. Off of the bedroom is the large ensuite bathroom with bright double vanities and a sizable garden tub with a modern subway tile backsplash, big enough for a few people to get ready at the same time! The guests bedroom with an ensuite bathroom has a sunny view with a comfy queen foam bed and a similar-sized closet. It's hard to tell which of these is the master bedroom sometimes!! The second bedroom also connects to an airy (jack and jill) full guest bathroom, providing both bedrooms their own private bathroom experience. The space has a washer/dryer, so you can have a blast and not worry about stains on your best 'going out' attire! Laundry may not be fun for everyone, but you can enjoy Nashville with ease, knowing you don't have to worry if you need it! My home is set with everything you need to feel right at home! Location was very convenient to restaurants and shops. About a 20 minute walk to Broadway. This vrbo condo is located right above a bar so was a bit noisy, not a problem if you are part of the party though. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spacious and nice.

Plenty to see and do and walk to from this Gulch townhouse. 3rd floor boasts a great wrap around outdoor patio which is great for morning coffee sessions or for cocktails at night. Cozy furniture with plenty of kitchen amenities to chill. Would return again if we visit TN.

Very easy check in process. The location was perfect. We walked to Broadway several times (even pushed my mom in a wheelchair). It’s a little noisy but we brought a fan for sleeping and it drowned out the noise. The description says pull out couch but there wasn’t one. They did provide an air mattress. Very nice unit. Would stay here again!

No only were the pictures perfectly accurate, the condo exceeded our expectations. Location, comfortable beds, size and furnishings made this a wonderful experience. We got the true vibe of the city that is NASHVILLE!!

We spent a long weekend in Nashville for the marathon . The area is very easy to access both on foot and by Uber. Safe. Amanda provides great check in instructions.

The property was clean, neat and basically what was shown in the listing. The property manager was very attentive to my questions throughout our stay. Great view of the Gulch neighborhood from the wraparound patio. Conveniently location near great restaurants and stores. About a 20 minute walk to downtown. The building itself was nice with amenities that we tools advantage of - the pool and the Zen garden patio.

Great location to all things Nashville! The Gulch area is so nice with lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. It was only a 20 min. walk to Whiskey Row too! Our apartment was more than ample for 2 adult couples. Well appointed and on the corner which lended us a perfect view to the street and nightlife below. Communication with Amanda was excellent and the check in process was smooth. We'd definitely return and stay again.

Fabulous location, close to everything that we wanted to see and do. The building is very nice, and the apartment is very comfortable! The balcony is a great place to sit and unwind after a day of walking around. The neighborhood is full of good restaurants and even an ice cream shop with boozy milkshakes! Amanda was always just a text away to provide answers for us! Checkout instructions were a breeze! We would definitely stay here again! Very quiet building , and everyone we met was super friendly! (Just be aware that the street outside does get very loud at night)

Had a great time in Nashville. The location was amazing we felt very safe! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Lots of great food in close proximity. It was nice to park in a secure parking garage.

We love staying in the Gulch when we come to Nashville because of all the options in the neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. The property was great but the logistics of getting in/out of the building and unit were tricky for 3 people since there was only one fob to share. It would be ideal for a single or couple.

The condo is located right in the heart of The Gulch and close to Broadway (downtown). Plenty of Uber options and rental scooters to get around. Lots of dinning options close by and we had a great time at The Station Inn. The condo itself was fairly dirty, the floors were not clean and dishes in the kitchen were put away dirty. The kitchen is modestly stocked and has the basic necessities. Overall, I would stay again.

We were going to a couple of shows at Bridgestone and the Ryman. Great location; very clean, nice manager. The original parking thing is a bit tricky but we worked it out. I still need to try Biscuit Love (it's right across the street and you can see the large line outside every day.)

We had an excellent stay! Great neighborhood! Very convenient location, lot's to do within walking distance. Most of our time in the apartment was spent hanging out on the balcony people watching! Would definitely return!

The location was great and there were bars and restaurants close by and Biscuit Love is right across the street. The balcony was a great place for afternoon cocktails and people watching.. The condo was perfect for us with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Great experience and we would rent it again.

Even with the detailed instructions, it was a little difficult finding the apartment once we were at the building. Impressed with the patio. Spent a lot of time outside. The photos of the apartment were nicer than the actual apartment, but it was still very nice. Looking forward to another trip to Nashville!

This is a perfect spot for two couples. Very nice having a wrap around deck on an active corner for relaxing and people watching from three floors above street level. Excellent food directly downstairs at the Pub. Walkable to Broadway, Ryman, and Hall of Fame. I highly recommend it!
